Started my day off great with a flat. I saw the good reviews on here, so I figured this is the place to get my tire replaced. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they have a lot of tires to choose from, at great prices like other reviews mentioned. Ended up getting back on the road in less than an hour! Ill definitely be coming back in the future.

Went there on a whim because I got tired of the dealership and their garbage tires. Was explained different levels and types of tire for my wifes van, we left with a set of 4 higher quality tires LESS than what the dealership chargers for their standard. I dont know if theyre the cheapest around town but Im absolutely ok with paying for the level of service they give. You can tell its an honest shop and they understand the value of customer service We will absolutely be returning customers.

I have received the following services here tires, brakes, inspections, error code diagnostics and oil changes. This time was for an inspection on my new to me car. The guys congratulated over the phone and in person when I arrived and dropped off. The group here are eager to help and are informative. I trust and will always bring whatever car I have to CJs.

Friendly, Great service. Professional, Honest mechanics. I had some trouble getting my car started. I’m a buffoon when it comes to cars I “googled” what it could have been and I was ready to replace the starter, alternator and battery. When I took it to the professionals, they looked everything over and ran a diagnostic on the car. They only thing they found was a little corrosion on the battery. They cleaned it off, and didn’t charge me ANYTHING. Unbelievable that this type of place exists. I won’t take my car anywhere else ever again.

What outstanding and excellent service I received by each and other associate of CJ’s Tire. I was referred to CJ’s by Carmax of KOP for new tires. From the moment I walked into their establishment until I left, I was treated with great respect and professionalism. The associate (and sorry I can’t remember his name) assisted me picking out the best tires for my vehicle. And while waiting in their comfortable waiting area, the associates kept me informed and updated on the progress of my vehicle. I moved to the area pretty recently and used CJs Tire on Church Road for convenience. I would suggest taking the time to look for a reliable, professional mom & pop shop. I bought 2 new tires from CJs and they actually put (2) different brand of tires on my car. They also never suggested that I actually buy (4) brand new tires since my car is AWD. They would not pass my state inspection due to secondary rubber. By the way, this wasnt actually visible. I took my car to another shop and they said my tires were worn, but not worn enough to warrant a failed inspection. After I had a MALE friend of mine called and spoke to the manager, they offered me a discount on (2) tires. While that was nice of him, after the managers rude behavior comments, I will not be coming back or giving them any more of my money. It is really inconvenient that when you get a flat tire you cannot make an appointment, you have to walk in and are at the liberty of their availability. I totally understand this, however, my work schedule is VERY busy and transient. They should also probably remove the option to check off Wait in store while service is being performed if they do not actually want you doing that. The manager has left an awful taste in my mouth and is one of the reasons why I distrust mechanics in general.

First and foremost Mr. Adiletto and the rest of the staff are very friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable over the past 3 years I have dealt with them.CJ’s has the right equipment, prices & personnel to professionally install my tires in a timely manner on all 3 of my vehicles. Other tire quotes I have received were 20% higher. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and look forward to more in the future. It’s calming to have a repair shop that you can hand over your keys and never have to worry about “what if”.

Called on a Saturday for a patch repair for a flat. They were so nice, fit me right in, and didn’t charge me! Although I chose to wait outside on a beautiful day (there were benches out front), the customers facilities for waiting were clean and spacious. All staff were friendly. I will be back!

I experienced my first flat tire in my new Honda and was pretty aggravated to discover Hondas now come with NO spare tire. I called CJs and Tom found a match for the tires I now have. They were all set for me when I was towed in and had me back on the road in no time. The receptionist, Kaitlin was so friendly and helpful. I will he giving them my business from now on for all my engine work. A nice surprise to find on a lousy day.

Came here once before had a great experience. Recently came in for new tires and inspection they preformed the inspection yet had no stickers and had no idea when they would get them so I had to leave my car for an undetermined amount of time. They new they didnt have stickers and failed to disclose the information then told me that they were doing all that they could.Needless to say this will be the last time I use their service.

I hit a huge rock while driving which resulted in a bubble on my front tire. Cj’s took my car right in to get the tire replaced. I was probably there for 20 minutes tops and they even had a play area for my kids while we waited. Pricing was fair too. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Service. Yesterday my BMW had a flat tire. It has run flats so I was able to make it off of I-76 and into King of Prussia. After calling around to make sure companies had run flats and my tire size in stock I called CJs Tire. Took the car in and right away John Adiletto ( store manager) and Daryl (didnt get his last name) made all the right recommendations. After deciding not to replace the tires with run flats and choosing tires John and his team discovered that the rim had been cracked. They give me several places that might have the rim. After finding one, they put the new tires on the BMW and recommended the warranty. ( Which we did purchase) The service was Great and the staff was professional and knowledgeable. My car is back on the road and I am very thankful for CJs tires. Will be going here from now on and sending all my friends. Thanks John and Daryl. Ill be buying you guys lunch.

Went in for a pretty last minute inspection today, Id mentioned I was a teacher when I arrived and both Kaitlyn (I believe her name was) and the man I spoke with later ( I did not get his name unfortunately) expressed gratitude and even checked to see how I was doing with it. The entire atmosphere was inviting and the waiting area was clean and comfortable with hand sanitizer available and a nice big tv.I ended up needed some work done to pass the inspection as well as some thing that I should get soon-ish. They were upfront about what was needed now and what was needed soon and gave a very clear cost breakdown. I wanted to get it all done asap and they put two mechanics on the job to accommodate me and got the work done SO quick (I was waiting there and needed to get home at a certain time).When I was ready to check out, they thanked ME for my patience -- while they were the ones who bent over backward to get me in then get me out the door quickly!! In the end my bill was less than originally quoted because they knocked some charges off. I have found my new mechanics and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone!

I just put a set of Winter tires on my car with the help of Kaitlin & John. The specific tire was not easy to find due to a unique size and limited sets available in the USA. As usual the service was great... and as long as I live in the PHL area this only place I am getting tires. John helped me out a few years ago and I am now a loyal customer. This location is top notch and simply great people to deal with!

My first experience with CJ’s Tires was seamless from start to finish. I cannot say thank you enough to John, Kaitlin, & the entire team at CJ’s Tire in KOP. After getting an outrageous quote from the MB dealer for 2 new tires we decided to look elsewhere. We called multiple places to find tires that would be compatible with my Mercedes, but CJ’s was the only place that could get them. They had 4 tires ordered within 1 day of calling and had my car ready at 10:30 AM the following day. It was the easiest and fastest experience I’ve ever had at any automotive shop. The cost of 4 tires and an alignment at CJ’s was even less then the quote I got from my dealer for 2 tires. On top of that, they even gave me a free inspection because I’m a health care worker which was extremely thoughtful and appreciated! They were a pleasure to work with & my family will be using them for all our automotive needs from now on!

John and Daryl are very welcoming people and, most importantly, they explain everything in a way that makes sense to both car nerds and someone that just needs to know how to get the car back up and running in a safe manner. I suspect that my BMW dealership over-torqued my wheel locks and the guys at CJs did everything they could to help me out. Even after I picked up a nail (in a non-repairable location) on the way home after installing new tires, John and Daryl took care of me and mounted and balanced a new one I purchased and didnt charge me for that installation. THATs what I call amazing customer service and is the reason why Ill be back to service my brakes in a few months and also to install new tires on my wifes car. I was very pleased with my experience with this shop! I thought that they only did tires and oil changes.I was happy to find out that they do all types of auto repairs as well as PA inspections. When I had a problem with my car, John took the time to show me what was wrong, and explained why the repair was necessary. I had called about tires for my 1500 Ram and spoke with John. He did a amazing job answering all of my questions and made it a fantastic experience when I arrived. They have treated my wife with the utmost respect and have worked on her vehicle without over charging her.RECENT UPDATE: I took my wifes car to have the oil changed at another location near where we live and found that oil was all over the engine everywhere. What happened was that CJs in King of Prussia topped off my wifes car and forgot to put the cap back on. Thank God the cap was still on top of engine and the engine was not blown.

DO NOT GO HERE! They charged my husband $500 to supply and install 2 new tires and do an alignment on his BMW. They insisted that they were certified to perform BMW work. After 7 months his tires were worn to an unsafe condition. . He went to the BMW Dealership, they confirmed that not only was the alignment not accurate but that both of his brand new tires were unsafe to drive on because of excessive wear due to the improper alignment. He went back to CJ’s and they lied to him explaining that he must have hit a pothole. Not sure how both tires with independent suspension could have been affected by a pot hole. Yet both tires were worn significantly, and they REFUSED to do anything about it. Even though my husband had a video from the inspection at BMW WHICH CLEARLY SHOWED significant improper wear.He went back to BMW that confirmed that not only the alignment was incorrect (cause of the worn down tires) but further stated that all of the tire lug bolts were improperly torqued, which caused the lugs to break when they were removed.It’s important to note that his car was properly maintained at all required service inspections. Until he used CJ’sCJ’s Tires represented themselves as qualified auto service technicians when they were clearly not qualified and cost him 750.00 to have the tires replaced and a proper alignment performed.Do not go to this place. They are liars and cheats!!!!!

These guys are rude unprofessional at king of Prussia I almost died from tire falling off while on the eway after getting 4 brand new tires I get towed to Cj tires and the manager kicks me off the lot said it’s not their fault how do lug nuts just fall of when you take the cap off 🤔

I went to so many different tire and auto places including Jiffy Lube because I have a membership with them. I should have just gone to CJs Tire and Automotive right out the gate. All the other places couldnt help me get my VEHICLE INSPECTED ASAP, but CJs got me in the next day, and got me inspected and even did some stuff extra that they didnt even charge me for at all!!!!!!!!! These guys really know their stuff, and they help make you feel safe and protected. If you need help with anything TIRE, INSPECTION, OR OIL CHANGING NEEDS, this place knows how TO GET THE JOB DONE!!! I purchased a new set of tires for my Toyota RAV4 today. The staff at CJs did a great job of explaining their services. They even aligned my vehicle, which is a great thing to do with new tires.....or any time, really.My biggest surprise was when I looked in my trunk. When I got here I had my spare tire on the vehicle. I expected them to put it in my truck, but I was very happy to see that they actually took the time to properly anchor it to the car using the manufacturers plastic bolt which I had left laying in the trunk. I was going to do it myself, but they already did.Highly recommend CJs!

Great place to get maintenance done! Ive gone several times already for oil changes/PA state inspections/installation of new tires - and every time I am greeted by a friendly staff and the owner. I schedule appointments online and every time they are ready for me and get me out the door in a reasonable amount of time and they dont overcharge.

Good experience...I used to go here when it was NTB, but apparently this location got shut down for violations. CJs moved into the same location. Service was fast, the guys seemed like they knew what they were doing, and the pricing was good (they said they would beat Costco, but Costco was actually higher than CJs). No complaints here...

Ive noticed CJs Tire & Auto in KP (where NTB used to be on Church Rd) as I go home for lunch each day and pass on my way home from work. I needed an oil change and Im thrilled I decided to give them a try. Initially I wasnt sure what type of auto services they offered. They do everything with the exception of body work. I would not be more pleased. John was awesome! In addition to all of that, they have a punch card for oil changes and have decent prices to begin with. I think Ive found my new auto shop and cannot wait to recommend them to others.
