Good company! I would definitely recommend, but watch out that they might postpone the visit if it falls on a Sunday. Tech told me he doesnt work on Sundays. Go figure. But overall, good price, communication, and great service!

Excellent customer service and quality installation of a complete new AC system. I was not sure about going with a smaller company but Eddie was recommended to us by a mutual customer and I am very happy we did. Great job to the whole team.

I had an issue with my A/C, it was making a very loud noise and couldn’t use it cause the neighbors were complaining. Called a couple of companies and couldn’t get anyone out ASAP but my friend said they used this company and that the owner was a stand up guy. The company came out the day I called, priced me a service and a fan, and boom everything was fixed. Highly recommend them, they also do appliances, had a refrigerator that wasn’t cooling and they came out and fixed it. Great service!

I seriously can’t even put into words how amazing my experience was working with Universal AC. I placed a call to several recommended HVAC contractors when my unit died and Universal AC blew me away. First off, the prices are very competitive! Some companies had prices that were comparable to Universal AC’s, so then how do you choose who to contract? The customer service, communication, and details were the factors that made my decision easy.Eddy came to my house within the window initially provided to me. He asked me many questions pertaining to my home like square footage and my experience with my old AC unit. He evaluated all of the factors and then sat me down and explained all of my options to me. He took many things into consideration, like the fact that I have other projects going on within my home and that I plan to live in the home long term, to tailor the options. I didn’t feel pressured into buying an 18+ seer unit with top of the line features and frankly, I’m not in a position to do that at the moment. He focused on ensuring that I received a functional unit within my budget while replacing old drain pipes and electrical components that are outdated, and that was also a priority for me. By the end of the evening, I had made my decision to proceed forward with Universal AC. I informed him of the decision, and he ensured they were in stock before sending me the invoice.The next morning (today) his team arrived nice and early and jumped right into work. They showed me the new unit and confirmed my preferred location of it before beginning the prep work to install it. Eddy frequented the work site throughout the day and ensured quality was top notch. Not to mention, the work was completed in about 6 hours. He also took time to explain what his team was working on throughout the day and spent a good deal of time explaining the ins and outs of the new unit once it was installed, including monthly maintenance, bi-annual and annual maintenance.Aside from the great experience of installation, Eddy and his team are as humble as can be. Thank you .On February 19/2020, you sent a technician to check my refrigerator.He gave to us a wrong diagnostic, he said, also as you stated in your email: The compressor line is contaminated with oil preventing the unit from circulating the freon (refrigerate) correctly or debrid.Estimated cost of repair is around $695 - $825.Also, he advise us to by another refrigerator (actually he referred to us a friend of his who sells used fridge) because this kind of repair doesnt have any type of warranty at all and its very expensive.We had a visit of another technician, with no charge for the visit, who found the problem and fix it. He charged us around a hundred dollars and our fridge is working perfectly plus a warranty for the service.Were still waiting for our refund of $85.00, the amount you charged for nothing, that we asked for( weve sent to you many emails already) and you had promised us that youd do it, so far NOTHING!!!!!We cannot recommend your service, NOT AT ALL !
