I have been coming to Claires for two years now and have never once been disappointed! I have had some incredible work done and know that what I usually ask for is not easy. Many times Ive brought in nothing but a pencil drawing of an idea and Anna has executed it flawlessly. I am her biggest fan, have even created her an Instagram to show case my custom designs (claires.couture.nails) and have included a few photos of some her recent work. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Everybody who works there is so sweet and kind! I got acrylics and they were so gentle and didnt hurt my fingers at all. And my nails looks perfect! Normally I always find little flaws when I get acrylics but they did mine perfectly!

Love this place!! Quality work/experience EVERY time. I had moved to the area and tried a few places, but finally settled on this place as MY nail place. My sister in law who does not live very close, will wait to come here with me because they give such great effort in pedis. Shellac always lasts me the two full weeks as well!!

I dont normally write reviews, but I had such a bad experience here I felt like I needed to say something. Ive been going here since March. I have never had such a bad experience until the last time I went, and I will not be going back.I had an appointment at 1230 with a friend of mine. I showed up at 1220 to pick my polish colors, and they straight away tried to get me in a chair. I expressed I wanted to wait until my friend arrived at 1230. They kept pressuring me until I got in the pedi chair. I continued to say I wanted to wait until my friend got there but they ignored me and continued with the pedi. My friend showed up at 1230 and made her wait until my pedi was done and then moved me across the room for the mani, so I didnt even get to be there and enjoy the experience with my friend.After I sat to get my mani done the technician was SO rude and rough. While she was removing my last polish she used the hand held grinder. After she had been using it for awhile I said that it hurt and that my nails were getting too thin. She then said no theyre not and continued to grind them down. She kept asking me if I wanted to try the dip instead of shellac because it would be better for my nails and last longer. I decided to give it a try. During the Mani she would shove, grab, and yank my hands around. Getting manicures is not a new experience for me, so believe me when I say that this was very weird and uncomfortable. After she finished I had little bits of cuticle sticking out everywhere. There was no massage, lotion, or anything. After I paid I gave my nail tech her tip (which she didnt deserve) and she said absolutely nothing to me, even after I said goodbye.After getting home and looking at the mani I was able to see noticable imperfections in every nail. They had weird dents or areas of the nail that were matte, and others were shiny. The mani stared to chip horribly after about a week. I went to a different salon to get the polish gently removed and the nails underneath are SO thin and brittle, and bit of pressure or temp change(like washing my hands in hot water) hurts my nails/fingers. Now Im left with jagged, short, brittle nails. As for my toe nails, the two quick, thin coats of polish they used wasnt enough to make it opaque enough to not see the nail underneath.As I said in the beginning. I normally dont write reviews and have a pretty high tolerance for things not being perfect and understanding human error, but this experience has left me never wanting to go back to your place, and I dont plan on it. Its a huge bummer because my experiences before this were pretty average to positive, but I dont want to risk getting this nail tech again.Go somewhere else where theyre going to respect you and your choices.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went in just to get my shellac off and was told it was $10 (normally its $5), or I could pay just $18 for a polish change too. Such a joke. So I just got my shellac off and when I went to pay, was told it was a $15 min. For credit cards. Seriously! They wanted to charge me 50% more just to use my card. I told her $11 was more reasonable and then she accidentally ran my card for $10 and asked me to tip the extra $1 to make up for it. Needless to say, they didnt get a tip on top of that. And I will never be going back. I will definitely be steering everyone I know away from this place.

I came here for the first time to get my sisters nails done for her wedding. In short they ruined them. They couldnt do a simple fade which they assured her they could, and their formula left her nails tacky. Their normal manicure and pedicure were fine (for the bridesmaids). But overall very disappointing.

Went to get a fill for my acrylics, they were very friendly. Fastest fill Ive gotten so far and the quality was amazing too. Definitely recommended~

This place is terrible. They are always talking to each other not paying attention. I got cut while she was doing a pedicure a few weeks ago. Gave it another change today for a manicure and they cut me twice. I started bleeding and all she said was sorry and kept talking to the lady beside he . Dont waste your time or money

Stopped in with my daughter for mani /pedi. i normally wouldnt write a review, but my experience was that negative. My attendant was unkind. She and snapped at me, was aggressive and the massage was painful as she dug her nails into me. In hindsight I wish I had confronted her directly, however at the time I was so taken about as to what had just happened . In talking to my daughter, she had a more favorable experience and noticed the treatment I received and was appalled. Whether the attendant was having a bad day or held something against me ( I am a larger, older person), I wont go back .

Staff is always so sweet and thoughtful, this is the perfect unwind at the end of a long day. Huge selection of colors, and best foot massage Ive ever had.

You made a scene in front of everyone and it didnt paint you in a nice light at all, they are the workers, they follow policy, they dont make the rules, the owner does...)This place is amazing.I have been all over, to many nails salons around here and I never have had such great service and price that Claires Nails. For this, I will always be back every two weeks.Claires Nails is busy often, (hmm probably because of how great their service is) But I am a patient person and I do not mind waiting to give these wonderful workers my business.Helen is the (manager) I assume. She is the one who does my fills and she is a great listener. She knows exactly what I want and if I ask her to change it up, she does it no questions asked.Helen is very honest as well.I only had a $100 cash and she gave me back the change (when I thought she was breaking is for me) so I gave her way too much money when I left.When I called her, she also raised her concern and was confused as to why I left such a generous tip and she had already had the money set aside for me to come by the next day.This place is very clean, they use sterilized tools and liners for all their mani and pedisIm very picky with my nails and she nails it every time (pun intended)

Coming from a repeat customer --1) Arrived on time from a call-in appointment to get shellac. My schedule is packed, and they told me itd be about 15 minutes. The owner then looked at my nails and demeaningly told me that next time I need to tell her I need a fill. Not shellac.I wanted the (pink and white) gel to be removed for shelac. She told me thats not how it works - its not how they do it. I was ok with that, I just want to get my nails done. I told her ok, Ill just walk-in from now on. Apologized for the inconvenience, even if I wasnt wrong. She once again repeated that I was wrong and repeated that if I call in I need to say I need a fill.After feeling like she tried to humiliate me, I left with intent to never return.2) Was sitting in the pedicure chair waiting for my turn to be serviced. I had requested hotter water and she told me it doesnt get any hotter. It was on the colder side of luke-warm. I didnt say anything. I must have looked a little upset, because I was. She came over, drained the water and turned the hot water on.My feet were a little red from how much hotter the water was. I didnt want to point out that Hey, it gets hotter! Didnt want to bring any more attention to the situation. After she noticed that my feet were red, she laughed at me and disregard the fact that she was wrong -- the water was hotter. No apology for her mistake.3) Tax evasion. After being a repeat customer, the owner told me shed give me 5% discount if I pay with cash. Ok, awesome, right?! I had noticed that every time I paid with cash she simply opened the register for the change and did not give me a receipt. She wasnt recording the business transaction. Itd be nice if taxes were lower, sure, but come on now... youre not running business honestly.They have given me good service, and during that time I particularly did notice that theyve upset customers every now and then. Some would stay anyway, some were in the middle of service, some walked out. Ill give them two stars for the times I had good service, but I wont be returning because of the bad times.
