First time coming here and I was blown away! Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and up to date and clean!. They also had all the CDC recommendations in the salon which made me comfortable.Tracy and her husband Jonathan were very sweet, I love my nails, definitely coming back!

I’m in town on business from Raleigh NC. I was nervous about having to get my nails done on the fly by someone new. I read some reviews of this salon and was impressed. Wonderful decision on my part. Tracey was and is amazing. Got me right in and did a phenomenal job on my nails. Every time I return here on business I will be seeing Tracey. And I said also say you really must try out the new magnetic gel paint it’s amazing.

We are staying at Polynesian Isles Resort and desperately needed to get our nails done. Island Nails was the closest salon and they could not have been more perfect!! They got us in immediately without an appointment. The place was clean and the space was beautiful. My mom had a pedicure with Jonathan, and I had a pedicure/gel manicure with nail art with Tammy. They were FANTASTIC! They were both super friendly, accommodating, and offered high quality service. They have a range of pedicure options for great prices and were up-front about the cost without pressuring us. My mom loved her pedicure & color from Jonathan! I also had a specific design for my gel manicure in mind to which Tammy did so beautifully & even gave me more vibrant color options that were more appropriate for the design. She brought the picture to life! We are so happy with our visit & would come back here in a heartbeat when we’re back in town. Thank you to the wonderful team!!!!

The service was very fast and they got me in immediately. Prices were good and the man doing my nails was very polite and kind. If I had to pick something that was negative it would be that he was a tad bit rough with the file. Overall great spot!

As a tourist, I was just looking for a place to get my nails done - little did I know I would meet some of the kindest people I have ever met! In particular, Tracy is an absolute angel. We started chatting and I just have never met anyone so passionate about their work. She loves the artistry of what she does, but more importantly she loves the connections she makes there. Her goal is to make you feel like family, no matter who you are. Beautiful work with a heart of gold - I will never go anywhere else if I return to Orlando. We went in on a Saturday morning and were able to immediately get taken care of. My 13 year old wanted the gel polish off her toes and a pedicure with regular polish. She said the water temperature was just right, the hot towels weren’t too hot, and her foot massage was good. While she was getting her pedi (I had already got mine done before we left Jax) I ended up getting my eyebrows arched with wax. Awesome job. Not too thin. The tech complimented my short hair as well and said it looked pretty on me. The service was fast and friendly. My only qualms were that the floor could have been swept and kept a little better. Saw a huge toenail and some other debris. The eyebrow room could’ve been vacuumed too and maybe use paper sheets in between people lying on the cloth covered table. I told the owner we’d definitely come back. They were good to pop in on while we were on vacation.

10/10 recommend this place. My mother and I got our nails and pedicure done here and they did amazing. Really friendly and amazing service. Jonathan and Tammy did our nails and they were phenomenal.

Here on vacation and I wanted to get my nails done. I got a gel polish pedicure and SNS manicure. All staff were very friendly, prices were about the same as your normal nail salon. Highly recommend!

I definitely will come back on my next vacation here. My mother in law and decided to stop in and get a quick pedicure. An while the staff wasnt as welcoming as I would like they provided good service our toes look great and the spa treat for my legs felt awesome. Overall good experience, just would like to have seen more hospitality from the staff as we walked in. Im so happy with how my nails look.

This place is so nice and clean. Everyone who works here is polite and accommodating. They are a full service salon, including tanning, hair, nails, even hot stone massage. The prices are very reasonable. The pedicure chairs are big and new and have charging ports and even have additional massage options that flip up under the remote.

The lady did an amazing job was super friendly and best of all super talented . She did a Spectacular job and the island pedicure with a massage was so amazing .

I came in for a mani-pedi and was blessed to get the owners attention. It was not crowded and I did not have to wait and the decor and ambiance is comforting and relaxing. If you are going for a pedicure I strongly recommend D. Its a bit pricey but well worth the money. I highly recommend this spa and will be going back when I return to Orlando. This was the second worse manicure I ever had. My nails were rushed, there is little to no consistency in the shape of my french tips. At the end I had white polish all over my skin. I usually tip at least 30% for a good manicure but left just $4 only after I asked to have my skin cleaned up. I was told all the polish on my skin would be gone after I washed my hands a couple of times tomorrow. Ridiculous!!! I even had to file rough edges when I got home. I dont not give bad reviews normally but I was not satisfied at all. I will look into having them done over someplace else.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. This is definitely my new nail spot. I went here for the first time a day before my birthday and Tracy made sure I was one hundred and 10 percent satisfied. I was on vacation looking for a place with good reviews to get my nails done. I dont usually trust anybody other than my regular salon, but this place had 4.6 stars and I was in need of a mani. It was the right decision. I got a powder dip manicure and Henry did an excellent job. Last time I had a guy do my nails it didnt turn out so well. But apparently this is a family business and everybody does agreat job, or they wont meet you walk out the door. Ill have to add this to my list of things to do every time Im in town. Im highly satisfied and will try some of their other services next time. The place looks nice and has a relaxing spa vibe about it. Prices are excellent as well. Go try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed. And if youre on vacation, you definitely deserve to be pampered.

Hi, my husband and I discovered Island Nails & Spa salon while staying in Orlando. Living in Quebec, Canada and not knowing where to go for hair cut, colour and highlights, pedicure and manicure, we found Island on google and after reading the favourable comments we went and were very impressed by the quality of service and enjoyed being pampered. Anita did my hair, we had a good laugh as I am a very faithful person to my hair and aesthetic ladies at home. Having not experienced these services in Orlando, Anita made me feel very comfortable as she knew that I was not to confident in having my hair colour, highlights and cut done elsewhere than at home. She was so confident that I accepted to have her do my hair and she did a great job on my hair and my husbands. We also have enjoyed being pampered by the family during our pedicure and manicure. We will go back for sure on our next trip here in Orlando.Thanks again to all the team. You did great! Lucille and Alain

This nail salon is beautiful... however I walked in and all techs were busy I was told to pick a color and they were too busy attending other customers... the lady in the front tells me to finally sit at the pedicure chair and the water was extremely hot!!!!!! Nobody told me who was doing my pedi I finally got up and asked her and she told me her husband was going to do my manicure and he had just started tips on another customer..... seems like they favored the white customers more than the minorities it was extremely unprofessional for me to be sitting at a pedi chair fir several minutes w/o an update beware of this place

This place was excellent. My wife came in for a pedicure while on vacation and really enjoyed the experience we had! My wife loved this place so much that she made an appointment before we traveled home to have her nails done too.

Tracy is amazing and I am so glad that I got to meet her on vacation and have the pleasure of chatting with her while she did my nails. Tracy was very nice and relatable and made me feel very comfortable. My husband and I also got pedicures here during our vacation and left feeling great. We are here on vacation and a much needed mani and pedi session needed to occur . Island salon is THE BEST . The technicians there, take their time and really ensure your nails are perfect and how you want them. My daughter love her design and little spa chairs. I will definitely come back to this salon

First time here and it was delightful.The interior of the place is beautiful.I felt very welcomed when i came in, i was well taken care of.I got both a mani and a pedi by Tammy (mani) which did good and Nancy (pedi) came out great.

This is my 3rd time coming to this salon and I absolutely love it. For years I have gone to many salons between Orlando and Tampa and it has not been one where everything was in point. Here they have great customer service and the actual services were great. My well needed pedicure was great. I have always had problems with keeping my nails done because they were always breaking but so far I have not had any break, will recommend to everyone!!!

This place is absolutely amazing🤩. I loved my haircut‼️ I had gotten a pedicure and that was very relaxing in their massage chairs. Between the foot massage where they took their time and me sitting in the massage chair I had almost fallen asleep 💤😂. I also got my nails done... fill n repaired 2 nails. They did an amazing job and also had my nails match my toenails the way I wanted them done and they were very patient to make sure I was happy. I love butterflies 🦋 and they even put a butterfly on one finger on each hand and on my big toes. They were amazing at hand designing AND they work together as a stress less team. They are all very polite and it is a beautiful and relaxing place and I would recommend anybody this place. If I get the chance again I will definitely be going back here they have so much to offer, basically everything a salon spa can look for.

It is very rare that I find a nail place as amazing as this place much less 5 star worthy. Im incredibly picky and just moved to Florida but the reviews are so accurate. Tracey did an amazing job on my nails. She was fast and friendly. I didnt feel rushed either. Not to mention the price is great! This is now my go to nail place and I will be recommending it to all my friends, family and anyone who asks. 10 out 10 highly recommend this place.

Was very happy with my mani/pedi. Pricing was reasonable and the salon was clean and comfortable. If I lived in the area I would definitely be going on a regular basis. This place was the best when we first come in they are checking temperatures then they want you to wash your hands. My husband was hot and sweating they went and got him a fan plugged in right on him everyone was pleasant and did an excellent job we were all well pleased they kept saying Thank You to us very nice people whenever you are in the Kissimmee area highly recommended !!

This place is THE BEST. Got a pedicure, exfoliation, and foot massage. It was heaven. Nancy took GREAT care of me. My feet have never looked or felt better! The shop was cute, clean, and comfortable. They provided cold bottled water. There are hundreds of colors of polish. The owner, Tracy, was very friendly and gracious. She gave one of my daughters a beautiful gel acrylic full set, while another daughter got a pedicure with Anita, who also did an amazing job. Good prices. TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE. Thanks!!! The owners Tracy & John are wonderful! Tracy was very accommodating and great to chat with while getting my nails done. John was very sweet and attentive, he made me feel right at home. We went to this salon based on the reviews and they did not disappoint!!Everyone was so nice and they offered us a beverage right away. The salon was very clean, with a very nice ambiance (no chemical smell) and the technicians did meticulous work!! My mom and I had pedicures and my mom got a manicure, too. My mom agrees that they were very friendly and do a great job.Tracy, the owner, is very sweet and came over and asked us how it was going and if we needed anything else. This will definitely be our go to place when we visit FL again!

Im a regular at this salon for my mani pedi! All the women here are absolutely lovely and supremely talented at what they do! I used to get my nails done with gel and then one day they introduced SNS to me and Im hooked! They are fair priced and go above and beyond for all of their customers! The color selection for both gel and sns are great! The owner follows the nail trends and always has new colors to offer :)

This salon clean & beautifully decorated. I chose this based on the reviews. Everyone working looked nice a well definitely a plus. My husband and I walked on a Saturday and were seated immediately. My girls did very well on both services and they are very reasonable only $65 for both pedicure and gel manicure, we definitely will be back

I’ve been having my nails and pedicures done by both Tammy and Tracy for years. They are both very professional and friendly. They do an excellent job and I would recommend them to everybody. My daughter has also been using them for years and loves them as well. The salon is very clean and organized and in convenient location. The prices are also competitive.
