The owner is a very violent man. Luis plays the nice guy until you challenge him about his lies. Threatened to beat me up. Very unprofessional.
Starting from the day we checked into the hotel, our experience was nice. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and kindfull. Good work by Villa4less. Much Appreciated.
Everything you needed in a stress free vacation. The kids and adults faces were priceless when they walked through the front of your house. House was beautiful, kids enjoyed pool. WIFI was available all time. Our family had a wonderful vacation in Orlando. Thank you!
We used Villa4less for this vacation and Thank God we did so. Actually last time we booked from another vacation organizer and it was all embarrass. But Villa4less provided us to the great service, their staff were good, their villa was well managed and at all the amenities that a required for a comfortable stay. In all we enjoyed a vacation and had a great time.
Great rental for a family and friends vacation. Home is big enough for everyone to have space. Clean! Great swimming pool! Close to shopping malls and parks and Safe!
I think its a beautiful place to stay. But as for me my experience wasnt great . Number one The floor of tyhe kitchen floor wasnt Clean. Shower curtains were full of Whoever stood there before us. Plus I wasnt able to use the pool or the gym for me my children because I didnt have a pass card to get in. I called management and just found out that they wont compensate me for the days I miss swimming. I wasnt expecting a whole lot. But I would have appreciated some type of compensation. The management told me there were no more condos available. But I spoke to him and he said they were. So I lost out on any compensation he said.
Ive used Villa4Less for a few years and I have referred several friends. The last time I rented a house there was a problem with the pool heat and after 4 days was told that the heater was broken and couldnt be fixed during my stay. As a result my niece wrote a bad review. When I left, I received a call from Luis (property manager). I was told at that time that I would receive a discount on a future rental. When I called to reserve a house for this year, I inquired about this discount. Several times I was told that they would have to speak with a manager and call me back. That call never came. I called today to ask about it and the woman on the phone acted as if I was asking for a handout. She had a very nasty attitude and I was told that they would throw in the pool heat, but we dont give discounts. Very poor customer service... Ill be using another company in the future...
Excellent villa, my second visit to avail this service, pleased with the location and the attractions within easy reach. Clean tidy well looked after villa, intend to use again in future.
From the moment we tried to enter a Villa4Less managed property in June until leaving it 4 days early, there were problems. The door lock was stuck, bedding seemed not to have been washed, many repairs were needed (including wireless internet) and upkeep on the pool and area was not done. If this vacation home in Orlando had to pass a basic inspection that hotels require, it would not pass.When phoning Villa4less in evening, an impolite woman answers and seems bothered that she had to answer. No pool specialists care for the pool or lanai. No handyman does repairs. No internet specialist works on the wireless or smart tvs. And most importantly, no professional cleaning is done. It does seem that all cleaning and repairs are done by 3 men, working from home.If an owner uses Villa4Less, he knows their many poor reviews but does not care since he has to pay them little. This also means the owner or Villa4Less will not return any funds or even deposits. Villa4Less seems to specialize in managing Orlando vacation homes with private pools. If you see Villa4Less listed on any property, that is a sign of a disreputable company who could care less if your vacation is ruined. You will have to stay in unsanitary and ill repaired circumstances on your vacation.
Everything up until actually checking-in went smoothly. The day we checked in instantly we noticed several issues. The first thing we noticed was the door leading to the patio/pool area was missing a door knob. As we all begin sorting out who would be staying in whichever room, more issues surfaced. Red stains on the carpet throughout the home, the microwave was cracked, the pool wasnt heated (which we paid extra for) the barrier that surrounds the pool was falling apart and did not completely close on either side, one of the patio chairs was broken, in the game room the pool table was missing balls, the air hockey table didnt work and the TV didnt even turn on. The kitchen and pantry was crawling with ants, the sheets on the bed were dirty, hell the house was dirty, outlets throughout the home either didnt work or randomly stopped working, the lighting fixture/fan on the patio shook so bad we thought it would fall.NO HOT WATER! Throughout the entire house there was no hot water! The best part of all, a previous guests underwear were left in one of the upstairs bedrooms! How gross is that!? After calling the management company and no one showing up or calling us back, we attempted to boil some hot water to at least be able to bathe the 2 year old in the house. Guess what? The stove didnt work either! Seriously!?Needless to say we are pissed! The property management office didnt open again until 9am the following day so 9am sharp I call to inquire about them sending someone out the home and the woman who answered the phone responds by saying well I just got here so I dont know WRONG ANSWER! How about would you mind holding so I can find out or I apologize you and you family have endured this many issues upon check in let me get someone out there right away. She seemed more annoyed that I actually called at 9am. A gentleman arrives about 45mins later, very pleasant but, informs us that the gas is completely out hence, the no hot water, no heated pool and stove not working. so now he has to call and have another person or company come out to refill the gas. I decided to inquire who the property manager is I send an email to her (Kim) expressing my concerns about the condition of the home and how we may resolve these issues. She never responds! After 24 hours I call the management number and guess who answers? Its Kim! I explain to her that I have sent her an email with a list of issues at the home and that there are still issues needing to be addressed since the first gentleman appeared. Kims response is if you didnt send it to my personal email, I didnt get it Question? How the heck would I know you personal email? I sent my email to the same email you all have been emailing me from since I booked this place but ok, whats your email so I can resend you this email. She gives me her email then proceeds to ask me what needs to be fixed? As Im listing things off she seems to grow a little irritated and after about the 4th thing she begins giving an excuse for it not working or needing attention. Nonetheless, she claims shell send someone out. By this time the week is almost over! We had some family members that rented another house, decide to stay an extra day in Florida so we decide ok, well check and see if thats an option, No one answers the phone for the entire day! I even called a number they have listed in a frame hanging on the wall. The guy that answers informs me that I just called a completely different company and even tries to help me find another number for villas4less! I send Kim an email and again, she never responded! We checked out of that place 4 days ago and I still havent heard from Kim! They have no emergency number or after hours number so if you run into any problems outside of normal business hours, youre on your own. I will never use this company ever again and I advise you spend you spend your money where people will appreciate it and address your concerns professionally. I understand things may not be 100% perfect but, this was absolutely ridiculous!!!
Roach infested! Need I same more. The kitchen was crawling with roaches and it took 2 days to resolve our problem since it was on a weekend and they have no customer service during non business hours. We were moved to another home.
