First time here and Batman took great care of my 4 yr old son (he was so sleepy.)and myself. The designs he crafted were more than I could of asked for. My sons fade was so handsome on him. My design matches me!!!Everyone was professional and courteous. The place was very clean. Also the bathrooms!!I will be back! I suggest anyone to check them out.Top notch barbershop right there!! Best place in East TN to get a haircut. For anyone, any age, and any gender. I mostly just cut my own hair, but when their is a special event. I only trust Gams to help me look my best. Lord knows I need help looking good😅. Thats why he blessed us with Gams.

Was my first time. Seems like a good place. I liked the haircut. Was bit more pricier than what I was use to paying in Maryland where I just moved from. And also in Maryland military got discounts on haircuts but this place doesnt offer that.

Sadly if I could give them a negative star rating I would. These guys are absolute clowns! Ive been in there twice and both times I was ignored and have yet to get a hair cut there!! There were barbers sitting down in their chairs talking and looking at their phones when I walked in! Not one person came over or uttered a word to ask which barber I would like to see. I was passed over for people that came in behind me BOTH times. Im a professional female and run my own business. Its very clear that if youre not one of the boys you can forget about getting waited on. They lack professionalism and its shameful how they clearly display the invisibility factor towards certain clientele. You’re better off going to ‘In The Cut’ off Broadway and letting Melvin or the bald headed guy on the end get you right. They are way better barbers and wait on EVERYBODY that comes through the door as they should.

It was far more than just a hair cut. I definitely suggest this establishment to anyone looking for any style grooming. Rex is a skilled man and I highly recommend his services. Be courteous and call to make an appointment. Great experience! Ask for Rex.

This is a good place to get your hair cut. However it is very busy and if you dont stay on it you will get overlooked! They did this to me a couple of times when I sat in there for a good while before someone called me for a haircut. The first time they almost closed on me while I was sitting there and the second time the guy I wanted a to cut my hair was appointment only all day and nobody said anything to me for hours! But that could have been my fault cause like I said you have to stay on it or make an appointment if you dont want to get looked over. The main reason I still gave them a 4 star rating is that you will still get a good haircut if you go there. They just need a better system in place to call people for their haircuts.

The wait process and check-in process works very well for walk-ins that just want to get a good cut the wait is not long when you pick the first available Barber option on the sign in tablet. They also have at least 8 to 9 Barbers cutting hair at any given time and of course take appointments

Sat waiting for over 2 hrs for a walk in haircut, there were no other walk ins in line. arrived at 9:30 and was told at 11 “more barbers should be on the way?” At 11:30 I left with the same amount of hair I came in with. If you claim to serve walk ins as well as appointments then you should be prepared! Simple business etiquette...

Great barbershop!! First time visiting and got a great haircut from Dexter..make sure to sign in upon arrival and they will get to you in short order. Was in the chair about 15 minutes after arrival be since they were almost to capacity early on a Saturday morning. Very friendly and professional barbers!! We were looking for a local barber for my boyfriend and son and was referred here by 2 different people. Based on reviews we knew there would be a wait. We got there a little after 6 (they close at 7), and they were able to do both of their cuts. Prices are reasonable and they both got what they wanted and were happy, so we will be back

I love this neighborhood barbershop and beauty salon. There are 10 barbers and 2 hair stylists there. And they sale a assortment of clothing along with Dudley hair products.

Id give a worse review if u could. I live 20 mins away and came all the way here to find a black barber because Ive never had a haircut before. I made an appointment the day before for 12:30 with Mondo. He was cutting someone when I came in so I sat and waited. The person left and so did he. My name was on the list for reservations and I checked in and waited 40mins and nobody even talked to me. Im also a female similar to another review I read. So if youre a female dont go here because I guess they dont cut women.

Very professional and accommodating. Didnt have to wait long and the barbers didnt overlook us because we were new faces. Highly recommend.

The cuts are great but the service or lack of is in need of fixing. I try to take me and my 2 boys here but it take them too long to get to you. Walked in at 1015 no one in the waiting area so Im thinking its good can get in and out. Yea right still here sitting an hour later seen people walking in and getting service within 10 mins while me and my kids just sitting here. Now Im not from here and was told to come here cause its the best in town but every time I come here it take 2 or 3 hours to get in a chair. Its like they do not take walk ins and if that is the case why dont they tell people.

I will NEVER go back to this place. I took my little brother to get his hair cut. We walked in, NOBODY acknowledged us. Didnt bother me at the time because they were all busy. We sat there for about 30min. 2 other guys come in, sign in and they get called straight back, so Im thinking they have an appointment. 2 hours ago by we are Still waiting, still nobody has spoke to us. They start cleaning up the shop, getting ready to close. So I told my brother to lets go and we will never come back to this rude place!!!!!

Im new to the Knoxville area, so I decided to try this barbershop out. I waited an hour and didnt get called back, while people come in ten minutes and go straight back. I signed my name on the list but got skipped by a guy that came in later than me.
