Ill be taking my third car there for repair. First, my Mercedes for repairing my door and quarter-panel (see photo). Second, my Subaru for mechanical work and this week, my Volkswagen Passat for dent repair. Car Works of Knoxville are very reasonable priced and you dont get that rushed feeling that you get at the other places. I highly recommend Car Works of Knoxville to anyone looking for any repairs.

Dont buy anything from this con man. Bought a bike there for 3000 dollars with the promise of title on the way. Never got title and had to sell the bike for 500 dollars without title. I would have never done this but I thought it was a legitimate business. Be warned buying anything from there is not a wise decision.

Dont do what they promise. Will never return for anything. Had to pick up my motorcycle tires and rims then drive 36 miles south just to get mounted and balance. To bad I have 4 vehicles that needs service and they will never see one of mine. It takes Years to gain a customer 10 minutes to loose them for ever (and all their friends)

Employees will leave vise grips on vechile holdimg support for radiator n also leave hood lose and customer had to tape down and return to b fixed what should have been correctly the first time and could have been very dangerous if hood had flied open . Beware!!!
