Had a great experience with Kadunza. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue on my X5 diesel, and now it is driving wonderfully again. The online estimate approval and payment option is really nice. Hopefully I wont need to anytime soon, but next time one of my BMWs need work, I will be bringing it here!

These guys are incredible! Worth 5 stars and more. On my first time visit they had the issue figured out and fixed on my 2013 Mini Cooper by days end. Their online service charge approval process is very efficient and easy to navigate as well. So grateful to have found Kadunza.

Tyler is fantastic. Had them order and install a new upgraded exhaust for my 2002 MINI Cooper S. They ran into a snag with a welding shop but they dealt with the issue and treated me right. I can highly recommend them.

Robert and the entire team at Kadunza are some of the most knowledgeable and competent mechanics and individuals Ive ever dealt with. They do some of the most quality repairs around, and theyll explain everything to you in normal, everyday language even a car novice like myself can understand. They wont oversell you, or perform a service you dont need - they are honest, trustworthy, and very affordable. Cant recommend them enough. They have a customer for life in myself and newly, my parents.I used to get a pit in my stomach every time a check engine light came on or my car needed service, and that is just no longer a part of my life. Fast and reliable work!

Kadunza did an amazing job working on my 330i! They diagnosed all of the issues and worked up a quote for me over the few hours that I left my car at their shop while at work. They had itemized quotes based on each fix, and even though the condition of the exterior of my car wasnt great, and the extensive list of needed fixes wasnt cheap, they never talked down to me like I couldnt afford their work. I was actually very surprised that the price of the parts and labor being very competitive. Great job, guys!

I’ve waited a while to post this review. These guys have been taking care of our BMW on several occasions now. I’m calling Barry and Robert our because their both very knowledgeable, honest, and great guys that know everything there is to know about good service and BMWs. These types of cars are not cheap to work on, but they are much better priced than the dealers and are 100% honest with you and really try to help. I’m a very happy customer of theirs. Excellent costumer service - very friendly and detailed in explaining labor and materials to someone like myself with a small amount of car knowledge. These guys are the absolute best, these guys have done just about everything on my car, from front suspension replacement, battery, oil changes, belt tensioner and belt, coolant leaks, to servicing my transmission. I originally went there for what I thought would be a crazy expensive coolant leak last July, to leaving a few hours later with the leak fixed, and a tiny $50 bill for labor and tax. These guys have answered each and every question I ask, and they are quick at it. When it comes to Kadunza, there’s nothing they don’t know about these cars, and it absolutely shows in their work, never a bad experience in my countless trips there.

A great place to get work done for your BMW. Great vibe, nice staff, very knowledgeable, and honest. They brought my e30 back to life several times and have always been honest on what needs to be done as well as various options to restore or modify. Currently discussing suspension options on another car, and they are honest about parts (OEM and aftermarket) as they’ve worked on a lot of cars. These guys LOVE and stand by their work. Growing up my aunt had (and still does have) a PRISTINE 1984 325i. My cousin was the secretary at Grayson BMW. My grandfather had a large and successful towing service with a mechanic shop. My mother owned a used car lot. All these experiences combined, convinced me that BMW was THE car for me.Ive been driving BMW since right out of high school, and over a decade later, Im getting pretty familiar with these cars and their issues, quirks, and cost of ownership.Rolling up to Kadunza the first time, for a BMW lover like me, is like rolling up to an adult Disneyland. The parking lot and garage is just full of all these beautiful BMWs, old and new. That really put me at ease. The office is casual, clean, and (much like my own home) has lots of toy bimmers haha.The staff is friendly, patient and very informative. Communication is great. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in awhile the guy was very rude I bought a part these people if you can call them thy and the warranty didn’t cover because they didn’t do the job not everyone can afford to pay thousands of dollars in a job you can do yourself but anyways the part broke and the warranty doesn’t cover because I did it myself ? How does that work ?

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Just bought a 2008 135i and took it to Kadunza to have the carbon blast done on the intake. While they were inspecting the car they brought to my attention some issues that the car had. I received prompt emails with pictures and even a video so I could see what was going on. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their transparency through all of it. They even followed up with me a day after service to see if everything was good. Customer service is what keep people coming back and these guys have it in spades. If you own any BMW and want straight forward pricing and great customer service, go see Robert and Adam.

I had the misfortune of a breakdown in Knoxville Tenn while escaping Hurricane Irma. I took my 2011 BMW 750LI to the Knoxville Tenn BMW dealer and they gave me an astronomical price to replace the alternator which was fried due to a coolant leak. I subsequently was referred to Kadunza BMW repair facility. I can t say enough about how these guys are so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. In addition they did a expert job in repairing my BMW at a much lower price than I would have paid to the dealer. I actually believe based on what I observed that they probably did a better repair job than the dealer would have done. Many Kudos to the Kadunza BMW repair facility in Knoxville Tennessee. I would highly recommend this shop to any BMW owner regardless of age or model. They do it all. Thanks guys.....................

IF you are reading reviews to decide on whether or not to trust Kadunza with your BMW repair(s). Just do it. As easy as a Nike ad. Just Do It!Wow! If you have a BMW and you need repairs or maintenance TAKE IT TO KADUNZA. No need to read the rest of my blah blah blah just trust me. My 328ci is my third BMW. I have a mechanic that I trust, but I felt my BMWs were just a little to specialized for him. I was never a take it to dealer guy because of the lack of trust and I have been burnt on jacked up repairs. So I was stuck choosing honesty over 100% quality. The guys at Kadunda know BMWs. They have a clean shop and run a clean business. The work they did on my 328ci was exceptional. The diagnostics and estimate were spot on. The repair was flawless. If you own a BMW and are not a take it to the dealer person, I really think you will be happy here. Trust, knowledge and quality work.
