We really lucked out finding these apartments for my mom. The assistant manager, Carolyn, helped us out tremendously. Without her, we couldnt have done it! She was efficient, prompt, professional, kind, and went WAAAY out of her way to help us move things along. Not everyone would have done that, and we are beyond grateful.The apartment itself is spectacular. Its quiet, in an excellent location, well maintained, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Logan, the maintenance manager was also prompt with responses, friendly, and responsive to any simple questions we had. Would highly recommend Woodlands at Forbes Lake!

This is a lovely, small, and friendly community. I aided a friend in moving here from Boston - a challenge in the best of times - during the Pandemic. From the beginning, Asst. Mgr. Carolyn Deeming was warm and responsive. She worked with us throughout a challenging situation from December to July (my friend postponed his move 6 months in order to be fully-vaccinated), and my friend was able to get a lovely apartment that met his need (due to a disability) to minimize the distance from the building entrance to his doorway.We cannot say enough about Carolyns willingness to go the extra mile with us - even letting me do a video walk-through for my friend from the parking log to his apartment, stopping at all the complexs highlights (mail area, laundry rooms, common rooms, etc.).

My kitchen faucet was loose, and I had asked Logan, our Maintenance man to come and tighten it. It had been left by the previous renter. He came, got under the sink, and made the decision to exchange it out for a newer faucet. Apparently it wasnt just loose, the entire faucet was broken. Now I have a new faucet with handles instead of knobs, and better water pressure.

Im really happy with on line maintenance requests. Ive used it twice and very happy.

I say this as someone who doesnt live there but visits a friend who does - the interior apartments are really cute and theres a cool fountain out back. The recreation area is really big and has a lot of tables, a group of us have easily spread out and done crafts. Bonus, theyre dog friendly. Only downside is there is absolutely no parking for nonresidents. You have to park in the cul-de-sac.

As always, Johm handles problems on a timely basis.
