I requested a manicure yesterday. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 37 minutes to be seen. Although the nail tech was kind, she used an electric filer machine on my nails and went so deep that she left marks and I’m having extreme pain when I so much as pick up a napkin now. I will NEVER return to this terrible place.Ive included a photo of my manicure ONE day after and it already looks terrible. Not to mention the pain is just unbearable. I cant even type. Save yourself and go to another place.

Excellent service and beautiful pedicure. Making an appointment didnt seem to matter though, they just get to you when they can.

I decided to give this place a try, I LOVED IT! theres a lot of color choices,professional & very clean specially during covid!! the staff is friendly and reasonable prices. studio nail spa is a hidden gem!! theyre my absolutely favorite nail salon in the area.

Thank goodness for this place. Soho in Turkey creek didn’t do a great job on my acrylics. One week and they were lifting. Studio nail salon quickly got me in and did a beautiful job. They were very friendly and the place was nice too. Will definitely be using these guys from now on!!

Studio spa nails is the BEST in West Knoxville area in Hardin Valley - close to Brown Bag, DoubleDogs, and Don Gallo. I have been going to this nail spa for 3 years and they are the only place i will go. The staff is amazing - Amy and her husband do a fabulous job. The store/shop is clean. You can call ahead for appointment or just walk -in.
