Came home from travel and our oven would not work. Called AllSet and they sent Franklin De La Rosa out - he checked everything and as it turns out it was the control board. This company was sent to my home from my washers warranty, the technician did absolutely nothing to fix my problem. I was explaining that the washer works intermittently so it’ll do a load or two then it’s out for the rest of the day. He stated because the issues werent presently happening there wasn’t anything he could do, even though I provided him with both error codes that are present on the digital screen of my washer. He stated there wasn’t anything he could do until the issue presents itself (as if I can time when the washer will start acting funny). All in all if you use this company they will not solve your issue.

The team contacted me prior and also to confirm the appointment on time. The repair guy called and told me he was on his way. He did a an awesome job, searched the problem and explained in detail to me. Luckily he had the parts and replaced fast and gave me instructions for 24 hours and hopefully resolved. He found that the manufacturers didn’t seal properly and caused air and stop making ice. Paid a service fee reasonable price and it was in warranty. Great service of the team.

The service at All Set appliances was terrible the technician could not fix our oven and ordered the wrong parts 3 times, he came out to our house 3 times as well and could not fix our oven, it has been down since November 4th and no end to when the oven will be fixed. All set said that they would send out the manager next time, the professional thing to do would be for the manager to contact us directly, but that never happened as well. The oven is warranty through warranteck, and they are as bad if not worse than then All set repairs, do yourself a favor and call someone else for any kind of home appliance repair .

They’ve tried to repair my freezer now five or six times to no avail. I still have no ice and the fridge and freezer are not cold enough, they told me there are still parts they needed to change. But now they’re lying to the appliance insurance company, saying the job is done, when it’s not. When I call all of my phone calls go straight to message and nobody calls me back. The service technician that came out last was extremely rude but still sad he would let them know that they need to send out a specialist because the icemaker is not working, but according to the dispatcher he said that everything is fine.

The company was real professional and attentive when we first put in our repair order. They were flexible enough to work with our schedule and even presented alternate times if I wasn’t going to be home. They were very kind and professional when helping me with my appliance.The repairer named David was very smart, patient, and responsive. He knew exactly what do to and how to repair my appliance. I received a text message the day before he came and a call a half hour before he arrived to alert me. The customer service representative MIA did not help me when the technician was super late for his appointment. The technician did not answer the phone they did not make it in the scheduled time. The technician was unprofessional many times before, yes, I’ve used them before and as a service overall they are good. The customer service rep on the phone hang up the phone on me. When the service is not provided within the time frame is not good enough for me.Their service is good but it seems some of the employees are somewhat unprofessional.

True Professionals - I have had 2 other appliance repair companies scheduled to repair my Samsung. One did not show up after several appointments. The 2nd did not have the parts. All Set came in, kind, courteous, and Professional. Knew what they were doing. The internal electronics of my Samsung stove somehow shorted out on the computer board. Jose ! What a technician! He had it opened, dissected and after surgery, the stove is like new. FINALLY. 2 months of issues with other companies and they did it quickly. Fast to schedule appointment, On time and knowledgeable.

Was a warranty call from the stove company. They scheduled them for 2 weeks out, All Set called to schedule the next day! Called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was right on time - at the beginning of the set time window! Quick fix and professional, especially with all the extra precautions right now. All State Appliance Repair was sent to me by my Warrantee Company. A tech came and diagnosed the washer problem and told me they have to order the parts from the Warrantee company. Communicating with both companies, I learned they were sent the wrong parts. After voicing my concern, the owner personally contacted me and put me ahead on the schedule within a day where they also had to secured the correct parts. A tech team (2 guys) came and replaced all necessary parts needed for the repair. They did an exceptional job. They were very courteous and professional.They fixed the washer in a timely and professional manner. Putting all frustration aside, the owner and their crew have done a tremendous job fulfilling their promise and attending to my immediate need. I highly recommend them for appliance repair.

Im so disappointed coming to Google reviews and seeing all these 5 star ratings. Im not sure what happened to me, but its been a horrible experience. After waiting a over a week to get the first appointment scheduled, we were told we needed some parts replaced. I was only told the drum, but another part was needed also. We then had to wait over two weeks because our order was in limbo because supposedly nobody had it in stock. Suddenly Samsung had it and it would be shipped out, but take another week. In the meantime, my wife dealt with an extremely rude receptionist. From that point, the manager called us who was very polite and professional. She earned the second star in my rating. Finally after being without a washer for more than a month, our repair day came. They had one part. ONE PART. After waiting weeks for these mysterious parts to come in, they only replaced the control board. After being told I hate to wait weeks for THE DRUM to come in, they didnt replace it. Im at a loss. The technician told us that he tested the machine and it was working fine. He left. We tried to do a load of laundry and were getting the same error as before. We called and were told we needed to wait another week before they could send out another tech to diagnose the issue. Absolutely ridiculous. They had already diagnosed it and then proceeded to not fix it. Weve almost been almost two months without a washer, and have gained no traction in a repair thanks to this company. Well cut our losses and try someone else. I really wish I had gotten the service that everyone else did, but I dont know where All Set dropped the ball with me.

After having a technician from Whirlpool tell me he could not repair our microwave we called Allset to take a look. I could tell within a few minutes the technician (Julio)new what he was doing. After the initial diagnosis he told me he would need to order a replacement part and would be back to repair. On the return visit Julio and Eduardo made the repair in less than an hour. The 1st service call to diagnose the problem was great. Then time came for the 2nd service call to repair the refrigerator. We had an appointment for Friday from 2pm-5pm. The technician called in the morning to confirm the appointment between 2pm-5pm and that was all we got. Around 5pm my wife called the technician several times on his cell phone that he called from earlier today and he never answered. She called the office several times and they were closed. She called the warranty company and they tried calling the service tech and couldnt reach him either. We already had prearranged plans as its a Friday night and we had to empty our refrigerator 24 hours prior to todays service call. The technician decided to come by the house AT 8:32pm and called while he left a note on our door saying he stopped by. Really?!?! Common courtesy and communication wouldve earned this company a better review. Now were without a refrigerator until the warranty company can get a technician and the part back out to our house.Update: the company called this morning (Saturday) and apologized about the incident and sent a tech out this afternoon and fixed the refrigerator in no time. The tech was very knowledgeable and very nice. Hopefully our experience yesterday was just a fluke.

David was the guy who repaired our fridge and dryer and he was very efficient, kind, and quick to make sure we get our fridge and dryer fixed. He came on Saturday to look at what needed to be fixed with our appliances and came back on Monday after he got the parts. Would hire from AllSet again!

We called because my father left a nail in his pocket and it got into the dryer and was making a racket. We were worried about the damage. We called and they were able to come out the SAME DAY (within in hours actually) and Aaron got it all fixed in NO TIME. It was VERY reasonably priced. These five stars are VERY true. I will be calling them from now on for everything!
