Not Happy this salon took FOREVER and the nails look horrible! Completely a waste of money. Completely disappointed. Multiple chipped within hours of leaving and the basecoat has 2 different colors you can see the inconsistencies at a simple glance...I wish I could get my money back. The chairs were uncomfortable too when I got back home I looked in the mirror and noticed peices of the chair was stuck to the skin on my back! I had a tank top and uses sunscreen when walking around 😂. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else.

The nail tech Rita could have done a better job on my nails yesterday. Heck I could Have done better than her! She refilled my nails yesterday and barely sanded them properly. When she went to file them, ohhh bare minimum effort! I was shock to say the least. I will not be going back!!!! Because of her not filing my nail properly, it broke of yesterday! So 😠.

I don’t live in the area. Just took a shot and came in here. Kim was absolutely the best. Enjoyed our conversation and she did a great pedicure. Definitely will come back.

Ive been coming here for 4 years! Moved out of the area and tried new places. That was a mistake! Will drive out off my way to get my Pedi every month and eyebrow waxing! Always very professional. Make me feel relaxed and satisfied at the end after long hard days in hospitality with my Pedi!!! Eyebrows always on point! It may not be up to date but definitely does the job at a good not over priced placed.

My Go to place for 4 years. You want a fun cool design ask for Rita. Rita is the one that always does my nails. I always come out a happy customer. Great friendly staff. Oh I love getting my feet done here too the chairs are comfortable and the message chair literally is amazing. Thank you HAPPY NAILS

Date visited: Feb 13thI went to this place because my MIL recommended it and I was highly disappointed. My pedicure was decent, but my toes could’ve been painted better. The top coat she used on my toes was clumpy and in return my toes looked dull.My gel manicure was awful and it’s already chipping after one day! She was going to leave the nail polish around my leave my nails until I said something, but instead of wiping it, she used the cuticle cutters to try to get the polish up and now my nails around my finger are sore. I even said ouch that hurt and she still kept going. I expect the quality to be great for what I paid. The pool water did a better job at cleaning up my nails vs what she was doing.I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she has older with black and silver hair.

My favorite spot for the last four years. Everybody here is so nice and professional. I leave so happy every time I go to this place. I would definitely recommend 👏🏼

Friendly, but didnt understand what i wanted for my pedicure. I took my daughters with for pedis but ended up gettin mani and pedis for them. I stated gel for all toes including mine and gel for the girls fingers. Well they did very thin layers and it came off the next day 2days later we went back to have them fixed which they did with no problem. I paid $182 for mani and pedis for a 6yr old and 11yr old and pedi for myself and brow and upper lip wax. They were clean for the most part. In need of new chairs. The current ones are really worn as well. Came as I am on vacation and needed my feet done, but back home this wouldnt be acceptable. We dnt mind paying good money when we receive good service. Not bad but not the best either just my personal opinion.

I only came in to get charms put on my thumbs. 1 charm per thumb. Took 5 minutes. They charged me $15!!!! What in the hell!? The nail tech gave me some BS story about how the charms are expensive. They order these charms in bulk from china, japan, korea, etc. Its been one day and the charms have already begun to tarnish! Do not give this place your money. The salon is dirty, old, and they charge an arm and a leg for a simple service!!

I came in for a full set and an eyebrow wax. I was originally told one price prior to paying and when Rita brought back my receipt the grand total increased before adding the tip! Happy Nails is a very filthy and dishonest salon that provides terrible service! I will not be coming back!

Today was my 2nd visit. This is my New Salon for as long as I live here! Last pedicure lasted a month. (Vs 2 weeks at other places) The staff is very friendly without being overbearing. They care♡ They just got new massage chairs that are almost better then a professional massage!

Very disappointed. The staff was friendly and the pedi massage was nice, but my nails turned out terrible. For the $40 mani/pedi, I expected better. First of all, one lady started on my toes and was literally ripping the skin out of my nail bed, which any educated Nail Tech should know youre not supposed to do that. Both of my big toes ended up getting infected because of this. Then an older gentleman had to finish my toes and do my manicure because another customer came in and was pitching a fit about some of her acrylic nails that fell off. He did not do a very good job with painting. The attached picture shows my nails just a few days after I went in. Any good manicure would have lasted much longer than this.

The only lady that does a decent job here is Rita.. the one that sits I believe on the third station to the left is horrible.. She cut me twice while doing my nails and ignored the cut. I had to ask her to put alcohol so I don’t get infected.

They have been great but it seemed like they were rushing to get done cause we were the last appointment at 4 and their was 4 of getting our nails painted

Never realized how good they do my nails until someone asked me if my acrylics was real!!! They take their time and really put in great work. Yes they are quiet and serious but their work talks for itself!

Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. i moved to FL and this is the only place that hasnt let me down. prices are great & they treat you like family. plus, this is the ONLY place i will let touch my eyebrows because not only do they keep the shape of my eyebrows, they take their time and make sure its done right

I was charged $43. this included the tips, I go home and realize I was charged $51 and change, I did not authorize or sign for this amount, how were they able to scam me? and I dont understand where this extra charge came from, I have been trying to contact them through the phone but no vail, I would never go back there again. I prefer to go to the one in wall mart than go there and get scammed and my money stolen. my french manicure is bad.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the last 3 months.. they have a new lady that did a real bad job on my nails plus she was distracted by her phone, the phone kept ringing while she kept answering her phone.. she hurt me more than once when she was polishing the nails.. the shape is not greatSo not professional, rude, attitude.. etcBy the way not a single person in the salon tried to make it right...

Fantastic job! I have found that most places rush through a pedi and this one was amazing. The massage with it was well worth the money. The true test for me is whether or not they can actually paint nails, they nailed it. The massage chairs are just a bonus. Would come back for sure.

Filthy! Please don’t do it..so bad I stopped my pedicure and just said just paint them. Still had my old paint not all taken off. Polish thick and clumpy and all over me. They think because it’s a tourist place they could get away with a bad job and never see you again. I guess they are right, I’ll NEVER go back.

Always greeted with a smile. Technicians check with you as they work to make sure you are happy. I will be back.

Dear public, DO NOT GO HERE! I just had the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. I would give a 0 star if i could. My friend and i both have never received such bad service and such ugly nails. The experience started off with us being told we would only have to pay $17. Little did we know we would be paying almost double that by the end of the night. I had to remove my previous acrylics, and they told me it would be $5 extra (Which i didnt mind paying to have them properly removed.) I then was asked to put my hand in a large bowl of acetone in an unventilated room and that was where I sat for the next 30 minutes which is not at all safe let alone the proper way to remove Acrylics. I took my hands out myself because all the other employees were dealing with other customers and i was somehow forgotten. I then peeled my own acrylics off myself and asked if i would be able to wash my hands. When i looked at my hands i noticed there was dead skin and they were started to peel all over. I went to sit beside my friend and she told me she thought her nails were to short, she then told me that they told her it costs $5 extra for longer nails (which has no logic because they throw away the acrylic they cut off). My friend told me I was acting different and I began to realize the acetone had given me a high. We asked for a coffin shape both got square. Asked us to dry our nails with a small round dollar store fan that we both had to use, and by the time i got home my nail was completely smeared because it wasnt dry. I ended up paying $30 for acrylics with polish when i was supposed to be paying $17, and an extra $5 for a high I didnt want and some acetone filled lungs. I am now left with a lingering headache and peeling hands and nails. Thanks Happy Nails for an un-happy experience.

Im in town from Toledo Ohio my experience was awesome. Place was nice and clean, I had a jell polish change and toes repolishe. Very pleased.

After having a Mani Pedi my daughters big toe nails are super infected. She also had to go back the same day after her nails chipped. The “fix” was terrible and bubbled.I’m extremely mad and assume our next step is a podiatrist to fix the damage.Update: 1 round of antibiotics and now she needs the ingrown nail cut out. Avoid this place

I really dont understand why people actually like this place. My nails came out looking all ratchet on the next day. The man on the phone said that he could fix them and he said no when I got there. He wouldnt give me my money back and he kicked us out. Plus this place is too hot, no A/C.

Got a Full set today and the nail broke on the same day!!! The nail tech put ear buds in her ear and was on the phone the whole time... Also she charged me for things which were supposed to be included just to get more money!

Really this place doesnt deserve one star... but they made me do it. My daughter and I were here visiting from Ohio and she decided she wanted a pedi and acrylic nails. Well I decided to get a pedi with her. This was the biggest waste of my time and money. Im not sure if it was because we werent regulars or what, but what I do know is that I received the worst service ever. The guy that did my pedi just trimmed my cuticles and nails and did a little buffing to my feet and that was it, then he left me sitting at the bowl. I had to get down and put on my own flip flops.. luckily I didnt have color. So once I told my daughter she wasnt getting acrylic..The lady got up and left her.. didnt sit neither one of us under a dryer or anything.. while I was trying to pay, the ladies stood around the register, I had to tell them that I wanted to pay so I can leave because they completely ignored me. Oh and while I was there... one lady had to come back and get a nail fixed and no one left out with a smile.. thats why I told my daughter no acrylic... well have a way better experience at home including getting our pedicures done over... There is so much more that can be said about this please but hopefully Ive said enough .. But please find somewhere else go!!!

Worst nail salon ive ever been to nails done horribly paid $35 called to get them redone and and i did the manager said yes and when i get there they didnt wanna do them the didnt wanna give me my money back the guy yelled and put his fingers in my face ot was my birthday i dont recommend this place is horrible and too hot its not relaxing at all everyone swets of how hot it is in there.

I went to this place with my daughters today, 04/08/19 and we really had a bad service, three woman working with a ugly face, totally rude with us, with a bd way to explain for us how the service works . It’s not nice because they are there to make a good service and help customer with questions
