Lien is awesome and the rest of her staff is just as nice. Especially the lady (I forgot to ask for her name )who did my pedicure, she was very attentive. On another note pay attention to the prices...dont be like me and realize later that gel on toes is an additional $15 when you get a pedicure. In my case I read it wrong. And I wont lie I didnt like paying what I did but I like how my feet and nails look so I guess thats all that matters. Marble nail was so so but the glitter and ombre looks good.

Unprofessional. I was left with air bubbles in my nails from the first visit (that were painful) and then second visit was charged more because they had to redo it. So, I ended up being charged more for their own mistake. My advice to this salon: listen to the reviews you’re getting and maybe you’d have more clientele.

Scheduled an appointment. I did say I wanted whoever had the instagram account. Im sent to sit with someone else who wasnt there yet. They apparently came in and stepped out. A couple of people reached out to let her know she had a client waiting. Came in 25 minutes after scheduled appointment because she was eating. Says something to owner who tells her you have a client waiting. She walks towards the table with an attitude and starts to clear it. No apology for being late or anything. Asks me in a rushed tone so what are you getting done today and do you know what color you want. Already annoyed I simply got up said thats OK, thank you and left. Its a shame because from the pictures it looked like good work but Id rather have mediocre work with people who understand what professionalism is. It also includes the experience and customer service end of it. You werent doing me a favor. You were providing a service for which I was paying for. Sadly now I have to my friends our search continues.

I had zully as my person she talked on her phone and spoke very little to me aside from hand gestures, now most people would find that rude but i was comfortable that way and was content letting her do her thing while she worked on my hands. Im happy with how my nails turned out and would come back. :) waiting forever sucked but was happy with my service

I just moved to Kissimmee in 2017, Im from NY and I had tried different places and when I went into her husbands store and I spoke to him that Im very picky and hes costumer that he had was like send her to your wife, and ever since them I trust her she is amazing, caring and she never will disappoint you,I promise..

Let me start by saying that this review should be a 5 🌟 across the line and I am only giving 4 as constructive way for improvement.The hair salon area is very busy and active all the time. Kapra is a master and very professional. Love his work. His assistants are kind and fun.The nail salon part is a bit chaotic... Wait time could be high if youre set with one technician... As a walk in isnt recommended because youd get any available and thats the key because sadly, not all of them are great. There are a couple of ladies who are rough and they will make you hurt. The eyebrows lady is amazing.I think if they put better music the stay there would be much more enjoyable. More spa feeling. For any service you get from them, its a long wait to be discomfortable with the sound.The musical taste isnt catered for everyone . and deemed even inappropriate, far from making the environment inviting and relaxing, makes you want to run and leave.

Very upset! Its sad because I’ve been going to the first shop for years and unfortunately my pedi lady was extremely busy, so I decided to go here (same owners). I asked for someone that is good in pedicure (asked owner) and she placed me with a man I’ve never seen before. Well he was horrible! Didnt cut cuticles and was buffing the top of my nails with a filer 😒 and last cut me which was bleeding badly. I got up and told owner but apparently I was talking to the wall. But I sure let the customers sitting hear me loud and clear! Very unprofessional on your part. Im not the kind of person to leave bad reviews but the owner should’ve handled this differently. I hope my toe doesn’t get infected 😡

Gave this salon a couple tries. After today NEVER going back. You walk in, and your sitting there for 10min till someone realizes you walked in. There’s so much more but overall Just a VERY unprofessional salon. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my place to go, but not anymore. I have been to both locations. There is a guy technition there who is always rude and rough( young, husky) As many times as Ive been there he still acts like he doesnt know who I am. He seems to get upset when I tell him I only want a regular Mani no gel polish or acrylic ( due to working in the medical field) Im assuming its because Im not spending as much money as the other customers. So we were just reading the reviews on the way in when my daughter says, someone there is rude and roughI thought I shouldnt worry about it, and its not that bad. So today while he was trying to remove acrylic nails with another acrylic tip, instead of soaking them off, he caused my daughters finger to bleed. He apologized, but yes we still had to pay full price as if nothing ever happened. If you go ask for Lynn. Me personally, I will not be returning due to this experience.

Very unprofessional. I asked if I could be helped right away. They said yes, but put my hands under water. I waited, but there was no one availa6. When I asked the young man, he started doing my nails than looked at his phone and left. Worse customer service ever! I walked out.

This review MIGHT be premature because Im sitting in here getting a pedicure RIGHT NOW and I already know in my soul that Ill never come back here.I sometimes dont like to use the term ghetto to describe certain businesses because I grew up in the ghetto and I came out just fine. Ill call this experience unprofessional and... and...Ok- you know what? Im saying ghetto. Screw it....You know- I MIGHT come back here if they give out free meal vouchers to Chick-Fil-A OR free Universal tickets.
