Roberto from Masters Collision Body Shop is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person in the industry from here to Chicago. He is the most meticulous and artistic person I have ever met. The reason I say this is because not only did he hand me a work of art when he was done but in the process he was able to work with the insurance company in ways that I wasnt even aware. I worked for an insurance company for many years and still didnt know about the tricks he had up his sleeve to get the job done RIGHT!!!I would recommend him to my mother and anyone else that needs the job done right. I cant thank him enough for everything he did and everything he will be doing for as long as hes available to do it. I feel like Ive made a lifelong friend.

Top of the line detailed body work and paint. Masters collision did the restoration work on my 92 BMW E30 Cabriolet and I could not be happier with the results.

Always the best service in town

The facilities are unimpressive. The junk yard dog in the back is cute, but the mess was on my shoes as I had to deal with a recovery that was towed there. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, so this is really a neutral review.

I took my car here after someone rear ended me. He really took care of me! He worked with the insurance, was super nice, fast, and efficient. He you also made sure we got the part for a good price. If you want to make sure your car gets fixed properly, then definitely come here!

I feel like this is the least I could do. The service at this place is phenomenal. The staff took their time and made sure everything was working how it was supposed to be. I couldnt leave a tip but one day when I come back Ill take care of the gentleman.

Fast and courteous

I got into an accident and had damage to the rear bumper/spoiler of my vehicle and had a bad experience in the past with a shop that my insurance company encouraged me to use. I did some research and wanted a shop that would provide quality work and help me ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. The service was excellent they were very professional and helpful. I had to fight with my insurance for OEM parts but they stood behind me the entire way and made sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the paint job and overall quality of my repair and they even vacuumed and detailed my car before I picked it up. I recommend everyone I know to use this repair shop if they are ever in an accident.

Great customer service, a profesional work ethic, and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I had to take my 2016 Kia Optima in because it got rear-ended by a van. Victor, was really straightforward and honest in the value of the work and the time that it would take. He was helpful in explaining how to speak to the insurance company and assured me that he will do a thorough and complete work on the body work of my car. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands than to have left it at the insurance companys own preferred center. Masters Collision put my interests and specifications first and gave it the greatest priorities over the insurance companies demands on what should and shouldnt be fixed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a shop that does it the way YOU want and with the proper care and vigilance needed to get back your vehicle exactly as it was before.
