Amazing holiday rental company. So polite and excellent customer service. Their homes are modern and very well looked after. The staff are on call anytime you need them and happy to answer any questions leading up to and during your stay. So good, we will be using them again without fail!

I have stayed at least a half of dozen times over the last ten years. Rented condos and homes. Very satisfied. No complaints. Easy access to Disney World.

Stayed at home on 7781 Bassett circle and was a little disappointed. This is our 4th time staying with this company, they are wonderful. However, the house is a bit dated. Needs new carpet, beds are terribly uncomfortable, and the air control is terrible upstairs. Air will not go below 72 upstairs, was 79-81 in master bedroom at all times (had daughter with baby monitor that says temp). Along with that they didnt have pool heat turned on, so waited 2 days of our 7 day vacation just to swim in our private pool.

I was on vacation with my friend and her daughter in June 2013 and we stayed at Florida Sun Vacation Homes (Windsor Hills community). I left behind a bag with my jewelry in it. Once I noticed I had left it behind (which was the last that night when we returned home) my friend immediately got in touch with them to please go and check the room for my belongs. They came back right away and said NO they couldnt find it. My friend asked them to check again. They came right back agin and said NO we dont see it. A few days went by and all of a sudden it appears and they contacted me in email form that they had recovered my jewelry. I had to pay to have it shipped back to me, but of course everything was not in it. They let their staff keep things that dont belong to them. Instead of having a policy if something is found hold on to it for at least 30 days to give the customer a chance to claim what belongs to them. Its been a real turnoff for me with this resort and I will never stay there again.

Very well managed operation, clean and pleasant stay, good rates, easy booking. Very pleased. Thank you.
