This salon is so wonderful! They have great customer service, and will offer you a free drink any time you come in. Lynn is so great! She is so good at what she does and she is very creative and artistic. Ive gotten my nails done by her twice now and they always turn out perfect! Finding someone who can do good stilleto nails is hard but she does an amazing job! I will definitely keep coming here. I make a special trip all the way from Stanwood to Kirkland just to get my nails done by her.

I moved up from Los Angeles last year and have been going to Lynn at LV Nails since moving here!The ladies at the shop are so kind to me and are magnificent in their work. I almost always go to Lynn for my acrylics nail design sets and have never been disappointed!It truly is my favorite nail salon in the greater Seattle are and always worth the drive!

I called this afternoon and I asked them for the cost of a pedicure and manicure with Gel, and I even asked how much the pedicure would be with the stone massage. They told me 65 for gel and stone massage pedi and 33$ for the mani. I told them I would be there at 6:15 after I got off work.I got there and they told me to pick out a polish, I chose one and I asked if it was gel they said yes. They get me going on the pedicure. By the time it’s done there’s only 20minutes to closing (7:30) and I did not want my manicure to be rushed. So I asked the gal doing my nails if she was going to be able to finish in time she never gave me a clear yes or no. I told her I didn’t want it to be rushed and she got all upset and started cleaning up her tools. I asked for some flip flops and she just didn’t hear me or ignored me. So I walked to the front upset. And another gal there was all concerned I didn’t have any flip flops on but I was just upset. I asked the total and they told me 76$ I asked why and they told me because of the polish I chose. I had to repeat and explain myself multiple times, they allowed me to stand there in silence - again multiple times- offering no solution. I told them that she should have told me the polish wasn’t gel and that wasn’t my mistake but I called asking for a specific cost. The fact they didn’t even finish everything I wanted done either is a whole other issue itself. I stood there for minutes- that I even considered just walking out because they were so awkward and silent when they needed to make it right for the customer. Suddenly I’m wondering what would even happen if I did walk out and how bad could that be to how it felt standing there awkwardly as I’d they didn’t have any concern about it and then finally this gal beside the counter finally says they won’t charge me extra.Before they messed up on that I was planning to return to get my nails done another time but they way they mishandled this, I will not be returning.And the gal who did my pedicure didn’t even do everything evenly on both feet. You could tell she had very little experience. I have to get pedicures because my heels get build up skin and she didn’t even bother getting them smooth.I’m new to Washington and the area and I can confidently say that I can cross this place off the list. Trust me this is not the place to go. I should’ve read the reviews before I called.

Loved this place!! I have very short and badly bitten nails and the woman did an amazing job on being gentle on my poor nails. I also had two other friends getting their nails done with me and the ladies here were so sweet and even sat us all so we could talk to eachother!

Staff were really nice and attentive. Atmosphere felt very friendly. Unfortunately, I was less impressed with my choppy nail job. I just moved here from NC and i’ve been having a hard time adjusting and find a new salon home. I usually go to another shop in Kirkland but they were closed. So, I thought I’d try this shop. I kinda of felt I would leave disappointed because of some of the reviews but I figured I’d try anyways to get my own perspective.I purpose got short, white nails (because how could anyone mess that up). My nail tech was super friendly, but had a hard time following directions about the share I wanted my nails. She PACKED acrylic on my nail and made the white polish looked lumpy. She packed so much on that it took her 30-45 minutes to drill and sand my nails down. My pedicure was okay. She left gel nail polish on my skin so that’s unfortunate.Overall, I would recommend this shop it someone wants to try it for themselves. But, personally I wasn’t impressed. I don’t think I will be returning unless it’s an absolute emergency.

I’m a tough customer and I know it, but I love how Lynn solved my problem. On other hand Lynn have to restarted doing my nails because I want the different and they came out the exactly how I want them. Thanks Lynn for all you and your team are the best. There is a particular way I wanted my nails and it appeared either the staff was not understanding or didn’t want to do it my way therefore the communication dropped. Instead of making a scene of the rudeness, I decided to go somewhere else where communication is concise and clear. In the future speak up and make sure even your potential customer exercises that right.

This is a wonderful salon. They have a great team of people that work together. The customer service is amazing. Owner is very hands on and takes wonderful care of her clients. Will definitely be back.

I walked in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. No gel, no acrylics, etc.I was seated at a station immediately and my service began immediately.But I was walked away from so many times, that my services took THREE HOURS. It was 5:30 when I left.Everyone was nice. But I struggled to communicate that I only wanted my nails shaped and rounded, not shortened. I ended up with extremely short square nails.Heads up: if you actually care about the shaping of your natural nails or if you dont have 3 hours, steer clear. :(

Im a tough customer and I know it, but I love how Lynn solved my problem. On the other hand, Lynn did my nails again because I wanted them differently and they came out exactly the way I wanted them. I have been coming here for almost 2 years. My original nail tech moved so I had been looking for another on the east side. It had been 7+ months (I’m really OCD about my nails) and finally decided to give LV nails a try and I’m so happy I did! They listen to exactly what I want, are patient when I need something fixed & they have always been super nice & my nails turn out adorable! Definitely recommend them!

Mia gave me a pedicure and did not turn on the bubbles made fun of me for having sensitive feet jammed the metal cuticle push under my big toes Ive had a sore bruise toe for the last month gave me fungus under 3 of my fingernails put on an ugly purple color that I told her I did not like then got mad at me because I didnt use venmo overcharged me and kept getting up and helping her coworkers my appointment took twice as long as it should have do not go here it is a nightmare

Rude employees and very rough job. They obviously dont care about their customers. The nail tech made my nails bleed and was cutting my skin rather than cuticle and was handling very roughly. Lots of nail polishes old and clumpy. They charge different price every time depending on if they want to rip you off or not. Sad. They dont remember I was in before and I remember how much I pay before. Wont be going back. LV is not Louis Vuitton but a expensive,cheap quality knock off. Your nails wont look like the pictures they have posted and you will be overcharged too. Beware.

Beautiful beautiful nails, I was a walk in for a fill and redo and she had me done in an hour and a half!🙌💖 She took into account my want for extra sharp nails and filed them perfectly, Ive never had nails where the shape was this good and Ive been getting stilleto nails for 4 years! This is my new place every time!

Kevin is amazing! His eye for following the picture you show him is almost exact plus he has great natural taste and always listens to what you would like. The product quality is high and he is up to date on the latest techniques. The salon is clean and they have so many color, glitter, and dip options. My nails always last and I’m always happy leaving!

The lady who did my pedicure was gentle and did a fantastic job. However, the polish was old and clumpy. The guy who did my nails cut my cuticle so short he spent 5 minutes trying to get me to stop bleeding. My natural nails were very long, I asked him to please trim them. Instead of asking me how much, he cut them off entirely. I will NEVER go back!! Dont waste your time and money!!

Do yourself a favor if you value your money in your time they were so rude and talking about you and your face not good place to relax they pick and choose who to do good nails for so I have a disability and never been so rude

I had to wait way too long for a bad service. My French manicure looks like it was done with liquid paper as the white looks so artificially white. I said that I didnt like the results, the answer I got is there is nothing I can do about it now . I am not satisfied at all with my nails. Also the first credit card I tried they didnt accept, second one the machine wasnt working. I ended up paying with cash just wanting to leave that place. Not coming back.

I visited LV nails after getting a poorly done full set from a different salon nearby and (because I am SO picky about my nails) I wanted to get them fixed as soon as possible by a more trained nail tech.To me when getting nails done, I look for three things: cuticles, evenness of acrylic application, and shaping. All of these things were done very carefully and I could tell she had a good eye for detail. All of my nails turned out an even length and the same shape - hallelujah! Not too thin as to where they will break easily, not too thick to the point they look bulky. I was very happy with her work. The color selection was wonderful as well!Nowhere is perfect, and the only complaints I would have are about the ventilation in there. I am used to the fumes associated with nails, but they were quite strong in there. Someone with a more sensitive nose than I might find it to be strong, I personally was not off-put by it.

Very clean and friendly. They check everyones temp and you fill out a form. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a very clean nail salon.

Great job! Loved the Vietnamese coffee! The only bummer part, is that they need better air circulation as you can smell the chemicals.

Everyone there was lovely. Theyre taking precautions and do a temp check and giving you hand sanitizer as you enter which I really appreciated.

They did a good job, but Kevin was very rude. A day before my quinceanera I went to get my nails done, and he got mad when I asked him if he could try to make the shade that best fit my dress, but if he was unable to it was fine. He was constantly rolling his eyes, and left some nails thicker than the others, and left them a lot longer than wanted. Along with that, he was just very rude to me because I noticed that he was a lot nicer to everyone else. When I was waiting for my turn, he charged a girl $45 for similar acrylics to mine, but he charged me $60

Got a fill and a pedicure. The guy who did the dill was super fast. But the acrilic isnt all the way down to the nail bed. Pedicure was good. Not the best place but Id go back.

Visited this place for the first time today. I wanted to take my boss and coworker to get pedicures, so I looked at reviews online first. LV Nails was at the top of the list, so I figured we could try them out. Glad we did! I called and made an appointment a few hours before. When we got there, the service was prompt, customer service was great, and the quality was everything I look for when I get a pedicure. The ladies I took with me were both impressed. Well definitely be going back soon!

0STARS maybe .5 for showing up. I went to get my nails done today, I called before had and told them I wanted a gel set ! I come in, not ever being here before I wasn’t sure what their process was but apparently it was a manicure and when i realized they thought I wanted something else, I said wait I wanted fake nails and he really had the nerve to tell me, “well I don’t have time for you” and my friend I was with (she was getting mani&peti) she said if I don’t get my pedicure can she get her set? And he said, no I don’t have time for you guys. He tells me $15 .. I pulled out my pocket or 1’s and threw $15 on his little desk and I walked out. For one, there was only 2 other people besides my friend and I. Along with like 5 workers in all so they definitely could have had time for me . Absolutely disappointing. I was so excited to get my nails done.

Lovely salon!I always receive excellent service. Kevin has such a sweet demeanor and he’s so talented with nails.

Last time I came they were too busy. Thats fine. This time I made an appointment then after waiting for 45 minutes for two of us they were finally available for one of us with the other still to wait awhile. What a waste of my time. Dont take appointments if you dont care to do the service.

My usual nail lady was out of town so I thought I would try this place based on its reviews. Worse mistake I ever made. I went in for a pedicure and pink/white fill. The lady doing my fill did not file my nails down enough where the nail and tip meet and just filled over it. When I brought it to her attention she tried to say the powder was a different color than the one my lady used. I told her she did not file it down enough, then she changed her story saying it was my natural nail that was making it look that way. I ended up leaving before even getting my pedicure b/c I was afraid of how it would turn out due to my nail experience. In addition, they charged me a crazy amount knowing I wasnt happy with the service. DO NOT GO HERE! There are many other places that are better and dont charge so much.

Three weeks ago I posted a five star review saying they were always great. It was a bit of a push as the experience was inconsistent that visit but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a fluke. Unfortunatly, I went in Saturday with my daughter and her friend for a scheduled appointment for one pedi (me) and one fill (daughter) and one new set (friend). We were there for a full 2 hours, causing us to have to change our dinner plans, and the quality of the work was not that good. Justin is amazing but the jury is still out otherwise.

All they do is steal your money, when you ask them what you want they do the complete opposite. They all dont know how to properly do there job. Kevin just wants $$ . Dont go if they are full because they will rush and give you a poor work done. They dont know how to do french tip well, when you specifically ask for acrylic they make them to thick compared to other places . Expensive for the poor work they do . No idea why people still go there. And the funny thing is they get mad when you correct them . They do not care about theircustomers .

My wife and I tried this place and couldn’t be happier. Staff is extremely friendly and they really go above and beyond. This was the best mani pedi we had had in a very long time. Will return 10/10.

I have been coming to this salon for awhile the last 2 times I came they did a real poor job on my nails I paid 65 first time 3 nails broke off within a week came back a month later to give them another chance and they did a worse job then the last time but this time I decided to have them fix it. I was told it would be a 10 min wait so I said I will check the nail salon next door since it was my lunch, the man told me to just go there and dont come back! skip this nail salon and amys that is in the same complex go see steven at Four seasons nails its worth the 5 min job for great customer service, fast service and perfect nails.

First and last visit today. The young girl I had was SO harsh, clipped to the point of bleeding, was so rough scrubbing my feet, didn’t use toe separators so it smeared on my pinky toes and painted the polish so think that 4 hours later it still smidges. What a waste of $$$

My nails turn out fabulous every time. Kevin is SUCH A SWEETHEART. I never feel like Im being too picky or rushed. They pay attention to your nail health and satisfaction, not just about how many customers they get in the door. Best nail salon ive been to in easily 4 years. Ive had my acrylics for 6yrs straight. Also, havent had a nail loose shape or become weak while working a freight and shipping job. HIGHLY RECOMEND

Hands down the best strip mall salon mani/pedi Ive ever had. They are super nice, have a ton of chairs and staff and do an amazing job. Deluxe (extra massage, well worth it) shellac mani and pedi was $75, half of what a higher end salon would charge. Its clean and bright, very well done. I will definitely be back!

Its a bit on the expensive side. Was 40$ for a fill and shellac nail polish. I usually pay 20 for a fill and 40$ for a full set at my normal place. BUT I saw they do 3D ombre nails that start at 55$ I would ask for the price before hand though as they dont actually follow their listed prices.

There was a man who did my nails named Vu Van on his license. I have been here a couple times and he might have even done my nails before. I was sooo happy with his service! He took his time and his attention to detail was amazing. He was talkative and complementative. I never felt awkward or like he was talking about me. He asked for my opinion at every step of the whole process. He definitely went the extra mile for me. I went in wanting something so simple and by the time I left, I spent more than I had planned. But Im actually extremely happy I did. I dont normally but when I could see how good he was I wanted to spoil myself. 10/10 will be back again for my fill.also, i HAD been a regular at amys nails in the same plaza at one point. This place cares so much more about making each individual happy rather than serving a large amount of people quickly.

I just got my nails done by Justin at LV and I could not be happier with the experience and the quality of work that he did. Like - by far the best place Ive ever gotten my nails done in kirkland. He listened to exactly what I wanted (rounded-not almond shape, natural nude pink, thin natural looking-not thick, and not long acrylics for my Cabo trip), he took his time and he was really receptive to me requesting shorter, etc. he made sure they were perfect and it was great! I wont be going anywhere else after having gone here!I used to go to bayside in downtown Kirkland and I really didnt like going there because the wouldnt take their time and I swear they were always just rude. They also werent receptive to my requests (Im not a hard customer, I have a hard time even asking my waiter to bring me more water lol) - but a friend went there so I just did it for girl time.

I really only get my eyebrows waxed here, but the guy who does it does such a good job! i think his name is Kevin.
