Noticed oil spots on driveway figured they might have spilled some while changing the oil. Few days later….notice new spots. Checked oil level, it was low by a half quart. Topped it off, week later car warning me the oil level is low.For $150, which is high but worth it “if” it comes with quality service.I will admit… I didn’t read reviews prior to doing business with them. Lesson leaned.If a representative reads this comment this far:Your losing business from people like me, that don’t have time to even stop and address this issue. However, the loss is made up by new business and mostly women which voluntary discounts are given to. It’s noticeable, just saying. Good management is needed.

Bad experience. it takes more than an hour for my oil to be changed, it is the slowest valvoline in the world. God dont come here so they dont ruin your day.

Great service, but expect to pay alot more than anywhere else. Biggest reason Im willing to pay here is that all other oil change places in the area take days to schedule and hours and hours to simply change oil.If the other shops had their act together, I would go there and pay much less, but its worth paying here instead of dealing with those other places.

I had an excellent, excellent, excellent experience at this Valvoline Oil Change location!!! I only waited about 5 minutes to drive into the bay and was helped immediately after I parked. To my surprise, Joshua, the manager, was the man assisting me and answering all of my many questions. One mechanic was in front of the car and another was underneath so the job was done very quickly. I have never gone here. Always went to the bigger places. What was I thinking. I LOVE this place. It was not only quick but I am so impressed by the young respectful professional employees. I will never go anywhere besides Valvoline from now on!

Went to this place because dealer didnt have available appointments for more than a week, turns out they use the same oil the dealer does, mechanic was very professional and thoroigh, they do everything in front of you and make recommendations on what you need, you can save money buying/installing your onwn air/cabin filters, no pressure to purchase, good experience.

150.00 for a high milage oil change 2 light bulbs and a rear wiper blade. A bit too pricey and broke my light cover and when my car got home I discovered I was leaking oil. Took it back and they replaced my oil plug and gasket that they damaged. and paid for the light cover they boke. Management was friendly and took care of the fixes personally.

They do a great job, treat you nice,and you dont have to get out of your car. Ive used the many times before and although a Synthetic Oil Change isnt cheap, they do a great job with what I feel is a great product. This time I had a Groupon, and a full Synthetic Oil Change was $3. They gladly accepted it.

They could not do the oil change on my 2021 k5 due to not having the correct information on the car. Been using vioc for a very long time. 10 years plus

Ive been twice now and neither time was as quick as I thought it would be, over an hour both times. That is not the wait time included, that is just the actual time in the stall for the oil change. With the wait time it would add up to about an hour an a half average for both times. If it was a quicker process I would rate it higher. Price is a little better than other places just dont come if you are in a hurry.

Waiting almost 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change. No leadership no direction and technicians walking around doing nothing . Every company out here is understaffed do to pandemic and I’m watching 4 technicians walking around not being effective management needs to review the camera from 1pm till 4pm on Sunday August 22 and coach and discipline some associates .

My first visit to this place they did not put back 1 of my lug nuts after a tire rotation, second visit they said 20 minutes and they will get me in the garage, after 40 minutes they got me in only to wait another 30 minutes at which point I decided I to just leave.

I have been to this location a few times for an oil change and I have never had an issue before. I have even wrote a 5 star review for the tech Carlos since he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly on what kind of work he was doing. Now, I am unfortunately writing a bad review...I went there yesterday morning for an oil change and they were pretty busy but it was understandable for a Saturday morning. One of the guys said it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait and we didnt mind since I needed an oil change ASAP. The oil change itself took about 15 minutes and they asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated and it would only take about 10-15 minutes to do so I agreed because $25 was a good deal to me. He asked us to get out of the car for security purposes since they had to lift up the car so we got out and waited outside. About 15 minutes go by and they are still trying to figure out how to lift the car up. I was kind of confused but I still waited. 30 minutes go by and they finally got the car up to start the tire rotation and the guy trying to take the tires off was confused as to why it wasnt coming off. He asked for help and the guy said that the hub cap had to come off in order to get it off...I thought that was kind of common sense but maybe he was new and didnt know.About 5-10 minutes go by and they are still working on getting the tires off and I noticed something attached to my battery. I was a little confused because I already got an oil change and the only thing left was a tire rotation, so why was something attached to my battery? I asked the guy and he yelled out Hey she isnt the one getting a transmission flush! the other guy from across the room said Yeah I know but we have to drain the machine. The other guy looked at me and I said So you attached this to my battery for another person who is getting a transmission flush?, so essentially draining my battery for another person without even asking me. He seemed to get an attitude and said I understand your concern maam, I understand your concern, so I told him to get it off my car now.I was extremely upset because I already need a new battery and for one he didnt even ask me if it was okay to do and for two, how many other times has this happened to other people that sit inside of the lobby and wait for their cars to get done without even knowing they are essentially draining their battery for ANOTHER person? The employee that admitted to plugging it up to my car, brought his car around to plug it up to his battery and seemed annoyed.I paid $123.61 yesterday and have never been so displeased with the service that I received yesterday. I was there for over an hour. No apology. No concern. Nothing. I will NOT be returning to this location.

They were very fast. The guy who seemed to be running the crew seemed pretty knowledgeable and competent. Im from out of state so I was rather surprised it cost 2x as much as I used to pay for manufacturers recommended products. Ill need to price compare before deciding on next oil change vender.

Staff wasnt friendly. Called and asked for a synthetic oil change and a woman picked up the phone told me they could replace my headlight and do the oil change.I was immediately walking to the office and a staff member hollered to me that theres no one in the office and was mildly condescending and told me they dont change my headlights.Between the misinformation and that dude Im not gonna be back here. Id rather wait to get everything done on my car for cheaper and not deal with dudes like that.2 stars because their service is a good product, but I was misinformed by the company and not treated well.

Went in last Monday for an oil change, great customer service, very friendly and kind people. An oil change is an oil change, but the people there made the experience fun and enjoyable. It might sound silly but it made my day.

Went to this valvoline a few days ago, the people who worked there were very kind and got the job done quickly + efficiently. Also I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the shop was. So overall, 10/10 experience and definitely plan on returning!

Very rude and unprofessional. In the middle of me explaining to the gentleman an incident that has happened he rudely interrupted me saying “I’m not talking about that!” I believe his name is Carlos and he might be the manager. If he treats customers this way I can only imagine how he treats his employees. Needles to say I will never go back to Valvoline again. It was extremely uncomfortable. The jiffy lube on OBT & 192 is affordable and the guys there are gentlemen & professionals.

Amazing service, not scummy like other quick service repair shops, does the job and lets you know about any other maintenance work you need done as well. Great guys! Location kinda sucks though, right off the main thoroughfare, which I guess is good for them, but the entrance tends to get clogged up with traffic.

The only way to maximize this service is with coupons. I absolutely have NO complaints about the staff! They are awesome and do an amazing job!!! I already know the price for an oil change is going to be somewhat higher because of the fast service which in my book Time is Money so I would rather pay a little more to be in an out than sit in a shop for 3hrs! The biggest gripe I have is with the Add on services The techs do a GREAT job pointing out what you should do to your car and they are NOT in any way pushy at all going in for the Up Sell but its the price itself for the services! I was quoted somewhere in the range of $75 or more for two filters!! The cabin air filter and the engine air filter! While the techs were changing my oil I looked up the price of these filters if I were to buy them myself....LESS THAN $22 TOTAL!!! So obviously I did NOT buy the filters at Valvoline. I bought the filters at OReilys and they installed them for free!

I had to go and buy my own oil filter and pay for their filter too. 😤

My elderly mother took her car here for an oil change. After she left, she noticed a noise while driving. They left off the tabs that hold the plastic cover and it was flapping as she was driving. She took it back and they lost them. So they zip tied the plastic to her car. Now she has to figure out where to buy these out of her own pocket or have someone zip tie her car every time she gets work done on it. They didnt even offer to replace the items THEY lost. SMH.
