My son is a student at UT, Knoxville. Last week his car would not start and needed a tow. The car was in one of the parking garages. Kings is only one of a few companies in town able to tow out of a parking garage. The driver was quick to arrive, professional, and best of all.....did not charge extra because it was a parking garage. If we ever need the service again, Im calling Kings!

Such a good experience. I couldnt stay with my car and I felt confident that they would take care of transporting it to the dealership for repair. They gave me clear instructions and stayed in communication with me until after delivery, at which point my payment was handled easily over the phone with a receipt texted to me while still on the line. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

My car broke down on the interstate (chevy cobalt), I was quoted $85 to tow my car back to my house (between 5-10 miles)When the gentleman arrived with my car, he was very professional and backed my car into my parking lot. Its a small parking space, but he lined it up perfectly straight. The best part is that there were no hidden fees, it was exactly as they quotedThis was the most pleasant experience I could have had with a dead car and a tow truck. My driver was nice and had a great sense of humor but very professional. It definitely helped lighten up a difficult situation.I will definitely use this company again. 10/10 would recommend!

Great customer service, very responsive. Affordable price. I was really caught in a pickle, being an out of town traveler and breaking down in a somewhat remote area. The nearest Mopar dealer was 40 miles away. The driver, Brandon, arrived promptly (actually early!), and was very helpful. With him being local, I trusted his advice and chose a different dealer to take my vehicle to, and Im SO thankful that I did! Secret City Dodge was the right place to go. It all could have gone so wrong, but my call to Kings was the first step in the right direction!

Great service I call Kings towing every time I need a tow. Brandon there tow truck driver helped me start my truck today and I didn’t evenneed to have it towed. He helped me diagnose my trucks problem and was very knowledgeable about engine issues. Brandon towed my truck at a previous time and did a great job then as well. Brandon is amazing. Professional, reliant and customer oriented. At UT Medical Center today a lady backed into our Toyota Rav causing damage and could not be driven back to Kingsport. After calling AAA, Kings Towing was mentioned. I spoke to owner who told me a driver would be out within the hour. We dealt with UT Med Security and he provided info where our car would be. Brandon stayed in touch by phone letting us know when he would be there. He promptly loaded and we took off. We discussed vehicles and other subjects on our trip making it go by faster. Absolute professionals. Arrived on time and were very polite and helpful.

Very responsive and friendly. Called and got them on the phone right away, he was very friendly and said it would take about 25 min for him to get there, he was there in 15. He knew right away the proper way to tow my car up on the bed. Specifically he did NOT just slap some chains on the suspension and start yanking away. He took the time to use the proper tow point and anchor, even though it was less convenient for him. Then he also took the extra time to tie the car down with soft straps in stead of the easier and faster chains. My wheels and I thank him for that.The ride back to my house was fun. I enjoyed hearing about all of his travels around the world. Finally, he took the time to back the truck up my driveway to the garage door so the car could roll into the garage for the repairs I was unfortunately going to have to do. (no getting neighbors to push it in)This was the complete opposite of my experience with another company in town hired through my roadside assistance from my cell phone company a few months prior. In that case I was on the phone for 25 min with the call operator trying to tell her why highway 11W was the same road as Rutledge Pike. Then waiting another hour in June heat for the truck to arrive, to finally argue with the guy asking him to not tow my truck by the control arms, but on the frame.Kings Towing is now in my cell phone, hopefully I wont need them, but there just in case I do.

I hit a pothole hard on 75 and this nice driver helped me so much, I’m from out of state and a 20 year old so I didn’t know what to do, my parents weren’t with me and he was so nice. He was very understanding and didn’t even charge me the full amount because I was so upset. I would recommend them anyday

I was notified with a personal call when he was going to be late and I was notified when he was on the way. I wanted a pickup from a dealership, but there was an accident and he had to take care of that first. That is totally understandable and it did not take him long. These guys did a great job for me. They towed an old project vehicle from a storage unit to the garage at my new house. They kept to the quoted price even though the pick and place was a bit trickier than they were expecting. They arrived quicker than promised. The driver had to back around a couple tight corners to get to my vehicle but had no problems doing it. Good driving skills.

Very quick service, great prices, and awesome drivers. We had to use Kings twice this past week, as we got a moving truck stuck in the mud. We called Kings, and they were there within 15 minutes to winch us out. Then the same week we had to tow my car to Carmax, different driver, but just as nice. Both cases were a breath of fresh air compared to what Ive dealt with in the past with tow companies. I wouldnt use anybody else in the area.

Mark from Kings Towing did a wonderful job when my car broke down and needed to be towed. He was coming from a totally different part of town but made it to me in less than 30 minutes after I called AAA. He was incredibly quick and efficient with getting my car loaded onto the tow truck and gave me a ride to where I needed to go. The inside of his cab was, honestly, probably the cleanest car Ive ever been in, and was kept nice and cool. He went above and beyond to be polite and pleasant and make a rough day a little better. I needed my old school car towed home from a repair shop. So I searched online and found Kings Towing and noticed the high marks in reviews so I gave them a call. Within 90 minutes Robert, the driver met me at the mechanics shop and towed my 1972 El Camino home. He loaded my Baby on the flatbed with care and unloaded her in the precise location next to my driveway. Talk about skilled! This guy operated this huge truck like it was a remote controlled vehicle!

This was the first time I had contacted Kings regarding a lock-out. The gentleman who got the job done was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone, especially if you live around Western Ave.

I had 3 kids under 4 in my car when my car broke down on the interstate. Called them because of their ratings and was not disappointed! They got there really fast and were very patient with me. This was my first time breaking down they were very kind and understanding! I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

This is more of a warning to those, like myself, who are considering using this place based on their star rating. They held my car for over 2 weeks “looking for used tires” and then ignored all of my calls for 8 entire days. I had to arrive in person several times to even get an update on my vehicle. Not too long after receiving my car from them, I found that they used a dry-rotted tire and my own spare tire and then they charged me for those tires! I would highly advise against even considering this place. Save yourself from your situation getting any worse and find another service.

Magnificent! These guys were so kind and quick that I just had to give them the most positive review I could! They pretty much saved the day for me.

Rick was very professional and courteous. While most towing companies would have just towed the car with no questions asked, Rick wanted to find a solution and get me back on the road quickly. It ended up being a dead battery and was solved by cleaning corrosion off of the posts and a jump start. He went the extra mile and followed me to Autozone and made sure they properly installed a new battery. Highly recommended.

I called on a Sunday at 1pm, was called back within 5 minutes and the driver showed up soon after. I was getting a non running vintage Impala towed. The driver was courteous and saved my son and I another 30-45 minutes by helping us move it into storage. Ghaith was the best.

King’s worked out a reasonable deal to flat bed my car to my dealer, which was a bit out of their way. Rick arrived on-time, was professional and courteous in every way, took great care, and handled the entire delivery in an hour, including a follow-up call and text. A great experience and a nice guy. By far the best towing company I have ever used. They are the friendliest people and will help you no matter what the situation is. I found myself with a blown engine on the side of the highway. Within 10 minutes they were there to help and offered to take me to a hotel. The owner will go out of his way to help you and make sure you are taken care of. I 100% reccomend this company to anyone! Called these guys to get my car towed to the local dealership. I called in the morning, said that I had to be there at 3 oclock, could ypu guys come around 2:30 to 3 to tow it. The dealership is only 5 minutes away. They said yes well be there. Never showed up to get my..... I dont recommend

My husband is sitting on the side of the interstate in Knoxville TN. I called Kings Towing and was given an approximate price based on $75 plus $2.00 per mile. My husband called and told him that he was 98.2 miles from the dealership which he wanted to be dropped off at in Cleveland TN. The price was $250. My husband sits for an hour before the tow arrives. Th driver tells him $350.The guy then does not answer the phone. Do we all get the picture? This guy is a shister. Do not bother to call. Please pass this on to your friends and family.

I had a great experience with Kings Towing, I knew something was about to happen with my car and the starter went out. Azad arrived within 20 minutes and had me and my car where we needed to be in another 20 minutes. Was $75 for about five to eight miles from Cedar Bluff to Karns Motor Company.
