Really disappointed I scheduled 3 appointments first one starting at 10 made it there at 10:30 yes I understand I was late and understand the policy but how dare you charge me for all 3 of my appointments and then with a smile on your face still tell me you have time to cut my hair spent over $220 for 3 cuts WITH tips included!! Straight robbery!! I liked this place sometimes waited the time necessary over 30 to 45min to my schedule time to get a cut knowing they are trying there best to get the job done never asked for a discount or made a complaint NO I was understanding but this really a shame that this business has to go this level to make money and still they tell me that this and that barber is missing out on money?? Literally a family run business that are were they are because of there customers and recommendations you should truly be ashamed I can truly say I’ll never be back I’d say I hope the $110 are worth losing customers but just how you got it that fast it will slip through your hands

Im from NY and have been down in TN for about 3 years. When I first moved down here I tried a few barbershops but I couldnt find any place that meet my expectations coming from NY and having the same barber for years. I was kind of doing my own thing for the past 2 years between COVID and finding a good barbershop, it just wasnt worth it. A friend recommended this place to me and I will definitely be returning. Amazing job and very happy!

Joel did an amazing job on my sons hair. His hair isnt easy 12 high top. Definately recommend this place.

I wouldn’t give them any stars! They are rude and inconsiderate of your time and most of them can’t even speak English so they couldn’t understand what we were saying! Don’t even attempt to go because there is no parking because they have reserved all the front parking for themselves, they are just not trying to care about handicapped parking or their customers! My experience was so horrible! Please don’t waste your time!!!

I was reffered to this barbershop by a friend, so I made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but the fat kid took a walk-in in front of my face right after he finished up his previous client. Apparently they don’t honor appointments! Patiently waited for 30 minutes then left. Customer service sucks for waisting customers time like that!

80 dollars for an uneven haircut and she used way too much product so my hair was super oily the very next day. used a cheap straightener. just horrible. oh and they have an only cash policy. Probably so they dont have to claim everything.
