I called this company and they sent a repairman within two hours. I had to step out of the house for a few minutes and they agreed to call me when the repairman was about 15 minutes away. They did exactly as they promised. The repairman (Jonathan) was friendly and informative. He asked pertinent questions about the problems with our dryer and diagnosed the issue right away. Unfortunately, he didnt have the correct parts and he placed the order before he left our house. Jonathan also took the time to point out the real cause of our dryer was overheating due to our clogged vents. He recommended that we have the vents cleaned. Yes, it was an upsell and it was also something that I already knew needed to be done.Early the next week I made a follow-up call to Sir Charles Appliance, the parts had just arrived and they scheduled a repairman to come to my house the same day. Again they called me to notify me that they were on the way and I left work to meet the repairman. This time it was Omar. He was just as friendly as Jonathan.When he dismantled the dryer I saw all the dust build-up inside the dryer from 14 years of use. When he stepped outside to get the parts he needed I hooked up my wet-dry vac and started to clean out some of the dust. Omar came back in and said, Let me do that for you. He then completely dismantled the dryer, cleaned all the dust from the inside and then completed the repair.Then Omar did the vent cleaning. My vents were very clogged. There was a thick pile of dirt and lint that filled a medium sized office trash can. Omar explained that our dryer would now dry our clothes faster and save more energy. By the way, Omar cleaned up everything behind himself.It has been two weeks since the repair and we are very happy. Dryer loads that were taking 45 minutes or more are now done in 15 to 20 minutes. And the LOUD sqwaking noise for the bad roller bearings is completely gone.I have to mention how friendly and accomodating Yolanda was when handling both of my phone calls. I hope to never need these guys again but if I have a malfunctioning appliance they will be my first call.Friendly, informative, fast, thorough, clean and efficient. I do not know how their prices compare to others but I feel that I paid a fair price for the speed, efficiency and quality of the work that was performed. I dont have time to waste looking to save a few bucks when I find someone that provides such excellent service.Brett Livingston
