BEST dealership! The team there is second to none. Francisco (incredible salesman). Never pushed us to buy. He let my family test drive a bunch of different cars. Never once making them feel like they had to buy and or rushing them. Aaron the finance manager. He took his time explaining the financing and our options. Upfront and making sure that all of our questions were answered. To make things better he provided us with a business card and told us if we had any questions please call him. Josiah. He walked us through the technology of our new cars. He is incredible. Tons of technology in our new cars. Now I know what I shared should be the standard. All I can say is .... try finding that at another dealership. I share this incredible experience so that others looking for a great deal and car will have the incredible experience that my family had. DO NOT GO HERE. Find literally any other shop, period.These are scam artists that charge extortionist prices and add extra charges to your bill for completely fabricated problems.When I bought a used Fiat with less than 2000 miles on it, a system warning with the electric system turned on so I brought it in to get checked. I wanted to know why the light turned on and if there was anything wrong that might lead to bigger repairs, since it was technically used even if it was only lightly driven.When I got back to pick up the car, I was faced with a bill for over $300. I asked what was wrong with it and they said there was nothing wrong with it and they just cleared the warning flag! The price they had gave me up front for a check-up was WAY lower than that, and by their own admission they didnt perform ANY service on the car.On top of that, they claim they found a nail in the tire and took the liberty to fix it for me for the low price of $70. SEVENTY DOLLARS. To patch a hole, not for a new set of wheels! First off, there was no nail unless it was one that got there in the shop. Because I bought the car used, I thoroughly checked the tires before I headed in. But even IF a nail got into the car sometime between my garage and the dealership, Les Schwab will do this tire patch service for FREE.Do NOT give these guys your business.

The service experience was seamless, courteous, and pleasant.My Alfa is one of the best vehicles, out of many, that I have owned. Wish I could afford a second one.

I understand that we are in a pandemic and that many businesses have shifted their hours but if you do not post any notice you would be expected to open at the right time and that the hours would not have changed. I got there at 7am which is their posted opening time and waited for 20 min so that I could pick up my car and extra key before I had to leave for work. Not to mention that the friday prior I went to pick my car up and they had closed. Their hours online are not the same as what they actually run by which you would not know unless you called or went. At least update your online hours to match what they are in person.

Good service, the employees are very accommodating, and they do give you a call with a quote after diagnosis, but it is still quite expensive. Just be prepared 👍🏻

Top notch customer service, love this place.

They used to do car wash after every service but seems that they are short handed right now. My car left the workshop dirty. I would appreciate if they tell me they do not offer carwash today due to lacking of staff. However no one explained anything when passing me the car key. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
