I’ve gone in three times but won’t go a fourth. The first time was great- got a great haircut and it was quick. The second time, the lady who cut my hair didn’t know what a fade was, what a hard part was, and asked me how fo perform the haircut I requested, after showing her a photo of me with the exact haircut. The cut was pretty awful and I had to have a friend fix it. Gave the benefit of the doubt and went back again one more since the reviews are mostly incredible, and the photos are what I want for my own hair.When I got there and sat down, they were flustered that I didn’t have an appointment, so I asked (to clarify) if walk ins were allowed. They said yes, but they were too busy to fit me in that day. They were clearly very uncomfortable and alternated between apology and defensiveness. It was super weird. I got up to leave and they got more defensive. It was very uncomfortable. I would have accepted the fact they were too busy if they’d been at least a little professional about it.Everyone has an off day so maybe I was there for two of theirs.I have no problem with a business expressing divisive political opinions, having very strong ones of my own. But if you are the sort of person who cares one way or the other -they have a blue lives matter flag on the door.

I love this place. They are really professional but laid back. Never had a bad experience here. They do the straight razor on your neck too which is amazing! I highly recommend them.

Brittany did it great job with the little amount of hair I have lol. This was my 2nd time in for a beard trim and I’ll be back again. Even had a few laughs and that’s always a good thing.

Absolutely butchered my boyfriend and my sons hair. Fade seems to be a foreign concept. Everyone was nice but as for a hair cut I would definitely look elsewhere. Haircut looked nothing like pictures I requested. It looks like I did this in my kitchen with a rusty pair of clippers

I am 57 years of age, Ive lived in this town 57 years. What is there to say? You need an appointment however they can work you in. The sign states walk in welcome. I was greeted with a attitude of what do you need? This wasnt said, but more insinuated. I am handicapped, and found their Barbara chairs to be very very uncomfortable it caused me unpleasant pain, while sitting in total silence as my operator chose to be argumentative with me. the entire ordeal was most unpleasant uncomfortable and a big expense. I rejected the towel treatment I got the shave on my neck, and I left. However if you enjoy all of women talking about whatever to all there regulars, along with a side dish of attitude. Oh real big issue never greeted at the door of hi! welcome be right with you. I was totally ignored but if you get into this type of treatment then this place is perfect for you.

Great once you get an appointment. COVID requirements make it difficult to get in, but calling ahead and making an appointment reaps a great haircut, warm shaving cream, and straight edge neck shave. If only we had more phone numbers available to call. ;)

I have used this barber shop for over a year now and I get a cut about every 2 weeks. There isnt a bad barber in the shop, they all can cut hair, and do it right. I have found myself preferring Cassi as she nails it every time and I feel she takes her time to do a good job. I highly recommend this barber shop.

Nice down-to-earth place for you to get your haircut theyre knowledgeable good at what they do and know how to put up with rude customers. I think this is a great place to get your haircut. The prices are fair the service is great. Typically only a 15 to 20 minute wait. Its not a big place but theyre good at what they do.

I got s short fade on the sides with a scissor cut in top and a beard trim as well and am very pleased with my cut. Its hard to find a good place that is good at cuts and beard trims so definitely give this place a try

Great place. awesome staff, skilled with scissors or clippers.I would be more than happy to give them a 5 star rating except for the fact that I went in for a straight blade shave and a haircut-specifically mentioned straight blade shave. After I got the haircut the hot towels followed, but then they came at me with a fancy looking regular-style razor...not the classic straight blade. I was not informed that they do not do straight blade shaves, which made me feel slightly taken advantage of.

My son went for his first professional hair cut and every single worker there were extremely caring and wonderful. Gave lollipops, suckers, and even a quarter for their candy machine. So nice of them to go above and beyond like that. My child even has special needs and Chads patience with him was just awesome. Thank you all!

I was passing through the area and needed a haircut. I gave this place a try and Im glad I did! My wait was less than five minutes and the place had good atmosphere. Darell was friendly and the cut was great - his first time cutting my hair was better than cuts from places Ive went for years. If I lived around here this would be my regular spot.

Stopped by no appointment, but was attended to right away by Jacki. She was very professional and direct with asking exactly what I wanted, while also knowing when to input her own judgement as well. It was a nice atmosphere, and I didnt ever feel uncomfortable or worried that things werent going smoothly.She delivered a great cut, and for the price was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Went looking for a new barber shop today and gladly found one. Sadly, I forgot to ask for the ladys name that cut my hair but she did great and was extremely nice! This place is 45 minutes away from where I live, but will continue to go back whenever I need my hair cut again.

This is a great barber shop! They stay open till 7:00, pamper you a bit, and are super nice. The owner, who has stopped by to fold towels, is great too. Its my new regular shop.

I will not name names, however, my boyfriend has gone to the same person for a long time now. He can walk in and everytime gets the same hair cut. They ask he says “same as usual” and call him by name... not sure if this person was having a bad day or what, but today that is NOT what happened. His hair is generally cut with a 2 guard on the sides and faded up and scissor cut on the top (I don’t know the correct way to describe it) today, she shaved his head. Completely. No guard. And left some sort of random patch of hair on top. I wish I could share a picture. However, the rest of the staff was extremely nice! And welcomed us as we came in, and spoke on our way out!

I was looking for a master barber in my area that didnt charge the crazy prices of Franks. Not only did I find my master barber in Charlie but I got a haircut, beard trim and hot shave for 22 dollars.To top it off. The conversation and company were 5 star as well. I encourage you to give them a try.
