I am so impressed with Blue Water Climate Control after their persistence in helping us replace a motor on our old AC unit. They are very knowledgable and professional. We very much appreciated the technician Michael who worked so hard under the crawl space on such a hot day. He was a trooper. We appreciate Mike Wolfe, the GM, who went above and beyond to help us get this dealt with. When the time comes to replace our unit, we will definitely call Blue Climate. Highly recommend.

I needed someone to start a maintenance program, but be able to give me advice and service if there was a problem, and help me with lots of other questions related to my HVAC. Great service! They were at our house within an hour of us calling on a weekend and gave a free estimate. We chose them to install our new unit because of their professional help and fast response. We now have a cool house after 3 1/2 miserable days! We highly recommend them!

Before I give them a review, I just want to say that I had no idea who they were until a couple of years ago, and only know them through the work they have done for us. We used this company a couple of years ago through our home warranty the first time and had a great experience. We just got lucky that they used Blue Water as their contracted company at the time. We have been having some issues with it again this year because the unit is getting old, but the company our home warranty directed us to this time has been unresponsive so I called Blue Water Climate Control late last night after 10 pm. I was called back first thing this morning, and they had technicians at my house to look at our unit before I even got off work today around 4:30 pm. They advised that they could fix it, but it would be quite expensive and we would get more out of a new unit based on our current models age (12 years and a cheaper brand fromthe research I have done) Their honesty, transparency, and respect for our time is why we will continue to exclusively use this company from now on. Michael and Ben were very professional and even took a minute to entertain our dog while they were talking over everything with my wife. They already have scheduled to have one of their sales people or the owner come by to advise or quote a new unit first thing tomorrow. All of this has taken place, and I have yet to hear from our home warranty company or the original company they contracted this time even though I scheduled an appointment over a week ago with them. If you are having issues like we have had, or if you just want to have a great company that you can trust, call Blue Water Climate Control. You will thank me later.

The tech that came out was super friendly and after explaining what we felt should be done he did it without a problem. What we didn’t like is that if my husband wasn’t here to watch what was going on we would’ve never known that the coils weren’t cleaned properly. My husband check 3 times and had dirt on his fingers all 3 times. This really isn’t on the tech though but how he was trained.

Our AC went out last week and we were really appreciative of the promptness of blue water coming out the day of considering it’s mid-august and I’m 7+ months pregnant. The repair man did a temporary fix that cost $420, it was supposed to last 1-3 years so we could save up for a new unit - the fix lasted until that following Monday. He came back out and told us we needed an new evaporator then just told us we need a whole new AC unit for $8500 - and that our unit was too old being 9 years old.We got a second opinion, and our AC was misdiagnosed, there was no leak in the evaporator and we did not need a new AC unit and our unit would last us another 5-10 years. The second opinion place (Foothills mechanical) did a $1k fix and now our AC is working perfectly again. We went 5 days without air conditioning in august when I think we should have called foothills mechanical initially. They told us even if we did need a new AC unit it wouldn’t be more than $6k - Blue water over priced theirs over $2500. We couldn’t help but feel a little taken advantage of being the fact we know nothing of the specialty and trusted what our repairman disclosed. I am beyond thankful for second opinions!

Very unprofessional and the unit they worked on had been previously looked at by another company. There had been tools left on by the unit and these wdre stolen by their technician. Upon asking for the tools to be returned, Our company was lied to. So please dont trust this company in your home or business because thdy employee thei thieves and liars.

Had a little issue with the invoice/billing on the technicians side and was overcharged initially, but I believe he was fairly new with the company from what he said so he was still trying to learn their billing systems. Im sure thats a fairly high turnover trade, so cant fully blame the company for that issue. The owner, Jeremy, was quick to reach out to me the next morning and resolve the issue. Easy to schedule appointments online or via text which is nice, and they were out there the following business day.

Very professional, calm, and respectful. No sales pitches or lies. And for my own personal preference, I like that they are owned and operated by a former servant of our military. That is probably why his employees do not look like the typical crackhead, tobacco dipping, redneck. Respect and honesty are the two things I look for first when choosing a company for service or repair. And they definitely meet that, as well as having great prices for their services.

Scheduled the appointment the night before and was happy when Jason showed up on time! Showed him my furnace which was leaking and left him to do his diagnostic, which took barley any time at all! He then informs me that it will be $99, I was confused since I thought it was a free estimate and did not know that he had cleaned the lines in my furnace. When I mentioned this he got really defensive and explained what he did, again I didn’t know until after I asked. After his annoyed explanation I paid the bill. What really bothered me was how little he cared. He did the bare minimum of what he had to and did not communicate at all with me except to pay the bill. I understand if they are busy and have other visits to do but he made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Hopefully the leak is fixed but I will never use this company again.

Hands-down best experience we have ever had with a Hvac situation. We used this for our business all the way in Gatlinburg and we will use this personally I have also recommended recently to other people will never use another company. I called Blue Water for a second opinion after another company wanted me to replace my whole system for 5000 dollars. Steve came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed my A/C for a couple of hundred. Very quick, great service. I would highly recommend.

My warranty company scheduled them for 3 days out. I called Blue Water to explain that we are elderly and have one small heater. I received a text the next morning that they would come out that same morning. The man found the problem and installed the needed part the next afternoon. Great service!!

The AC unit stopped cooling Wednesday night.Called this company Thursday around 11:30 AM and to my surprise a real person answered and asked what they could do. I explained situation. The next surprise was we can have a technician there between 4 & 6 PM. I obviously said yes. After giving my name, address and email plus a description of the unit I hung up the phone. Almost immediately I received an email confirmation and the name of the technician along with a photo.Around 5 PM my wife called me and said he is here.I arrived home and the technician had just returned from getting a part. Within 30 minutes, cool air began flowing.You can imagine how pleased we were.This company does it right by answering phones and having technicians that are professional, courteous and have the quality of knowing what has to be done.I plan on being a customer of theirs for years to come.I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

This service provider was called on by Choice Warranty for an HVAC warranty claim. Previous service company added freon and cleaned coil but did not do any diagnostics which did not fix the problem and that service provider would not come back out until they had a service call in my area. Blue Water Climate Control was called...the techs showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, contacted the warranty company and fixed the issue that the first company should have repaired. I am very grateful for the service they provided even though the other company received the service fee...I would refer this company to anyone that needed AC repair.

24/7 service booked an appointment at 10pm in a Sunday for the next day at 10am. Service guy josh called to say he could be earlier if I was available-I said yes! Josh is awesome! Super polite and highly professional. He fixed my issue quickly and explained everything he was doing while patiently answering all my questions. Fee for service was very reasonable and I’m signing up for twice a year spring/fall service contract. Gets me an extra 10% off and waives after hours fee. 5 stars would highly recommend!

After reading Blue Waters reviews I called expecting an answering service & was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy picked up, answered all my questions, & made me an appointment for the next day. My heating and air unit is almost 20 years old and it was having a few issues earlier this spring cooling the house down. I figured it was time to replace the unit. After hearing some commercials on radio 99.1 about Blue Water I decided to give them a call. Expecting the technician to tell me the unit needed replacing, I was pleasantly surprised to have him tell me all I needed was a new thermostat. It was replaced and at a cost of less than I would have expected.When the technician was leaving, I asked him to take some pictures of my h/a unit where it attached to the house. Some cats or other animals had collapsed some of the metal surrounding the duct work as it entered my crawl space. As a result there was a pretty big hole and they were getting under my house.I got a repair quote and Issac and Robert came out yesterday. They did a fantastic job. They actually did more detailed work than I would have thought necessary in order to keep this issue from happening again.If I ever need to replace this unit ( hoping to not have to for a while ), I am calling Blue Water. This is a great company.I never would have thought that a heat and air company would be honest enough to tell me I didnt need a replacement unit, but this one has restored my faith in repair people.I would highly recommend this company.

This is the last place I’d go to for work on my hvac. They told me I needed a new system. Had a second opinion and a third and they fixed my perfectly good system for $150. Thank goodness I didn’t let them defraud me.

Our AC stopped working so I filed a claim with my warranty. Blue Water was able to help. There was some confusion on my part so I cancelled the appointment and hired another company. I wont get into all of the details, but the other company never showed. I left a message after hours at blue water asking if they still had the technician available. They did and were in constant communication with me. I cant thank this business enough for putting up with me and this mess I made. Blue Water did an excellent job of working with the home warranty company. They had to follow the “work” of another company that made 8 trips to our house. Within 30 minutes of arriving on the initial visit, they diagnosed the problem and submitted the claim. We were blessed to have our claim approved and Blue Water installed two brand new units a week later. I highly recommend this company as all the service technicians were polite and knowledgeable.
