We stayed for 6mo during covid. Super clean! Great pool area, social distance is mandatory. If you need a good vacation this is the place

This place is really cool and fun to stay at. The condos have plenty of space and the pool and slides are amazing! The fitness center had a lot of good equipment too. The beds are comfy but are super squeaky. The shop has lots of cool stuff but it’s sad that you have to pay so much for some of the activities like ping pong, basketball, or tennis. The security staff is super friendly and funny. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We had an awesome time. The home was far beyond what we expected and it was perfect for our family. The pool was definitely a highlight. The property was clean and decorated cute for the kids. The only thing we could see a need for, would be needing extra towels for the pool.

So were actually here vacationing right now. The location is great, its around everything youd want to do in Orlando. The only complaint I actually have is that the pool is supposed to be open until 10pm which is great! However, we decided to wait until 9:15 to go down with 2 kids because we figured maybe it wouldnt be as busy as it was during the day. Well, it was closed and chained to where you couldnt even get in. So technically it closes before 10 and thats kind of false advertising on their part.The condo we are staying in is super nice, very spacious and large rooms. Id also recommend getting bottles of water or gallons of water because the water tastes horrible. Were staying at 7664 Comrow Unit 105. Its well taken care of and the beds are super comfortable to us.The gate guards are absolutely amazing and polite. They are even funny and joke around with you. Watch out for crazy drivers though, nothing to do with just the condos but overall this area in general.

Loved the pool and water slides. It was quiet and low key. Proximity to Disney is outstanding. Very little traffic. At most Disney locations in 10-15 minutes. Already planned a second trip!

Fantastic!! Extremely clean and well managed Community. The security is very tight and everyone from the front desk to concierge is very friendly and helpful. The drive to Universal Volcano Bay is 20-30 minutes pending traffic. We stayed in a condo and friends grabbed a house, both are great options and the prices beat most. Well be back for sure.

Very nice apartments. Security wasnt very helpful with check in. I didnt know I was renting from a person not a resort. Was a bit confusing

We just got here but we are impressed already. They have a welcome treat of chips and red wine with a very heartwarming welcome card. Property is clean and has all we need.

Loved the house with private pool, near a playground. Only one of the entrance gates worked for the playground. The community pool area is nice. The only negative to my stay was the DJ at the pool, he was being rude/short with the kids.

Well maintained area. Good for a morning walk. Central Florida weather in February.

Great value and amenities. Was surprised at how inclusive the area was, and the kids loved the playgrounds and pools when we werent at the Orlando parks. Highly likely we will return at some point in the future

The amenities and staff were very friendly minus one lady that worked as a lifeguard. The only issued we had was ants. Past that it was awesome especially for the price.

The facilities are fabulous but some individual owners need to take better care of their units.

Nice place, very clean. Need to check mattresses as master needs replacement. Master shower door comes off rail locking person in shower, little embarrassing. Overall a great location and nice condo

Fantastic villa, well equipped, lovely pool and hot tub. All very clean.Main club pool also great and the kids loved the water slides.

Very clean place for the price and nice pool but during our stay the pool slide was hardly ever open and they removed the spa to make renovations. I understand the need for updates but you should have your home owners update there details on the place they are staying at. Gated community was a plus. Playground is quite a hike away from at least where we stayed. Over all nice stay.

Nice area. Clubhouse pool looks bigger than it is in the pics, and is very shallow. Water slides seemed to be closed more than they were open when we were there.

This is the place to stay for your Disney vacation. I have stayed there on 3 separate trips, and they were all great. Best news is that they just opened up a new Walmart about a mile away, super convenient. Super close to the parks.

Cant wait to go back. Has the best grocery site inside the building, well next door on the 2nd floor. Best food!

We vacation every year and this is the best place we have every been! The house had its own pool plus there was a playground, new and amazing splash park with awesome water slides and large community pool. We will be coming back here

Beautiful resort with huge pool and community area. Homes are great and most have private pools. Close to everything!

The Condo is Clean, The Water park is great, big pool. I recommend going to Windsor Hills!👍

Oh my goodness is all I can say... We went on a family vacation and stayed on Archfield Drive. Beautiful newly renovated house. Helpful security staff. Beautiful neighborhood. The only thing bad I could even say is the public pool/ waterpark was really crowded every time we tried it with the kids but our private pool more than made up for it! We will stay here over and over again!

Amazing facility, amazing service. My kids loved the pool at the house and the main clubhouse pool. Great playgrounds all over too.

Visited a friend that stayed there. Security is on point. I love that. The house was beautiful and enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the backyard.

We stayed at 2623. Nice clean condo, great complex. Gated community. Playground for us was right around the corner. There is a Walmart with grocery pick up option in 0.5-0.6 miles. Disney is 12-18 minutes away, depending upon the park and time of day. Overall, thumbs up!!!

Excellent, my kids enjoyed the water park, big pool, the arcade and the theater.We’ll go back there next time

Wonderful condo complex for any vacation to local parks. Great staff and wonderful facilities. Between the fitness center and every other amenity it makes the perfect respite between visiting thr parks. Even better is the proximity to the giant Walmart.

Great location. Condos are updated and very clean. Only thing I didnt like was that you cant set the thermostat lower than 74 degrees. Not a big problem though.

Love this place. Second year we went here. They just added two new water slides into the heated pool. Cheap place to rent.

Great place, close to Walmart. We rent a house with a few other couples. The rooms were good size and each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Wouldve been better if they provided rides to their amenities like the clubhouse and all. But the area was nice.

Our accommodation was almost faultless. However as most of the apartments are privately owned, Im guessing the quality could differ from one to another. The only criticism in ours, was that the mattresses were far to soft. Left me with a sore back after 3 days, and I reverted to sleeping on the floor.

BEWARE WHEN BOOKING! There is no standard practice nor professional courtesy with the individuals within this property when booking. This is absolutely the worst place to deal with if you’re expecting a certain level of customer service. As an industry professional myself, the particular communication issues I experienced resulting in them cancelling a reservation coming in the same day and leaving myself, fiancé and 5 kids looking at the last moment for a place to stay at 11pm (same day mind you), leave a VERY unpleasant taste in my mouth. I do NOT intend to refer nor use this property again in the future. I will lend this, make sure you follow up with 1 hour of your booking as within 2 hours it will be cancelled and if you’re driving, you’re not paying attention or reading emails... however you would likely answer a phone call should they make one (not even a courtesy phone call to advise they is a potential issue). Condo was excellent value offering lots of facilities. Rooms clean and good sized. Good location a short drive from main attractions and supermarkets.

I just had the opportunity to stay at the Windsor Hills Orlando this past week. My condo was amazing and the owner of the condo provided excellent customer service. However, I have a concern with the manager (Aura Zelada) of the water slide area. Please see concerns below from Friday 7/5/19:-Ms. Zelada was yelling at kids in the water slide area-When a guest asked for her name she became hostile and said she was the owner and she would shut down the slide area-She kept talking about how high the liability insurance was for the water slide area and that she pays a high premium-When a guest said they paid a lot of money to stay here and it’s not fair to shut down and punish all kids because a few kids are not listening to her Ms. Zelada then expressed she paid a lot of money to build the water slides- She later said she’s going to change in her bathing suit and we were going to wish she didn’t and she then closed the pool for an hourAs a person who works with children it was not a child issue, but a management issue. Ms. Zelada had three employees helping her one at the top of the slide and the two others were standing under umbrellas and blowing whistles. These employees should have directed the kids who were 4 and 5 yrs old on how to exit the slide immediately, so others can slide down. For example, as kids come down the slide instead of yelling at them to move they could have been waiting at the bottom of the slide to guide the little ones out. The manager also needs to note that there are many guest from different countries and English may not be the little ones first language. Yelling at 4 and 5 yr olds is not productive and far from professional.I’m sharing this concern as I work with children and I am often their advocate. I am also sharing this concern as a guest who felt very uncomfortable as Ms. Zelada yelled at children and walked towards other guest in a hostile manner (yelling and waving her arms). I am thankful that Ms. Zelada’s aggressiveness did not escalate into a physical altercation. I recommend that Ms. Zelada work with Windsor Hills to determine a professional and fair way to manage the water slide area.I hope the information that I have provided will lead to better customer service and resolutions for Windsor Hills Orlando and their future guest.

Children loved the water park and home was very comfortable and clean

Centrally located, town house was impecably clean, hosts- Pedro & Romi Diaz were easily accesible if needed, pool and grounds wer also very clean. Love the waterpark, store, game room, movie theatre, etc amenities, too many to mention. Overall, I loved This property soo much i have already booked my next two stays.

Loved everything except the scan to get in and out of the gate.. my paper rarely worked on the first try, or even second or third try.

Nice looking place, but the conditions of the house was dirty and the manager Jorge is a conman who intentionally withdrew to much money from my account and acted like he put it back. After several weeks and confronting him about it I had notify my bank and the authorities.

It was comfortable. The paint job was very sloppy. Saw a few roaches in the kitchen area. Hairs in the bathroom on the floor. Need curtains that cover the whole area in the living room area for privacy.

Very smart vacation community with everything from 2 bedroom condos to 6 bedroom private pool homes. Great community pool.

Very close to Disney world, lots of things around nearby. Nice clean condos, what you would expect. Be warned, traffic is awful and the mass amounts of tourists kinda cause chaos everywhere. Nothing to do with this condo of course.

Conveniently located in Kissimmee, FL. Within 30 minutes of Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, Disney Springs Shopping, Premium Outlet Vineland and Premium International Outlet (those were the places we frequented recently.)Walmart 24 hours is just around the corner, along with IHOP & Popeyes.We loved the watering hole & the waterslides.

Rented this house mainly for the large gameroom for our kids. Only to learn the air hockey did not work and one of the race car game would malfunction in the middle of a race. Garbage service was horrible. During 8 day stay. I had to call 5 times asking when the garbage would be picked up. A small section of the screen around the pool was ripped open. When they came by and mowed they blew the leaves into the pool. Spider and roaches present during our stay.

Fantastic excellence staying in a beautiful villa. Highly recommended.
