I went in for the SNS dipping powder.Mr. Andy didn’t even wash his hands before moving on to my nails. He completely butchered the shape as shown in the photos. Filed down my cuticles and nail beds with the drill about 3x. I can’t wait to get home and file them down the correct way.

I love elite nails. Anthony and his wife( owners) are the sweetest most amazing people right along with all the staff. The always do a wonderful job on my nails and pedicures. Ive lived here in the area just over 3 years and have ventured out to try other places and always ends up back here. VERY excited for their new shop that will be open soon! You wont be disappointed! This feels like a family run nail salon. Both times I have been here they are extremely busy so its best to make an appointment. I enjoys that their classic pedicure includes a sugar scrub!

My first experience was pretty good. My nail design was not exactly as good as I wanted it but he did a god job. The staff was friendly. There was no sign for pricing that I saw, so Im wondering about that. I seemed very clean and it was an overall good experience.

Elite nails has become my regular, go-to salon. Anthony and Trish are amazing with dip manicures! (I ask for them both every time.) Anthony does my hombre nails beautifully every time. They also buff nails with a compound instead of the buffing block too! Love them!

Best place in town to get a pedicure. Great staff and great prices. Anna, our favorite, is exceptional at pedicures and always delivers an amazing experience. They are even open on Sunday’s.

Outstanding nail salon. Super clean, friendly staff, great service. Had an acrylic fill-in and toenail color change tonight by Andy. Wow!! He did a beautiful job!! He made acrylic nails look very natural. The acrylic was not too thick, very nice!! I think I found a nail shop I love finally!!

The entire staff here is great! Always friendly, excellent customer service. Anthony has been doing my nails for 3+ years. Pedicure is always relaxing and also great place for waxing, I wouldnt go anywhere else!! I also bring my daughter on occasion and they are kid friendly! We love Elite Nails!!

I try not to give bad reviews because we all have those days but I was treated pretty rudely my whole service. Despite the fact I made an appointment there was a bit of a wait. When I was taken back the guy was very rough and at points it hurt, which it shouldnt, definitely not my first rodeo with nail salons but Id pick any other salon. I hate to assume that they were talking bad about me but I had that gut feeling while my nail tec was on the speaker phone during the service which made me very uncomfortable as I tried to create conversation in the beginning of the service and he gave me one word answers and now laughing and looking at me weird talking to someone that didnt seem urgently toned. Very unprofessional as far as customer service. Once again I hate to bash this place but I work in the beauty industry and it wasnt the most sanitary and on top of the very rude service and the poor outcome, felt very rushed and bad energy all around. Once again Im sorry to be mean and I bet there are some good nail tecs but the guy who did mine totally ruined my experience and destroyed any thoughts of coming back.

Everyone at this salon is amazing. They are kind and accommodating. They are all highly skilled. You can walk in and anyone can take care of you. I am very happy with Elite Bail salon in Farragut. ♥️

I appreciated how detail oriented Luis was. He took his time applying the different layers of dip powder. When it came time to shape my nails, he filed them repeatedly to ensure they were all the same shape and length. I will be returning

Had been going here for years. Tired of my nails being a different length, acrylic is bumpy, always a hit or miss experience at this nail salon . Then them giving me attitude when I ask politely for them to fix it. I honestly will not be back, tired of spending ALOT of money in this nail salon and leave with poor quality nails, being rushed in and rushed out, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. not to mention there is dust all over everything in the salon. They may want to hire a cleaning service for future cleaning.

They use the best products and always make sure you are satisfied. Trish has even stayed late to help me out when I had an event the next day! Don’t risk your nails with anyone else!

I wanted to get much nails done for a special occasion and I had read all the reviews about this place and most of them were really good! I go in there and decided to get gel for the first time ever. Once I leave the shop everything is fine the man did my nails very well and I liked everything! It’s only been 3 days and my thumb has chipped off. I’m beyond upset that their products can’t even last 72 hours.

I couldn’t pick both 1 and 5, so I picked 3. I’ve had two very different experiences here. Both times I got dip powder.The first time, I had a wonderful lady who was so kind and personable, and she did really great work. I was completely satisfied.The second time, I had a man who did not say a word to me the entire time. I asked *3* times if he would trim my cuticles and he would not even respond. At the very end, he did trim my cuticles, but he did a poor job of it. The entire process from walking in the door to walking out took less than 45 minutes. I’ve never gotten out of a salon in under an hour, and his work showed. Overall, I walked out with a sloppy manicure, and a color VERY different from what I chose, but again, he wouldn’t speak to me.I am very confused by the stark difference in these experiences. After the first, I thought I’d found my new favorite nail salon. But now I am second guessing ever coming back, in worry that I might have another experience like the second. The only reason I would come back at this point is because of the low prices.Go in at your own risk! I hope you have a good experience.

Went to Elite to complete a job that i was displeased with a half hour before closing on Halloween night. They took care of me without fuss and without rushing. I am their number one fan. Thank you so much for the great customer care!

I have been going here for my nails over 3 years now. Great customer service and excellent manicurists. I have been to almost all of the team, and everyone takes their time to do a good job. Trish can do all of your waxing needs in a secure area - everything is reasonably priced. Mani-Pedis are very relaxing! They accept walk-in appts, but call ahead is your best option! I love my nails every time I have them done here!

My mom and I got a classic pedicure here and loved it. Great place, they are open on Sundays. People were very friendly and took there time, the place and equipment are clean. I recommend this place and will be coming back here.

Paid for the $40 deluxe pedicure, they used files that were dirty and clearly previously used, and the deluxe part was this fowl smelling red clay concoction followed by rubbing a lemon wedge on my legs. Just weird. Definitely stay away.

Went yesterday for the first time and loved this place! My mom got a regular pedicure and it turned out very nicely, and the massage part of the pedicure was nice and long, too. I got a shellac manicure and its probably the best Ive ever gotten - looks great and Anthony was very gentle and paid attention to the small details, which i really appreciate. Even though it was busy, we were seated almost immediately because we had called ahead, and were both impressed with their professionalism, thorough work, and the speedy service. The only thing that disappointed me was that online I found the shellac manicure price listed as $20 for this place, but it was actually $30 (turns out if you only get the polish, not the other services that come with a manicure - like the lotion & massage, etc. - its $20, but if you want more than just the polish its $30. Just an FYI!). Overall I really enjoyed my experience at this place and plan to return soon.

Best pedicure ever!

Me and my friend went to go get a full set. He cut both of our figures open multiple times. He shrugged it off and put nail shavings over. My friend got French tip and her nails are basically just white. I asked for coffin shape and he made them come to a straight point.

Cut my skin open with the nail file and bled. Also took my credit card out of my hand without my consent to run it through to pay.
