I wish I knew their names, but there’s a gentlemen who has done my toes twice and is always so sweet and wonderful. There was a mix up with my color (my fault really) and him and the rest of the team was so nice and we got it worked out! Super comfy and friendly atmosphere!

For my first visit I came as a walk in and while I was happy they were able to fit me in there was a noticeable difference in how I was treated versus how appointment clients were treated. The overall cleanliness of the salon was also lacking somewhat. Despite all of this I walked away with one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever had, and so I ended up making an appointment with Alyssa. When I arrived for that appointment nobody knew where Alyssa was and I was told they could try to see me an hour later (I made the appointment during my lunch hour…). I get that life happens but a heads up would have been nice. The person I dealt with also hardly seemed phased by my frustration.

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate so I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Nathan was so wonderful, great to talk to and did a beautiful job. I want him to do my nails from now on.

Quick and professional. I made an appointment and walked right in. My acrylics are actually even. This is my favorite salon in Knoxville and I have tried a lot!!

HORRIBLE AND WILL NEVER RETURN. came in for a gel polish change, the lady was so rude. she cut my nails all different shapes & sizes & when i confronted her about it, she blamed me & gave me an attitude. from the start, they were cutting corners. after that, she was so aggressive with my hands to the point where i told her i no longer wanted service, so i got up and left. i’ve been here twice before, but you better bet i’ll never return again.

This was my first pedicure. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I’d like it. It was great. I’ll come back in the future.

Worst pedicure and gel manicure I’ve ever received, place wasn’t busy and two other people even walked out due to poor customer service while I was getting my pedicure, by this point I was ready to jump out of the chair! You can tell by the quality of there work that they don’t value their business, my toes weren’t evenly shaped and my finger nails had leftover polish all around them from mess ups.

I’ve gone here a lot over my life and they usually do pretty well, but last time was horrible! I was here for almost 4 hours and my nails did not show for it. It’s so hard to find a reliable mail salon in Knoxville.

I have been here twice now and each time it was a great experience. Tina is who did my nails both times and she is fabulous. Everything was very clean and organized plus all of the seating was very comfortable. They have really great hours, which is a bonus to me.

I went into this so called professional development and I firstly noticed that no one was following the COVID-19🦠😷 standards the staff was rude and there was heavy racial discrimination Im calling the county I was also told that I didnt have an appointment when I called around the time they opened and was told to come in at 230 that day what a mess it will fool you because of the lay out n being out west Knox but when you ask for the service child you better off going to the hood and get quality service and guideline measure

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Do not go here unless you want an unpleasant experience. The woman doing my nails was extremely rude to me multiple times. She was also intentionally rough on my hands. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or is just tired of her job. Either way, I have never been treated so horribly. I almost got up and left half way through because I was so upset. It was weird...she would be rude and then ask me how my day was going like a minute later. It happened over and over. I just decided to stick through it knowing I would never go back again. Seriously, don’t go here! There are so many other places where the people actually treat you like a paying customer...more importantly, a person!

First time here and i was almost falling asleep i was so relaxed. They were so careful with the drill and filing. I will definitely be returning!

The nail and feet techs are so nice anf treated me with respect I was very happy with the way my nails turned they took pride im what they was doing i even scheduled for another apoointment on the 16th of April check them out guys.

Went in with a friend to get full set with gel and gel on my toes after pedi. Gel was a completely different color than it was on color swatch and when I asked to change it the nail tech got upset. It didn’t look even close to what I showed them. I ended up getting white on my toes and pink and white nails. It’s been a week and my nails are already lifting SO BAD!!! Gel is chipping off. I am so unhappy that I spent $120, was there for 3 1/2 hours and a week later my nails look like this. :( I rarely have time to do things for myself and this was a complete waste of time and money.

I went in for a full set today and my first question was how much is it going to be because I’m on a budget and they told me to sit down and started doing my nails like he didn’t hear my question. The quality was bad you could tell it was down in a rush. I wanted a design and took him 20 minutes to figure it out and after 10 I told him to forget it he didn’t listen. I also didn’t want gel polish and that is what he gave me. I ended up paying &54 which is way too much for the service and quality I got. I am NEVER coming back. I would like a refund because of this.

I called 2 hours ahead of time for an appointment only to show up and be turned away very rudely because the person I spoke with didnt write my name down. This is the second time Ive had a unpleasant experience my nails were butchered and had to be taken off and redone it took 3 hours and they still looked bad. I was willing to try them again but nope!

The massage with the pedi was wonderful, everyone was super nice as well. Very gentle when removing gel, made sure I got exactly what I wanted on my nails and toenails! Very happy with the results! My only suggestion would be to consider using the single use filters instead of just the single use liners. Love my nails 💅

Absolutely loved Premier Nails. Alyssa did my SNS dip and she did the best job. She explained everything and was so detailed oriented. I will definitely be back and will ask for her by name.

Went today for the second time, last time was great. Today not so much. My nails are not what I wanted or asked for at all. Either a refund or someone else fixing them is necessary. I haven’t had my nails professionally done in years. Chose simple manicure! Love the end result. The atmosphere is relaxing and I was happy to see instruments were autoclaved. Everything was clean and definitely enjoyed my time there! Will be back!

Nice staff they where great with our girls. The staff offered us drinks before our services they where professional and kind. The massage seats do have timers the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 I called in advance and was told my kids would be 15 but the price was $20 and $25 it was cheaper at Serenity Nails and with getting multiple $5 and $10 on the kids make a difference. That was only down side and that is just a budget issue for my family it doesnt reflect quality of services.

I have never been here, but reading couple of bad reviews turned me away, nothing worse than rude staff, it takes 1 bad review for me, nails coming off, treated rude, and the person responding to reviews gives same answer to all reviews, doesnt even read them.

Despite great reviews, didnt have the best experience and hoping it was an off-day for the salon. Tech argued with me on my wanting to get short nails (for my job). Old gel color was still present after being removed and painted new color over with bubbles and cracks... I didnt realize gel polish could do this.. Unfortunately, wont be going back.

I only get my nails done here there the best around. Great customer service. Very clean. Dont have to wait long at all. There all very nice and make sure you love your service before you leave. Go by and get you nails, toes, and other services you wont regret it I promise.

Very aggressive when doing manicure and pedicure So much so that the lady cut one of toes and then proceeded to use nail polish on it to stop the bleeding. The polish looks clumpy and not done good. No discount or anything offered for cutting me. Go somewhere else. We read the reviews and thought it was a good place but it isn’t at all. This was the most painful manicure and pedicure I have ever had.

Been going to Alyssa about 4 months now for my acrylics. Loooove my nails and the staff. Shes really highly skilled and her work is perfection. Added a Luxury pedicure last visit that Cindy handled. It was the best pedicure Ive had in my whole life. Her technique was awesome, esp. the foot/leg message. Its been about 3 weeks and my toes are still so pretty. Im going to make the Alyssa/Cindy manicure/pedicure combo a regular in my routine. You cant go wrong at this nail salon!

I got a full dip set and they cut my finger open and it started bleeding. After that I got a matte top coat and it was bumpy and uneven. It’s been less than a week and the top coat has already peeled off 2 fingers. 2 employees were unmasked in the salon. Don’t recommend going here.

My first visit to Premier Nails was wonderful! I was greeted kindly and my nails turned out beautiful. Jack suggested we remove the acrylic and just add powder polish. My nails are still strong and the color is lasting!

Dont get me wrong I absolutely love this place. But, today was the worse experience of my time there. The man that did my nails was terrible! He didnt use active listening or gave me what I asked for other than my accent nail. I get long nails and I get some of the best designs that I can find that they can do by hand. Not today I am so ashamed of my hands that if I didnt have to go to a wedding I wouldve had them removed! My nails are really short the shape of the nail I wanted is all messed up and the nails arent even the same length. I am so disappointed in todays visit! I will be going back to have them removed and redone by someone else and hopefully I can get what I ask and pay for.

I felt at home the first time I walked in. Alyissa is very professional and has become my go to nail girl. I often bring my daughter (she’s nearly 5) and she is always made to feel so welcome. I have been coming here for many months and will be here for many years. Prices are good and service is always great.I never worry about the way my nails ‘might’ look because they always look great! I’m always in and out within an hour or so and my nails last!

New in town and looking for a great nail salon. After all of the great reviews I decided to give this one a try. Immediately upon walking in it smelled awful. I am not one who is sensitive to smells/odors but there was a strong stench of mildew/mold or something rotten. I couldn’t take the smell so got up and left. I would loved to have tried their services but the odor was so unpleasant I couldn’t sit through a 45min nail service.

Terrible first experience there! Walked in, tried to pick a nail polish. Was told to pick from the plastic nails, okay. Picked one, waited a long time. Nail lady was rude. Asked if there was wine, told Yes, but not today Nail tech worked on another lady throughout my service. When I was told to wash my hands, there was no soap. I asked for soap and was just told to wash my hands. Felt very unsanitary. My nails were shaped properly, but the polish isnt great. Took almost two hours for my friend and I. Will never return! Other nail salons in Knoxville are friendlier, with better results.

The prices are super reasonable and the staff is incredibly talented. Alyssa is by far my favorite, though. My dip manicures always last a super long time, and when I’ve broken a nail, she can add a tip, and you can’t tell the difference between it and my real nails. She’s incredible. The only place I’ll go to in Knoxville.

I went here a week ago and had powder dip done on my nails. The color did not match the sample I chose at all and a week later almost every nail has crack marks and/or chipped. 😔 Very disappointing for $45.

Ive been coming to Premier Nails in Bearden for a couple years and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is so kind and attentive and their work is stellar. If you want a relaxing and calm experience this is the place to go!

The older lady who gave me the pedicure never said a word to me besides asking me what type of pedicure that I wanted. She NEVER looked at me, she actually had her face and eyes looking at others. It was the worst pedicure that Ive ever had in my life. To be frank, she made me feel like she didnt want to touch a black persons (guy) feet. It felt she thought I was broke (without money) or looked homeless or something. I tip NO LESS than $10 - $20 for pedicures that I received. Weird that she would treat a guy wearing Ray Bans glasses/shades on and who only wears Creed Or Tom Ford colognes. Not trying to brag or gloat. Just wanting to let the people reading this get a perspective of what I looked like in there. The slight was obvious from her. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Loved this place. Took my mom to get her nails there for her birthday a couple months ago and she said it was the best pedicure she has ever gotten. Very clean and nice employees!

I cant believe I paid $81 for what I left with. Polish is uneven, acrylic stuck to my fingers, and nails are misshapen on a basic gel fill with no design or accent nail. Just plain polish. Couldnt get what I originally wanted because I had already been there 2 hours and needed to get on with my day. Pedicure was alright and the lady was nice enough. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I do love my birthday gifts to myself even more because Premier Nails has brought my toes to justice . This $45 predicted was most relaxing and my feet are looking amazing. The scrubs and hot towels brung my leg to the softest thing ever . I recommend coming any day any time . The employees were so nice and willing to help !!

This was the most hateful nail salon Ive ever been to. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Very simple white nails with silver glitter at the tips. They said they could do it. When it came to the glitter they were using, it was not the correct product for this effect as it should have been a true glitter. They instead tried using the dip powder which is of course diluted. I asked if they had the pure glitter and they said no. So I asked her to remove the product and she gave me a lecture about how all nail salons were different and used different products and techniques. If they had just told me that they didnt have the correct products or that they didnt know how to do it then I would have gladly sent somewhere else to begin with. If for no other reason, their hateful disposition is enough reason for me not to return. Subpar service and lack of knowledge of technique is the second.

This place is openly discriminatory. They refused to paint the nails of my friend while mumbling about higher risk of infection due to her hand being deformed. Thats not how it works! They just didnt want to touch her hands! Just because somebody has a deformity doesnt mean there is a higher risk of infection. I will never be going here again and if you value equality you shouldnt either!

Ive been getting my nails done at Premier Nails Bearden Hill for a couple of years now and wont go anywhere else! I always go to Andy for my nails and pedicures and highly recommend him! He takes his time to make sure your nails are perfect before you leave. They are all wonderful and kind no matter who you go to.

This is by far the BEST place I have ever been for nails. I live in Friendsville and make the drive to Knoxville because it is totally worth it. They set a friendly atmosphere and know me by name, even those who have not done my nails. It reminds me of Cheers, where everybody knows your name.
