It was hard enough to get an appointment for my husband considering he works during the week! We live 20 minutes away and there was an accident on the interstate and you guys refuse service! Now I would understand if you were 15 to 20 minutes late but five minutes you could’ve worked with him but instead you just turned your back and walked away. That’s not good customer service!

I’ve been here for two appointments so far, and I am impressed every time I get a cut. Andrew is fantastic and it looks very clean and the lines are very sharp. Services here are twenty times better than any of those “quick” clip places. It is worth the money.

3rd time I’ve made an appointment several days before when I show up system had kicked me out to later date and I’m done. Barbershops don’t make appointments just beauty salons. I’m a business owner and this is just bad for business in a business structure

There were 3 barbers and no clients and I just needed a beard trim and was told lunch is more important than making money so I left. My boy loves this place but they wont get a dime from me. Cash is not king. Ill go to ol faithful Diamond Cuts

My great friend amanda also known as ootey just started working here she has cut my hair for years and let me tell you if you wanna keep fresh with a haircut go see her. she is the best in the business. i didn’t know what to expect walking in here but they made me feel at home. it’s usually the barber not talking to you there just saying tilt your head or stay still. no not here every employee was friendly cutting up with people waiting other customers in the building and always staying safe in this pandemic. they were wearing masks at all times no matter what and washing there hands and changing towels after wiping there hands off. i definitely recommend you going down here and getting your haircut from amanda also known as ootey!!

If i could give the Shop and Alex Solares, 10 stars I would! Very professional establishment and staff. Alex Solares did an amazing job cutting and styling my sons hair. Its by far the best haircut hes ever had. He was very patient and thorough. And even took the time to show me how to style my sons hair. I highly reccomend him and Bruces Barbershop. We will definetly be going back!

Great barber shop with great barbers. Ive seen many people go in with bad haircuts but have yet to see anyone leave with a bad haircut.

In the midst of moving, I misread our appointment time. I thought my toddlers appointment was 10:30, but it was at 10. I completely understood not being able to continue with our appointment, so we were going to reschedule. Unfortunately, we were notified my 14-month-old son had to wear a mask to have his hair cut. That’s extremely dangerous and against the CDC’s recommendations. It poses a suffocation risk for children under 2. My husband also had an appointment for the same afternoon, and he ended up cancelling his. It’s their right to make regulations for their business, but not when it is putting my son’s life at risk. I’m appalled this business didn’t look into the regulations. I understand this is a tough time for businesses right now, so I hate writing a bad review. But this is life-threatening and needs to be addressed.

This awesome veteran-owned business is much-needed addition to our area. I had my first haircut there today and was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the experience. The shop is clean, well organized, and conveniently located with easy parking. The pricing is accurate for the service provided. Well done.

Showed up 30 min early for my appointment sat there waiting. They call me up late for my appointment when and then tell me because my nose is runny I have to leave. Allergies are not around anymore now that covid is.

Alex is the best, friendly, shop is always clean, very professional, Ootey dud an amazing job on my hair today, I would recommend and have recommended Bruces, best shop in town!

I went to Bruces for the first time this Saturday. I also took my 4 year old so . We both needed haircuts before a photoshoot for a Christmas present. I made the appointment for 12 oclock for both of us. We showed up at 1145 and by 12 we were both in our chairs. I had Mike who gave me a haircut and a beard trim. My hair and beard look great, they are lined up perfectly, and I even got pampered with a straight razor shave around the edges and a hot towel afterwards. My son had Alex and he needed a trim and some shaping on his little boy mohawk. Alex was so great with my son, even did little magic tricks for him. He was so great. The prices were slightly higher than other places, (35 for me, 20 for him) but the perks were well worth it. We will be back
