I have used this company a few times now and I was shocked to see they have a low rating on google. Someone always answers when I call, the tech is on time and courteous and fair. They have repaired my microwave and a couple issues with my stove top. I will certainly call them again if anything else goes wrong!

On Friday June 4, 2021, a Service Technician showed up for an appointment to fix a dryer that was making noise when running. When the technician found the problem, he said it was because there were lots of Lint material inside the dryer. I asked him if he can fix it / remove it. He said I need to call someone to do a maintenance to clean it. I said, it does not make sense since the Dryer was already opened. He told me he does not get paid to do that cleaning job. I asked him to allow me to get in there and use my vacuum cleaner and do it. He said he cant wait for me to do that. I also explained to him that I think the source of the problem is that the Lint Catcher does not fit correctly or it is broken ( it does not fit flushed ) and there is a gap. Perhaps the lint gets in there and it causing the dryer to accumulate it. He said that the lint catcher does not fit because it is wrong part. I explained the part is original. It was fine before. I asked twice again to allow me to vacuum the lint. I am a disabled woman in a wheelchair; I was not able to pass thru my laundry to the garage because there were parts of the dryer blocking my passage with the wheelchair. I asked my 20 year old daughter to come out and get the vacuum for me. At this point the Technician come up to us and said I do not know how smart you women are pointing to a picture he took of the lint catcher. He indicated the part does not fit. I immediately got upset and told him: We are smart women, you just insulted us. To this point, I said this was not acceptable. He even said I told him that he does not know how to do his job; and I pointed out, I never said it He was now twisting the story because he knew he crossed the line insulting us ( Women) in my own home. I do not know how a person with such poor customer skills can work in a customer service industry. Also making such comments about how intelligent women are is out of line.a I would not recommend this Company with employees that go to a customers house and insult them in such a way.

There is a customer service/ scheduler/ everything whose name is Raquel. She is the most wonderful person to deal with, be it product info, scheduling and customer support. It is a pleasure to deal with such a nice, genuine, intelligent employee.The different people who have come out to my house have been of the same character nice, clean, humble and professional. They have all fixed the problem washer machine as a team.Thank You Very Much,Craig Bloom

Was worried about the previous reviews but i had a great experience. Had to go through them through my 2-10 homeowners warranty. I called them the next day to schedule an appointment. Tech came out 3 days later and fixed my oven. No issues.

Waited all day for a tech to show up 11 to 3 was the window 6 pm still no tech called several time women strongly said he would be here this was at 4:45 pm they said they left a message at 4:55 pm that he would be here on Friday no way to run a business terrible customer service

DLS is my go to company for all my appliances needs. I do not have the luxury of a warranty company, and they have always been a tremendous amount of help when dealing with my household needs. They’re very professional and generous when it comes to scheduling a technician to come look at my appliances. Tony was my technician and he was very thorough with explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They did not hesitate to work with me with my parts and labor and for that i will always use this company. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone else who needs any appliance repairs.

2-10 Warranty service sent out a dispatch to them as my contractor. They received the dispatch. I have been waiting for someone to call me to set up an appointment for the past two weeks. I even left a message for a call back to set up an appointment. No one has called me yet.

I will definitely be calling them again if any of my appliances are broken! They came in and fixed my problem right away. They are very professional and have great communication.

Unfortunately, there is no zero-stars option... after 7 days nobody contacted me even providing my availability and willingness to fix my schedule to allow them to come... their mailbox is full, they seem dont care about the customers. They shouldnt be referred by Home Warranty companies. Stay away.

My oven broiler stopped working. I have American Home Shield Warranty, so I put in claim for repairs. The Warranty company sent Sears out the following day after my request. Sears came out last week, spent 2 hours trying to figure out the issue. It ended up being the control panel was bad, so they said. The problem with that is they dont make the control panel for my oven any longer...which meant I would have to ship the control panel off for it to be refurbished or I would have to buy a brand new in the wall oven, which are not cheap (the warranty would have helped if I had to purchase a new over, however there is a limit of what they give you to spend). The warranty company sent out DLS Appliance Experts today. They were actually an hour early, which was awesome! The guy looked at my oven, pulled it out of the wall... he reset a relay switch, and BAM my broiler is working again! I am more than thrilled with this company. Sears should have figured that out last week with the 2 hours that they were here. Nelson from DLS was done with everything within 30 minutes. I am so happy! Thank you Nelson & DLS for a great job! I highly recommend this company for your repairs.

Took them over 3 weeks to fix my refrigerator. All that was needed was a compressor. then when they finally installed the compressor they left my water line unplugged which flooded my kitchen. Do yourself a favor find a different appliance repair company

These people have been out four times to fix my dishwasher and it still doesnt work. Iris has lied to me several times and is now telling me according to the tech my dishwasher works fine....I have water everywhere and the dishwasher wont stop running.The people have put several parts in my dishwasher and the problem seems to get worse. There last service call was five hours long and he stormed out of my house telling me it was fixed....which was another lie.I am considering retaining legal counsel on this matter....beware if you do business with these people especially if they are brought in from Sears...whom I think is going bankrupt and does not answer their phone or chat.

The technician came home and in 35 minutes found the problem and fixed my dishwasher.Prior tech came 5 times and did nothing.This technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. THEY WERE ASSIGNED TO WORK ON MY WASHING MACHINE THRU MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. DLS SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO NAME THE BEST POSSIBLE TIMES FOR THEM TO COME AND REPAIR MY MACHINE. I EMAILED THEM BACK WITH TIMES. DID NOT HEAR A THING FROM THEM AND AFTER 5 DAYS AND 3 VOICE MESSAGES TO THEM I CONTACTED MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY ONLY TO FIND OUT DLS DOES NOT SERVICE MY AREA!!!! DLS DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO JUST LET ME OR THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY KNOW THIS WAS THE CASE!!!! I FIND THIS POOR SERVICE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !!! JUST ONE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENT INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WAIT 5 DAYS FOR ME TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK AND FIND OUT THE REASON FOR NO RESPONSE!!! DISGUSTING! OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

If I could give a zero star rating I definitely would. I was referred to DlS by my home warranty company for my GE washer that was three weeks ago, when I first came into contact with DlS. I explained in detail what the washing machine was doing. The technician advised nothing was wrong but that it could be the suspension causing the problem. So I agreed to have the part replaced. I was given no time frame on how long this would take by the technician. So I gave it a few days. I eventually started calling to find out what was happening and when the part would be replaced. I was hung up on several different times. Voice messages were not returned at all. Finally when I was contacted and given an appointment me for the part to be replaced, the time the technician changed several times the day of the appointment. The technician did not en up showing up until after 5pm on Oct. 31. When he was expected to arrive between 9-11, and then 11-3. Like I said it changes multiple times. After he finally showed up and replaced the part I was assured everything was in working order. However the very next day I put a load of clothes to wash, (a very small load) and the washer went through the cycles, so I assumed to was fixed until I opened the machine to take out the clothes and found that they were soaked wet, water pouring out of them. So I called once agin to have someone come out. It was yet another week before anyone could get out and just like the last time the technician was expected to arrive between 11-3 on November 7, 2019. I even called to confirm. The technician did not show up until 5 pm. He came into my home, I explained in detail what the washer was doing. In the 10 mins he was in my home, all he did was turn the washer on the spin cycle and said it is spinning. Turned it off and said there is nothing wrong with your machine. Then proceeded to leave. As I was trying to ask questions about what the next step would be he said I’ll have to get back to you. I said ok when will this be, “sometime next week” and he left. I went into the laundry room and put another small load to wash to just see if it was going to work. And to no surprise it did the exact same thing. Only this time I took a total 4 videos of it documenting everything that was happening. Showing the the washer was indeed not fixed and not working. This morning November 8, 2019. My husband and I drove to the companies location so that we could show the videos. However when we arrived at the location they were no longer there. I called multiple times with no answer. After about a half hr of calling over and over, I finally got through to someone at the business to be told yea your washer was fixed. After explaining that I had videos of what it was doing. I was told I could text them, which I did. I received no response. That is until I call my home warranty company and told them exactly what was happening. They advised they would cancel the order and put notes in the system. This is when I finally got a text reply back asking if I had the order canceled. When I wrote back why I had it canceled they were very angry and tried to turned it around on me saying I was told the door latch needed to be replaced. I was never told anything of that nature. And I have multiple witnesses that were with me when I spoke to the technician. This company is a complete joke. So be warned if you use them you will be paying for nothing to be fixed!

After 4 different company’s continuously coming to my home to repair my sub zero refrigerator And my warranty refusing to replace my unit DLS appliance was my last hope. In just 1 visit Tony was able to detect and repair my fridge on the spot I will Definitely recommend this company with no questions asked

The insurance company sent my case information to DLS Appliance Experts for diagnosis of the appliance problem. In less than 24 hours a service representative contacted me to notify me of the day and time that the technician would be arriving at the residence. Once the technician is dispatched, the customer service person gives me a call to notify me. I appreciate that they did so as it gave me time to remove the DO NOT disturb / sales label. The technician did his job of making a diagnosis, made a report and informed me of the waiting process for the insurance to approve the reports and the purchase of the required parts. it took a week and is understood by the order and shipping time. Once the part arrived, the DLS representative contacted me to notify me when the technician was going to stop by to do the job.
