Stayed during spring break 2021. The townhouse was perfect for our group of 11. We had enough room for everyone and really appreciated the small onsite pool for chill days. A few more towels and some measuring cups would be great, otherwise we managed with everything that was here.The larger pool area was often packed and difficult to find seating unless you arrive at opening time (which we did after day 1). The lazy river is amazing!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Yes the houses look nice on paper, but it is a completely different story when you arrive. Once the problems start mounting, it is close to impossible to get someone to help you. The good reviews HAVE to be fraudulent. I wanted to upload videos but I couldn’t. TAKE HEED!!My first issue was the fact that they advertise check in is at 4:00 pm. However, when I arrived at my unit at 5:45…cleaners were still at the residence. They said they needed 10 more mins, so I came back in 15 min to find that they were still there. I sat on hold with the front desk receptionist for 20 mins until they finally left. I specifically told the receptionist that I did not want them to rush and do a less than adequate job thoroughly cleaning the rental. She assured me that wouldn’t happen. Yet, that is EXACTLY what happened. They left damp towels that were actually folded and presented as if they were clean….but upon inspection, it’s quite evident that there’s PUBIC HAIR ON THE WHITE TOWELS. Most of the towels are damp and folded in the bathrooms. The fact that they would try to be deceptive and pass dirty towels off as clean is UNACCEPTABLE, UNSANITARY and UNSAFE.The water filter in the kitchen needs to be changed…evident by the picture I’ve provided. So after waiting two hours past the check in time, we can’t even drink the water because the refrigerator needs a new filter. There are NO working fire alarms. I don’t feel like I need to explain the dangers of this issue at all. There was trash left in front of the garage, old crab legs and large items from the last renters.The door handle in one of the bathrooms is broken. The drawers in the master upstairs are also broken. The place is so nasty that my mother had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to wash all the towels, sheets, and vacuum because it smelled horrendous in here, almost as if no one cleaned at all. We are currently in a pandemic and I am absolutely appalled at the condition this house has been rented to me. I paid over $2300 and I am grossly disappointed. One of the barstools was broken upon arrival, which I was already not happy about. But to add insult to injury, because the chair was broken, my two year old step daughter got her head stuck in it. Had the chair been fixed properly or at least removed, this wouldn’t have happened. There was one set of sheets that had dried semen on them. I’m not going to even waste the time to explain how unsanitary that is. The mattress on one of the bunk beds bed was so sunken in that we had to improvise and use the mattress from one of the other rooms because it provided zero support. The trundle on the same bunk bed was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I honestly can’t believe how filthy and covered in hair this mattress was.No one ever came to fix the smoke alarms which is a safety hazard in and of itself. No one ever came to fix or change the water filter on the fridge. One of the bedrooms didn’t have blankets, so we had to go back to Walmart a second time and purchase a comforter. We stayed at the house for a full day and the internet didn’t work at all. With a house full of people, especially children…this was more than an inconvenience. The carpets were filthy, the walls were dirty, and even the handrail on the stairs was caked with dirt. When washed with a rag, you can see the dirt dripping from the handrail. The trash can was never washed by the cleaning crew, which is evident by the accumulation of some sort of liquid at the bottom of the trash can.

Spring Break 2021. WARNING! Look at these pictures! Mgmt company was difficult to deal with. Turns out they were stalling to let us check-in. Arrive and porch is covered with trash - see pictures. Front door has no latch and does not lock and they left it this way for us. House completely unmaintained. Pool is dark and cloudy, cannot see the bottom on the deep end. Shallow end has glass candle at the bottom, probably broken glass. Paid extra for pre-heating pool, but pool was cold. Game room has broken tables - mgmt unable to replace them. Paid extra for COVID cleaning.House is filthy dirty, nasty and beat up - more than just from the previous renters. Disgusting. Mgmt company unwilling to relocate us and unconcerned about condition of house. Received full refund but stuck in Florida with no place to stay.

Can i give 0 start?If you buy a Vacation home please DO NOT go there.When i bough my property the management team was very nice just until i sign the contract. After that it was a nightmare.When i got to my house only one month after my closing the house was upside down. Lack of housekeeping and maintenance everything noted with pictures. And they knew i was arriving and no one review the house.When asked question about the fees they just tell you the person in charge of is on vacations so dont tell you the true.I will i just take the lost, good thing was only one month and a half with these poorly management I will not make any more question knowing clearly will not get any clear answer from anyone from anyone Scandi.Please DO NOT make the same mistake i did. If you buy a new property RUN AWAY from them.

Definitely a company that stands behind, and cares about their customers.We had ran into a hiccup regarding our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised to see the company do their best to ensure we were being taken care of.As things stand we are very happy. We look forward to our stay, and hope to update this to 5 stars once we complete our trip.Our trip turned out amazing. We are very pleased by the professionalism of the management by going out of their way to ensure we were being well taken care of. I would definitely be booking my next trip through this agency.

I live in Fl and wanted something close, but wanted to feel like I was out of the country! I found Florida scandi on a website. The pictures were amazing and I loved that the pool was heated as well as the pool area was enclosed ( more privacy) my garbage was picked up in an bench right outside the property. The property was gated I had a game room and a jacuzzi in the home I was staying in. The community was quiet and very clean. Florida scandi helped me out with questions I even pre registered online so I didn’t have to go to the office. Thank you Hans and Jackie for all the assistance and concerns I had. Beautiful! I will definitely stay again. Great for a family gathering. And for the kids.

The property itself was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped.Loved the pool and neighborhood.Location in regards to club house and pool is very close, walked there every chance we had during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

9041 Rhodes Street Kissimmee has bed bugs!!!!!!!!! My family and I recently stayed there for a week and came back home with bed bug bites! I called them to let them know and the man who answered was so nonchalant about my complaint it seemed as if this is not the first time he’s heard this complaint. He simply said “ok thanks I will pass the info to property management so we can call pest control” completely skipping over the fact that we just spent 2k on this rental home only to get bitten all over by BED BUGS!!!!! Please run as fast as you can away from this place. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!!!

We checked in to a filthy house. Old crusty food and hair on the kitchen counters, stained carpets, sticky floors, broken pool screens, hair in the shower. We are a party of 9. There were 4 towels in the entire house. No linens for the pull out sofa. The pool is disgusting with cloudy water and can not be used. After contacting property management, they said someone from quality control will bring more linens and towels and someone will come to clean the pool but they don’t know when. This is completely unacceptable and I will never rent a property managed by this company again. I have contacted Airbnb as well. If this company comes through, and makes things right I will be happy to update my review.

We arrived tired after a very long drive. This was our first time renting a house instead of hotel. We didn’t know what to expect and were a little skeptic. We were so pleasantly surprised by the accommodations, cleanliness, decor, amenities, space for our kids and we had also had our own separate swimming pool!! Made our family vacation!! We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately I cant give this reservation department 0 starzs if I could I would!!! Rented a house through them in March from the time of booking everything was professional as far as responding to questions that I had. Paid the remaining balance off in June they sent confirmation and pre registration forms after it was paid in full.. Our family trip is at the end of July and a week before arrival I received an email saying it was canceled with no explanation. I contacted management and he said sorry we are all booked at that location we sent a refund. Literally didnt care about any questions that I had as to why it was canceled on such short notice.. Have a back up plan when booking with these people! I Will NEVER rent through this company again!!!

Stayed here with my boyfriends family and it was one of the best vacations Ive ever had! We were apprehensive about the stay because of COVID-19, but there was plenty to do within the resort community! The gameroom in the garage gave us a super fun way to spend some of the rainy days during our stay, and the kitchen was so clean and cute!

Our family and friends have used Florida Scandi for vacation home rentals several times. Beautiful homes that are clean and well maintained along with professional and caring staff. Staff respond promptly to requests and really make the stay stress free. We will continue to return in the future!

Stayed here with my daughters and we had a great time, we loved the lights in the upstairs movie living room! we planned our stay as a small vacation to get away from home during the pandemic, and all of the rooms were clean and comfortable for us. We vacationed in one of the homes in Kissimmee June 2-7th. The host throughout the process was very nice but once we got to the property it was a lot of things wrong that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. The pool filtration system wasn’t working and it was dirty, ants in the laundry area, remote controls not matched with the t.v.s blinds we missing and broken.human hair all over the bathrooms ..furniture was worked and some torn and dirty.. lights flickered off and on in two bedrooms during the night. We tried to call the office several days but had to hold almost up to sn hour before anyone answered. They told me they would send someone out for immediate concerns but no one came until a second call the next day. We never had the opportunity to use the pool because filtration stop working after two hours. I call a third day to complain but was told I needed to call at the end of my stay. I contacted the company after the vacation but was met with a supervisor who pretty much was saying all the stuff I complained about was fixed( wasn’t true). We went back and forth via email. She was very in professional. I will never stay in those properties again. I feel as a consumer I need to warn the public. Also we had an encounter with an alligator on the property.I told them that as well. There were no beware signs posted. They told me Florida has wild life.

As I’m sure many of you have seen my post and it wasn’t too nice. However I’d like to properly update it. After getting through to the amazing co owner of the company (he knows who he is) everything was resolved. It couldn’t have been more pleasant and time efficient when it came to getting us a new house. We were taken care of by Florida Scandi better then we could have ever imagined. We have stayed a few times at different vacation rentals with Florida Scandi, each time the houses were very spacious, very clean, comfortable, enjoyed having our own pool, check in/out was easy, and friendly to work with. Highly recommend staying at one of their homes instead of a hotel!!!!

🚨🆘We attempted to do dishes the second night we we arrived and The Dish washer won’t work. So we called the property management line and they said they would send someone out. It has now been two days and nothing. No one is answering the service line or front desk. Now to top it off the pool pump and filter is not working so we can’t swim since the water is disgusting.

This management company has no commitment to customer service. Our pool was unusable, and unsafe for use, for several days. We didnt receive an apology, a refund, or anything. The house we stayed in was worn down and unsanitary. There was a bloody handprint on the wall in the master bath. How did the cleaning crew not see it? Do your research and evaluate your options before renting their home(s) in Storey Lake, FL.

I have stayed with Florida Scandi twice already and I have another booking later this month.The staff is awesome always willing to help even if its at 2 am.I have stayed once in Paradise palms and once in a more residential home and I loved them both.They do their best to accommodate their guest and owners.I will stay here again and again!

We booked a rental at a very hectic time of year and not everything went as we hoped. We worked with Florida Scandi and they went completely above and beyond to help make sure we how what we needed. The owner is a real standup guy and Yatish was a super patient rep. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Tough to find reliable people these days

I had an amazing stay with Florida Scandi Vacation Homes. I went on vacation with a few friends and we all really enjoyed the house that we chose. The house it self was clean and spacious, we were able to bring in our own food and cook. We took advantage of the BBQ by the pool area and had an amazing dinner one night. The community’s club house was also very nice and enjoyable for all of us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend for my family and other friends.

I booked a condo with them and they cancel it within 5 days of the trip! They wont return phone calls or emails and have made no attempt to resolve the problem despite me reaching out multiple times. Vacation ruined.

Reservation HMPX9B4SC4The owner filed a claim for an old dent in the refrigerator in the amount of $ 1,300. There was a dent upon arrival, I had no information that all the problems that were in the house I should photograph. I photographed only the blinds that fell and lay on the floor and this prevented their use, some of the broken blinds on the cornice lay before our arrival, we only added a few fallen to this stack! And I sent a photo of the blinds to the owner. The refrigerator worked and it did not interfere with my stay. The apartment had many flaws and poor quality cleaning, but since I needed only for an overnight stay, I did not make claims. We also had problems with the entrance, they give us the wrong code for the door and we could not contact the office for more than 15 minutes.I have been renting houses through this site for a long time and have never had any complaints against us! For the first time I chose an apartment with practically no reviews and now I understand why!The owner does not act decently, demanding money for what we did not commit. We strictly followed the instructions that were provided to us, and when there is an obvious attempt at fraud, it is very unpleasant! warn other clients from such owners who are trying to cash in on the guests!

I am very happy with the vacation home rental from Florida Scandi. My family chose this home because of the beautiful view, pool, game room, and plenty of space to relax and socialize with friends. The home was staged so nicely and everything was clean! I love all of the features of this home including the appliances, TVs, kitchen tools and dishes. They provided everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation!

The house I rented this summer was immaculate! Even though most of the parks were closed because of the pandemic, the clubhouse and resort amenities were still open so my family and I had no trouble finding things to do during the day. Definitely a good option if youre looking for a trip in the midst of all this COVID madness!

The service here was impeccable! We had an issue with the BBQ, but management was super responsive and the issue was solved quickly. I loved being able to use the splash pool and having the opportunity to BBQ for my family was great! We plan on staying here again in a couple of months.

I have yet to stay at this place. I was supposed to go to Florida when the COVID started. Disney shut down the week we were supposed to be there. I had called to cancel my reservation as this wasnt something that could be helped. I was told i would get no money back and they werent allowing dates to be moved. After speaking with a manager 3 times i was finally able to move everything but only up to 6 months out. We are now months away from the time and have asked for a refund because of the pandemic. was told that not only can my dates not be moved but they will not give me a refund. This company only cares about the money. When everyone else is offering to change their policies this company is sticking it to hard working people trying to think of their health and their families health. This is the last time i will EVER go through them and i have YET to stay at the property.

I booked a stay with Florida Scandi about 2 weeks ago and I had a great time! My family and I were disappointed at first to find out that the theme parks were closed, but after talking to some of the staff, we found out there were plenty of things to do within the community, so we were never bored during our stay.

Everything was great until we noticed the pool filter wasn’t on. Several family members have owned their own pool before so they knew exactly what was happening. We spent Sunday - Sat at 9009 Rhodes. We called Wednesday and was told the pool company was coming out to service the pool. By Friday, the pool was GREEN and dirty.On our way out, I stopped by the office and showed them and emailed them the picture. I was told a manager would call me Monday. Monday came and went. After two more calls to the office, I finally got a hold of Lisa in property management. She was friendly and apologized. She said she needed to speak to the owner and would call me back. It’s been 3 more weeks and I haven’t received 1 call from them. When I called back - again - Lisa was just coming back from lunch at 4 pm, needed time to pull my account, acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and - surprise surprise - she didn’t call me back.Save your $$ no matter how much you love the house. There are hundreds of homes in FL and Orlando area. Do NOT give your hard earned money to this company who doesn’t care about you.

Well lets go with first thing we having 8 day stay in the house that we have no hot tub we purposely bought the house for a hot tub it does not work it is basically a kiddie pool and the pool is warmer then the hot tub. secondly we had to call for 5 days straight just to get them to try and fix it which they will not fix and even everyday said it would be fixed by that day also then they even broke one of the dishes in the dishwasher while trying to fix the dishwasher and left it in there almost cutting someone hand. Not pleased we could have got a different place if we would have known

We came all the way from Michigan and I specifically ask for a place with hot tub and pool and the pool was very dirty had a band aid in it and we had to clean it before we got in. The hot tub didnt heat up. Thats the only thing I reserved this place for. They should inspect these homes before renting them out knowing someone is coming to stay. You pay so much money and they dont want to help you when you call them. The sliding door does not slide to go out to the pool. If they want people to come back they should make sure everything is fixed. I will not be coming back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Me and my family stayed at the Sonoma Resort for Memorial Day weekend 2020 and we rented the place through Florida Scandi Vacation Homes. Everything ran pretty smooth. Picking the home and making the reservation was very stress free, we had the option to do it all by phone and the reservation agents were super courteous and respectful (kudos to Nathalia and Jackie!). The registration and check-in process was great, we were able to pre-register and could go straight to the home - thanks for that, it makes a huge difference. Checking out was also a breeze. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and well decorated, and it had everything we needed, we just brought in our groceries and personal items. It had a game room with pool and ping-pong tables that we just loved. The patio area was definitely the highlight of it, pool was very clean and well maintained, our kids enjoyed playing in the pool while we grilled and chilled outside. The property managers were also very responsive and even though I did not have any issues that required maintenance during our stay, I knew I could count on them if anything was needed (thanks Caio!). Overall we had a great holiday weekend experience and totally recommend the company and their homes. Just make sure to check the homes pictures, community info/amenities and neighborhood (whats around) before making your choice to ensure it will fit your familys needs. We will definitely rent again!

If I could give it a zero, I would! My family and I rented a home from these shady people 2 times. Had a great time with the family, but the home we rented a month ago had dirty and damaged walls, stains in the carpets among other things. We ensured to inspect the home upon our entry and made the report right away. Instead of having someone come inspect the damages, they claimed that they were aware. It was later when we found out that the credit card was overcharged for supposed damages we know were there before, which is why we called in the first place. Calls have been made, but simply have been ignored. Never again! Their customer service is a bait and switch tactic they use until they find a way to screw you. Then, youre simply left having to compensate their scam. Avoid having to go through this.Trust me, youll simply regret it. BBB has to know about these scam artists. 😠

Dont rent from this company if at all possible. After everything shut down from the virus so did this company. We lost the whole value of the rental. They did not care about anything but the money. I am very dissapointed in how the Orlando vacation industry has handled the crona virus. Save yourself some time and just book with one of the parks. This is by far the least magical place on earth right now.

Di not trust them. All went well during registration until I went in to the property. There were several damages on the property for which I contacted the office immediate. They did not send an inspector to verify our claims stating the management department had knowledge of the dameges. Days later after I completed the stay, they charge me for the damages I have requested to investigate. After many calls, the Management deportment just ignore my claims.

The home I rented at 2930 Banana Palm Dr. is large, very clean and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. And this lovely home is on a nice resort. Definitely a bargain. We were here March 2018. Outstanding vacation. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Storey Lake Resort and it has a great family pool area with water slides and a lazy river and its right across the street from the house we stayed in! We recently used Florida Scandi for our vacation home in Orlando. While the property we stayed at was nice and spacious the service we received was sub-par. 1st, The pre-registration process was unnecessarily lengthy. We did not gain access to the home until 7PM when check-in is at 4PM due to the system Florida Scandi uses for verification. We started the preregistration process at 9am. 2nd, Upon entry into the home one of the kids rooms had an unpleasant odor. We opened windows, as well as turned on the fans and air. 3rd, We had a sliding door that would not lock, the entryway to the pool does not have a lock as well, which means there was open entry into the home. We called the after hours non-emergency line and was told the neighborhood was safe and that they would correct the issue in the morning. They did not follow through with correcting the issue and we once again had to call and remind them of the unlocked door. 4th, after a 9 hour day at the park with out kids, we arrive to the home and they keypad lock died and we were unable to get into the home. We waited over an hour for maintenance to come open. The door. He was unable to open the front door and popped the back sliding door open again (the one previously mentioned). That leads me to believe this was a known issue. 5th, Before arrival, there were reviews stating the pool would not heat. We called a few weeks before arriving to confirm this would not be an issue since heating the pool is an additional fee. Regardless of our diligence the pool was NOT heated on the first day and a half of our request. My guest had to call repeatedly to get the issue requested. After all of these different circumstances we filed a formal complaint and have yet to hear back. While the home has great potential the service we received is not worth the price point. I would steer clear of anything offered by Florida Scandi.

We stayed with a Scandi home in Champions Gate for 17 nights in September.We had an issue with another property agent who we had a booking with for nearly a year who ended up cancelling on our date of arrival in Orlando (long story), so had to book with Scandi for the following day.All staff couldnt have been more helpful or accomodating with our situation, and made a tricky day alot more easy.The house was nice, spacious and clean. We had a complciation in that the clothes dryer wasnt working, but they came and fixed this within 24 hours, which was amazing. Couldnt have asked for anything more from an agency.The pool was slightly dirty, and I dont think cleaned on a regular basis - but we didnt complain given how brilliant everyone had been. They really do go the extra mile and even offered to pick up a parcel that was being delivered to the address the day after we left (late dfelivery, I ended up cancelling). Amazing agency, great people. Next trip to Orlando we will 100% use again.

Worst Vacay Home Ever!!!!! This company is just collecting money and theyre cheating whomever owns the home as well as the people that spend and pay their hard earned money to rent them. We literally walked into a rental that had NOT been cleaned, cleared, or checked by this management company or anyone else. Furniture was broken, a tv in one of the bedrooms was laying down, the carpet and floors were dirty, the house needs major upgrades and renovations like paint and other things. You would think that a management company would have full time maintenance staff and house keeping staff on payroll. Dont rent from this company the Windsor Westside Resort where this home is located is VERY NICE, safe, and its tons to do but this home (2143 Tripoli Court) Dont rent it from Florida Scandinavian Vacation rental. Theyre office is a store front little closet with tons of people inside complaining.

They gave me and my family a great place to stay during our Disney vacation. Plenty of space very clean and great location. Will use them again when we return

Arrived to a home infested with ants, no working fridge or BBQ. Called the management company who said we complained to much and sent the sheriffs department to remove our family with small children and no excuse other than we complained to much about the conditions of the flithly house. They didnt even have the respect to reimburse us for the trip and had us pay. So we were out within 1 hour, had to find a new place. Wish we new a good lawyer in Florida so we can recoup all the out of pocket expense this company has called. Please do NOT book with this company. You do not get what you pay for.

The carpet was soiled. The linen on the beds dingy. I had to spend over $300 just to buy pillows and a blanket l, so that I could sleep comfortably.

I booked from this company three years ago, and thought they continued to honor quotes their agents provide guests. I was absolutely wrong! In reliance on J.B.s quote less than 10 minutes from hanging up the phone with him, I cancelled a reservation at another home that kept my security deposit, only for J.B. to say, Oh, I quoted you the wrong price not even 10 minutes later. How in the world do you jump 6-700 in a matter of 10 minutes?! Beware of this company that has incompetent individuals booking reservations for their business.

The service today at 3183 was fantastic. When I buy a rental they will manage it. Good team.

Vacation home was good. but have been calling for over a month about the deposit and people with accents seem to not understand what we are saying. had to call headquarters, hopefully we get this fixed...

We rented a home from there and I do not have anything good to say except problems. 1st they tried to take advantage of the huracan Irma until we threaten to sue them. Second the Pool and Hot Spa are so cold unless you pay $35 dollars per day. There wasnt enough Pots to cook until we call to complain. The internet in the area is so bad that we had to call almost every day to get it fix. To dish washer soap or laundry soap. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom only. This place is so far from any atration that it seems like a trip to go anywhere.The 1 star is just because the home is new but I got stuck inside a toilet room for 30 minutes until someone came to let me out.

The home we stayed in was beautiful, however I woke up the first morning to my nightstand and floor covered in ants. When I contacted the management they stated due to weather conditions they would not able to take care of it until Saturday. (we were leaving sunday). I sent pics as requested (once i threatened a bad review) and NEVER received a response back. No one came on Saturday either. I didnt want money back, I just wanted to be treated the way someone paying for a service should be treated. I feel bad for the owner of this home b/c he/she probably doesnt know how the management property is treating the guests who rent out this home.

OVERCHARGE MY CREDIT CARD !!! Be extremely careful with this company !!They overcharge my credit card with 195 dollars on a reservation I made.The Manager Jose couldnt explain why this happen but the company will not refund me the money anyways.If you are reading this review, take it on consideration or you might be their next victim.

Worst customer service ever.... Had issues with the room upon arrival and called customer service for help.... Their office was closed because we checked in late. Called back in the morning and spoke to a woman name Amanda... She informed me that they were going to inspect the Room in the morming and get back to me... which never happened...... I followed up with Amanda about 4:00pm that day (while at disney) and was told the inspection report was found to be fine and the photos taken by the inspector didnt show any problems.... If you cant see the issues with the attached photos of 2 of the beds that I took then you might be a Florida Scandinavian inspector..... As a side note when you walked in the house it smelled like a mold infested home... damp and stuffy... and miraculously the inspector didnt find that an issue.... Avoid this company like the plague! Also... Amanda was incredibly rude and unwilling to help...

First day we arrived, wifi didnt work, fire alarms chirped, garbage disposal didnt work, patio door handle came off, and pool lights werent working as well. Just the little stuff that couldve been handled before we arrived.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked our Orlando property through VRBO thinking we would be safe. Florida Scandi made this the worst vacation we ever had. They did not even manage the property I booked. We spent hours upon hours on the phone or at the office throughout the week. Had to move 3 times in 6 days. They had our booking nights wrong. We had to move 6 people 3 times. I was not even given back 2 full days refund for a vacation that was HORRIBLE due to Florida Scandi. They stopped responding to my requests for refund were very. We even had to abide by their check out times and check in times on the houses. Seriously were not allowed in the houses with all our stuff until after 4 each time we had to move. The last house was FILTHY and I mean so gross we did not take our shoes off. Nothing like what the photos showed. The pool was horrible the hot tub had a handwritten note and was filled with algae. If I could provide Florida Scandi with a lower rating I would. They should have provided us with a full refund for not providing the house we booked and just filling us in from house to house to house all week. VRBO was next to know help at all. I can not even name all the things that happened during this trip with this company, there is literally to much to name.HORRIBLE COMPANY AND OWNERS

The house was perfect, extremely clean and excellent communication with the staff. They responded very quickly to any questions we had and provided us with additional items that we requested. Signing up was very easy. The price is really great. We loved the space and the private pool. I recommend it to all my colleagues and friends! Thanks to the Scandi team.

We stayed in a house on Storey Lake and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is perfect, clean and comfortable. Resort is close to everything (supermarkets, restaurants, shops). We love the Florida Scandi service. Super recommend!
