Im from North Carolina always had bad acrylic nails until I went to top nails &spa and I told them what I wanted and they did it!!! I was so happy!!! Definitely will come back!!!!!!!

Tina does an amazing job while being a sweetheart and catering to all my needs. She always makes me feel relaxed and satisfied with the services. Great great place. I usually get my nails done here and they are usually very good. But today I got a Brazilian wax and it was horrible. I will never go back. Judy explained that my public hair is harder to wax than every one else with straight hair.She had no baby wipes, and she seem uncomfortable while doing my service. Furthermore, she tried to leave a patch of hair in the middle. She didnt do the back and theres is still hair on the front. Im at home now putting hair on it. This was a horrible experience. To top it off she charged me 40 for the Brazilian wax she didnt completely finish. And she charged me 35 for fill in I did not ask for, all I wanted was two nails fixed and a polish change. 75 to be violated, I paid and left gracefully but Judy you need to stop advertising body honey stick to what you know.

Amazing!! I just moved to the area & broke a nail while moving. Found the place online & decided to give them a shot. She cut & shaped my nails exactly how i wanted them. The massage & hot towel was a plus for a fill-in! They are all friendly there as well & it was not too busy when i arrived so i was seated right away

Yesterday my husband went and drop off daughter for full set (simple), mined you I’m a regular customer there and me and my other children get our nails done there all the time and get charge 28$ all the time.. my problem is that she’s gonna see my husband and charge him for a full set 38$!!!! Why... cause he’s a MAN!!! This nails were BASIC nothing on them peach color. All I’m gonna say is that u lost 4 customers 😢😢

Was on a business trip to FL and I saw the pictures on Yelp and I think it is good to try! Ive been tried 3 nails spas before so I want to try a new one. Nice staff with nice work! My favorite is purple color gel. it looks so good!!!They did very gently and professionally.

DONT COME HERE, came here and the lady didn’t shape or clean up my nails at all in fact told me to sit at an empty desk gave me the filers and had me do it on my own, (I took before and after pics) it was terrible, she went ahead and took another customer and gave them terrible service and never finished my nails ! She also still said I would have to pay even though she didn’t even finish my nails lol. I paid because I didn’t want to really indulge in her unprofessionalism, but definitely will NEVER be back ! (Idk how to upload the pics)

Ill never go back to this salon again! I went to get a pedicure and I wasnt even in the chair for five minutes before John made me bleed. Alot! Ugh! Couldnt even relax cause the cut he caused burned throughout the whole process! Dont even let me get started on his wife! She was the absolute worst! She was rushing during my manicure. During the manicure, she literally told me, Im trying to be fast........ for what woman?!?! Its 2 oclock on a Tuesday. It was just myself and another young lady there. First time I tried SNS and the end result was not up to par. Like I said, she was rushing!! Very disappointed! Ill gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing! I went with my sister for the first time and not only was Judy extremely nice and sweet, the quality of her work was flawless and the best thing is, their prices are great! The owners and establishment are from New York so you know their work is going to be amazing! The place is so clean and nice and doesnt have an unbearable high acetone smell. My sister did ballerina shaped ombre acrylics and they are honestly the best quality Ive seen and we get our nails done regularly. Ofcourse I made and appointment tomorrow to get mine done! After calling and trying every nail salon in my area Im so happy I found them because the previous place I used to go to get my nails done was horrible in every aspect so Top Nails is a breath of fresh air and now my new nail salon! I highly recommend you chose this salon.

Im so horrified by my experience at TD nails & Spa off of Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee. Its my first time stopping in + I just went for a pedicure. I was the only person in the salon other than one nail technician. When she asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, I replied yes. She cut off all of my toenails.. they are bleeding. I was shocked and and she looked at me with almost a smirk. I immediately left and am so shaken up. I should have paid more attention, but the shop appeared to be clean and well maintained. Im a new mom, I get a pedicure once a month if Im lucky. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had. Please think twice before comming to this place..!

Today is my mom and my first time to come to do our feet. Aside them being kind loving people they are very professional in what they do in there shop.I suggest all lady and men to come to this shop to do thier hand and feet.
