Ive been here twice and my oil gets changed but not the filter. So instead of doing my next oil change at 5,000 miles I had to do it at 2,000 miles at the dealer because the oil was completely burnt. The second time I went I had to go back to the dealer at just 1,400 miles because the oil was completely burnt again. I went a second time because its very close to my house and dont have to wait 3hrs like the dealer. But I rather do it at the dealership and wait the 3hrs than change the oil and get it black by the first 1,000 miles!! Great service but my car comes first!!

My son had his Oil changed 6 wks ago at Shell and afterwards his car wasnt driving correctly so he took in to a mechanic who said there was no oil in it and the wrong filter was used which has now caused internal damage. Quoted $4k to repair. He called shell lube to be told they are signs instore stating they are not liable and are unwilling to assist in repairs . . SO DO NOT use this company in Kissimmee Fl.I have sort legal advice for negligence..

We have been using this location for years. The service is priced right and they are honest. They don’t try to up sell for stuff you don’t need. Quick service and a comfortable waiting area. For the cars they do a vacuum and fluid check. Our Jeeps we just get a fluid check and oil change, no vacuum needed. If you live in the area you can feel good about getting service here. I come here every 3-4 months and they help me everytime. $35 for a simple oil change ($65 for synthetic) and refill other reservoirs. Before covid, they would vacuum your car too. Theres other services available and i keep coming back for their help

Went there about 3 weeks ago I have a new car couple days after I did the oil change my car was making noise and stalling I had told my husband to check it and my ohh my he said you dont have oil thats why! where did you go I told where I went he said never ever go there again me not knowing I asked my husband could it have burned out or maybe leaked out he said impossible he checked the bottom of the car it had the same old filter smh and during these times why!!

Fast and economical, but be aware they dont check the oil level after they changed it. Both my cars had half an inch of excess oil, (tested with a cold engine) I only checked because my car is new and it started vibrating a little. It can damage your engine and no warranty will cover it.

Well Shell Rapid Lube never seen one before my life found it in Florida before we left from Jersey to go to Florida I was supposed to change the oil talk the wife into Ill change her when we get to Florida and I saw this Shell Rapid Lube the customer that the owner the atmosphere you literally I could not believe it we were in and out of there with an oil change tires checks fluids topped off and less than 20 minutes and the price was perfect so youre down there in Florida and youre up the road from Motown and Disney and youve done your time and your car needs to be serviced just checked out whatever thats the place to go prices are right

This place was excellent and the price for an oil change was great. The manager was extremely friendly and didnt try to sell me a single extra thing. The car was in and out of their service in ten minutes, which I have never experienced at another oil change before. I will certainly be going back next time.

I came in today for service and it was quick and friendly they got right to work on my vehicle immediately and they do have new hours it is now 10 a.m to 6 p.m week days and 10 a.m till 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays
