We got back from out of town and found our AC had broken on the hottest day... other companies were three weeks out. This company was extremely responsive, a great value, and so quick to respond! They were so easy to contact and work with. They made sure to communicate well and even offered to bring a stand alone unit to keep us cool until they got out there. 10/10 recommend!!! Absolutely love this company! I use them for all my plumbing needs. Billy & David are professional, courteous, clean and make me feel very comfortable to have them in my home. The office ladies have always communicated very well if there is a change in the plumbers schedule, and they are always polite and go out of their way to help me. The manager there is fantastic. Emily has always been very polite, is always available to answer my questions, give a little extra help, help push through my financing, or just be helpful in any way she can. I would recommend this company to everyone I can, they have never let me down.

Tech came out for less than 30 minutes and switched out a fuse. Then charged 150. Fuses at Home Depot are a tenth that price. Since then my unit has blown 3 sets of fuses in the three days since. Good job really identifying the problem. All they said is they can send a tech out to look at it again.....really and what charge me 500 to swap out a motor. No guarantee on work and ridiculous prices....no thanks.

When you live in an older home, 79 years old or so, (She’s a good old girl, and we love her)you deal with old plumbing, wiring, and everything that goes with that.Our home is heated by hot water that runs through pipes beneath the floors.Toasty floors in the winter, no allergies from the forced air.The boiler, or furnace, was “Blowing off”A term I’d never heard until Googled it,Today a brilliant young man named Bryan from Dean Plumbing and Heating fixed us up!He’s amazing! We arrived home on a Monday night from a trip to a NC hospital. My Mom’s house heater was not working and it was 52 degrees. She just had surgery and her house was too cold for her to stay We called Dean’s took our call. She called Daniel who was off for the evening and he said he would come over. It didn’t take him long at all and he was able to fix the heater. He was so kind, caring, efficient and amazing! Thank you Daniel and Casey! I can sleep well knowing my Mom’s house has heat. Istalled hvac 1year and half ago in the addict. Never went up until this monday to get something found poor installation. Wires exposed water leaking into unit over wires. Called sent pictures. They sent a guy out. He put some glue on one connection. Said they would call to come back . Never heard back Its been a week. Dont use them.

Had my 6 month system serviced today by Brian. Did a great job, pointed out a few things to watch. Then helped reprogram my control box settings. Dean has been out before to service my system but this is the first time I felt like I got more than my monies worth. Great job, thanks Brian!

It is usually the support staff that is the heart of an agency but rarely gets recognition for their hard work. Casey, secretary and office manager at Dean Plumbing, Heating Cooling, LLC, coordinated and scheduled the installation of our AC, humidifier, thermostat and damper vents. While the technicians completed the installation, it was Casey who made this transition flow smoothly.Due to issues during and after installation, the technician(s) had to return on three separate occasions to make adjustments. Because of these issues, we made several phone calls to the office. Caseys positive attitude and ability to listen to our problems saved the day for us. She is truly an asset to this company.

Once again, Dean Plumbing Heating & Cooling came to our rescue after my daughter decided to put uneaten RICE!!! down our kitchen disposal. Our attempts to clear our clogged kitchen sinks with a plunger only seemed to make things worse. Billy (last name unknown) from Dean Plumbing showed up within the hour on a Friday evening and diagnosed the problem quickly. After clearing the clogged elbow under our sink, he courteously and tactfully instructed my daughter on what should never be put down disposals. We enjoyed having Billy in our home and had great conversation while he worked. Its not often you have people as personable as he was show up and make you feel like youve known him for years. Dean PH&C are my go-to folks for any plumbing or HVAC issues. They deserve six stars instead of five.

Used them a few years ago. Made an appt but they Will not respond; ignore appointments; say they will call or email confirmations (provided 2 cell numbers and 2 emails) but never do either. Also they have a very argumentative person on the phone - saying they did all these things. And they argue about refunding payment when they never did any work this year.

Jonathan Dean and his team are absolutely great and excellent in HVAC maintenance and furnace repair.They repaired our gas furnace in few minutes of arrival and I also enjoyed the way they maintain the HVAC. Professional workers and great pricing. Highly recommended.

Nate did a very fine job. Our unit is an antique built somewhere around 1996 so replacement parts are hard to come by. Nate was very proficient at finding the right parts or rebuilding what he could to resurrect this old antique and get the heating system working. I have stage 4 cancer and the cold just kills me. It was very cold outside and Nate delivered by getting it working like new.They were very reasonable on their pricing and office personnel were very nice and helpful. Did a Great job. My AC was not working Friday evening and Dean Plumbing sent someone out. They got me up and running said they would be back tomorrow with the correct part and it would be $350 to fix it. They came back and fixed it. I called a friend in another town thats owns a heating/air business and for what they charged it was three times what it should have been. They changed out a $18 part. Well its Tuesday, three days later and just woke up and ac is not working again I called and they tell me its going to be Friday before someone can get out. Really its only 95 degrees today and you charged me three times what it should have been and cant get here till Friday. Do not use this place.

Wow! I can not believe how fast this was! I called on a Tuesday for a diagnostic (they did a complementary one where most wanted $75 just to come out!) and they were able to get Bryan to come out THAT SAME DAY! He took the time to explain what was probably going on (we had little to no Freon left and it was an old unit running the R22 which is being discontinued as of Dec 31, 2019) and gave a cost comparison as to fixing it or replacing it. He knew to give information on financing (which was super reasonable BTW) and his price was comparable to others we had quoted. We called at 12:45 today (Thursday) to give the go ahead and let me tell you, we did the financing over the phone (super fast and easy) and they literally were here at 2:00 installing the unit!!!! I was roasting! Bo, Charles, and G were awesome at the install and answered all of our questions. 12/10 would recommend working with Deans again and again!Did i mention they gave a 10 year parts AND labor warranty? yeah, pretty cool.

I needed a new outside compressor/Condenser unit and a new coil in my attic. I called another big HVAC company that tried to charge me $1670.00 more for a smaller/lesser unit with a shorter warranty!! When I called Starr at Dean HVAC to schedule someone to come out, they sent me Christine who came on the same day, he already had an extremely long day, and he arrived just after 8 pm. I told him I was sorry to bring him out so late, and he was very pleasant and told me he didnt mind and was happy to be there. He took his time and explained everything very thoroughly and inspected all my equipment and didnt try to up-sell me on a furnace I didnt need like the other company had. Christine gave me a quote and warranty that I was happy with and even had his crew come out on a Saturday to fit around my work schedule. Christine came out the Following Monday personally with his Supervisor Tommy, and they both did a great job inspecting the work and making sure I was satisfied with everything or had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Dean Heating & Air and I was very happy with Christine, Starr & Tommy & their professionalism and speed in getting me installed quickly!!

Efficient coming back to repair pinpoint leak in unit in month after my being gone for holidays very mannerly

They replaced a unit for us a couple years back and we have come to find out the unit was too small for our square footage, the line settings were too small to work correctly, our zone system was not re-calibrated at all, and the upstairs unit was not even fully connected to the duct work so we have had a leak. It has been one problem after another even after spending thousands on the new unit. Do not use them!

Would like to express my appreciation for Bryan, Bo and Charles over the past two years Dean heating and air repaired previous issues from another company. Bryan, Bo and Charles are very professional and polite and kept Cindy and myself informed throughout the entire process. I could not ask for a better experience than we had this week. It took less than two days for Christian and Bo to get our air conditioner fixed and up and running. They both came in ready to work and got us completely fixed in an amazing time frame. Excellent service! After calling to set up an appointment an hour later Nathan was at our home. He checked our unit gave us our options and never pressured us to make a decision like most companies. We ended up getting a whole new unit Chris and Paul brought us over a few portable air conditioners till they was able to get here that evening to install the unit. Upon Chris and Paul arriving they installed the unit and was very nice and professional. I will be recommending Deans to all of our family and friends.

I bought 2 new A/C units. He said theyd be in tomorrow or the next day. He actually got them both installed ON DAY 1! And made SURE I was taken care of!

Our air, furnace unit quit working, yesterday, Aug 23, 2018. So we called DEAN, and within 3 hrs, someone was out to check out what was wrong. May I add, NO CHARGE TO CHECK!!! Found out the problem, and was told he would call next morning, today, which he did. Told us what it would cost, still under warranty, but what would cost for transporting part. Which was a motor for unit. I could not believe the amount we were told. So happy unit will be fixed in a few hrs. I will DEFINITELY tell anyone who runs into an issue with ANYTHING, furnace, air conditioning, or plumbing, CALL DEANS!! THESE GUYS CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE PERSON. I was asked to give a review of Deans by the guy that normally came out to do our semi-annual HVAC service. He was also here to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Mind you the kitchen faucet we had was no longer being manufactured so he took a picture and had the office staff try to find a replacement. the plumber told me he would relay the info to the office staff and she would get back to me. I didnt hear anything, so inspecting what I expect I called the following morning and the plumber did not relay the information to the office staff for scheduling the follow up appointment to install my new faucet. Now into the 3rd day without, I was told theyd be here between 1-3, got a call in the morning from the office staff saying they had a guy out and had to bump us back to 5-7 pm. No joke, the guy finally shows up almost 8pm and the faucet didnt fit. The reason for the 1 star is two fold, last year they missed a service call in mid summer when our HVAC was on the fritz and this time because the plumber should have measured the faucet opening before gong out and buying the new faucet.

Incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My air conditioning went out on a hot July day, and they came out the following day. Bo diligently troubleshooted and quickly found and fixed the problem. Great job!

They came out pretty fast the morning i called. They were very thorough with their testing to make sure the AC unit was out and it wasnt something minor. This company did a plumbing repair for my bath tubs leaking faucets. Robbie and his son were professional, and friendly. They were upfront on searching for the issue, options I had and cost to me for repair. Not only did they fix this issue, they had to address another issue with the faucets which now allows us to have a worry free experience and save some money that water leaks can cause. I would recommend this company and will use them myself in the future.

I really appreciate Frank Long and Chuck Ledford for a really good experience with putting in our new system. These two man wanted the best for us even though I knew nothing about the system. They made my daughter feel comfortable by just enjoying her company by talking with her. My dad asked what company this was because he was impressed on how helpful and outgoing they were. Very impressed with the service from Deans. They were quick to schedule a tech and Tim called as he was on his way. His work was fast and efficient and he was very kind. A small misunderstanding of estimate/repair was quickly and professionally taken care of. I would recommend an estimate first to make sure they will fit into your budget and repair needs.

We had a leak in our ceiling in our basement and called Dean plumbing at the recommendation of a contractor we were considering. Jonathan came out after hours since we called late in the afternoon ad charged us $100 to tell us the problem was not a plumbing issue but where water had gotten in to our wall from the chimney. He said there were no pipes above where the leak was. He said he could poke wholes all in the ceiling to see if we had a leak but he didnt think it would help. He did not turn the water off to the house. We had the flashing around the chimney fixed but the leak continued. My husband went and bought a tool to turn the water off to the house and the leak stopped right away. We called Dean and asked for our money back since they did absolutely nothing and we didnt use them for the repair since we didnt trust them. They refused to return our money and lied saying they did turn the water off at the street and said we refused to allow them to make wholes in the ceiling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and do not know what they are doing!

Recently had installed Hvac. Called with an emergency repair of old existing system. They were there within the hour of call. Nathan checked system and recommended new system. They replaced system the same day. Great to work with. Installers nice, answered questions. Love their same day service and quick response.

I am writing this review exactly 2 years after I had both AC units in the house replaced. Jonathan Dean and his wife came out on a Sunday afternoon and they were getting the job done on Monday! Since then his company has been doing the regular maintenance of the equipment and I am very happy. They were actually cheaper than everyone else and they help us with the financing. I recommend them anytime someone asks me.UPDATE #1: Almost going on 3 years now and I had to call them today to ask for help with my UV light in my HVACs. I was helped by both the owner (Jonathan Dean) and the dispatcher (Kim). I am now an even happier customer than before (can I leave 6 stars?) and its this kind of attention and most importantly dedication to their customers that they have shown us since we first did business with them. Dean Plumbing Heating & Cooling goes above and beyond. I called them out to help me replace my thermostat, and while they were out they heard that my garbage disposal was not working after I installed it myself. They not only got my thermostat working, they also looked at and fixed the minor issue with my garbage disposal. Other companies wanted to charge me just to come out and tell me what was wrong. Deans not only didnt charge me to diagnose the problem, they also fixed it on the spot. This is now my personal one stop business. Well, as always Deans Plumbing Company has made everything right!! I was overly charged yesterday for service, by a new employee, that apparently didnt know any better, Im sure he does now!! I was very upset!!, I left a negative review!! I never realized how much Deans Plumbing Company actually care about their customers,....folks they genuinely care that your completely satisfied, and if not, they will do whatever to make it right!! So, today the office manager called my daughter( she called to get our service done yesterday), and asked what happened, and why I gave negative review??My daughter explained what happened, and Deans couldnt stop apologizing enough, and said we want to make it right, youre a good return customer, and we want to keep you!!WHAT ?? A company that really cares??I have done business with many, many companies in my years, and I have never been treated anywhere close to what Deans did!!They care about you and will make it right, I will always use Deans for all my plumbing, heating/ cooling needs!!Thank you Deans Plumbing for being the real deal!!

What a great company. They have done work for us in the past and never diss as pointed. No heat and Nathan came out same day. Free diagnosis completed, switch reset and Heat back on. I got a reccomendation for Deans on Facebook, so I called the Meridian office on 7/23/19 to see why our AC was not cooling. They sent a couple guys out within a couple hours. The diagnosis was not good and we ended up needing a whole new unit. Long story short, 24 hours later my wife and I are nice and cool watching Blue Bloods and talking about how impressed we are of the quality of work Christian and Bo performed. Christian even called after leaving the office to see if it was cooling and if we were satisfied. These guys are awesome. We definitely recommend Deans to anyone and everyone.

Deans absolutely saved the day!!! Story time. We got a brand new AC unit from a different local company this last summer - a few months later, the unit already started having issues . With a 2 year old and a new baby on the way, I was worried about making sure my home was warm. I called Browns several times to come fix it. For a week, the owner and installer himself flaked out by not showing up or by giving me bogus excuses . He didn’t show up until I lost my cool (which I never do) and threatened to go with a new company. He finally came but nothing was fixed. That’s when I called Deans and boy am I glad that I did. There was not only a plethora of dangerous things wrong with how the unit was hooked up, but we figured out the other company isn’t even licensed by the state! I won’t list the things that were wrong with the unit install, but take my word for it, it was disgraceful . Deans showed up EARLIER than they promised & took care of everything. I am SO grateful for them and their honest, dependable service! We will never go anywhere else!

I had my heating and air unit go bad. It kept icing over. I called Dean PHC and they sent a wonderful young man out to help me. God, truly blessed me today...Nathan is very knowledgeable and has helped me beyond words & so has this company. I give them a 10 star rating . Jonathan Dean and his crew came to the rescue! I had many other estimates performed by other companies - all the big names here in Knoxville. He beat their pricing and was able to provide 0 down 0% financing. Most importantly, he thoroughly explained my options, and my house went from 90 degrees back to 70 in less than 30 hours from my first call, with an offer of portable cooling units. I got a great unit, at a great price, and one with locally available parts if service is needed or when the 10 year warranty runs out. My electric bill has dropped by more than the monthly payments. I have had the unit for a year now. I wanted to be sure there was service after the sale as well. There was a hiccup with the unit, a small leak caused by a manufacturing defect. That was handled, at 0 charge, the afternoon I called about it, on a Sunday. I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you, Jonathan Dean. You and your crew do fantastic work and provide professional, courteous and prompt service.

Dean was the second company to come out after i was told it would cost 5k to fix my hvac unit. Nathan spent only a few minutes checking my system and said the repair would be less than 400.00 Nathan was very professional and courteous along with saving us over 4k i will never use anyone again. they are a 10 out of 10 business

My name is Fay C. I called another A/C company to have a new system installed at my house. They kept me hanging on for 4 days with 84 degree temps in my house. They never called. I called Dean at 4:45 P.M. They came right out and assessed my need. They came back a few hours later and installed my new system. They worked into the night to get the job done. Now I am cool and comfortable. I appreciate them so much. They did a great job. I know who to call next time. Thanks guys.

So I had a carrier system that was 10 years old and it has been problematic for the last 2 years. I have had Deans come out for those two years and charge up the unit with R22, basically run the system as long as you can.So finally this summer I had two units fail and Jonathon Dean recommended that I replace the units. He was very accommodating, courteous and prompt in his quotes and estimates. His main concern was that I didnt over spend on a name brand. I was and still am somewhat weary of the Coleman brand but I know that his team of HVAC professionals know the business. We will have to wait and see on the brand for reliability metrics.I had a team of folks come out on Monday to replace the main failed unit and then another team out on Wednesday. Each of them followed a work and safety standard. I was very pleased with the work they performed. Chuck, Devon, Jerry, Spence, Tim and Cooper performed the work.Jonathon Dean called to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction, the teams all made sure I was satisfied with the work. Basically it was a great experience.

This is an amazing company with great customer service! The technicians are extremely professional and caring making sure I felt like I was a part of their family going above and beyond to take care of all of our needs!
