Doug is the most honest and thorough mechanic Ive worked with for a long time. Plus, he does the work at a fair price. As an example, he saved me $500 on the last major repair I needed compared to another estimate I got and the work was done 24 hours later.

I dropped my car off for a oil change for the first time. Doug was pleasant and listened to my needs. I also wanted overall maintenance recommendations and service (e.g. tire rotation, fluids, break pads check, etc.). I had a good sense that the only recommendations would be for things that are truly needed. Im looking to make this my car care partner.

I was referred to Dougs garage. I dropped off my car 8 a.m. on a Wednesday morning my only day off. I called Doug around 10:30 if he saw my car on the lot and he said he would get back to me after it was inspected. I received a call around 2:30 that my vehicle had no problems except light bulbs in headlight and wipers needed to be replaced. I explained to Doug that wipers and headlights were just inspected on Monday when I got an oil change at a Lube place. I said to Doug I would get back to him I needed to know why they did not bring this to my attention. When I went to Doug I explained I called the manager at the other location and I was only waiting for a call back. Doug said to me take my key and go back to them. I did just that. When I came back for him to complete the inspection he told me that I had to leave my car Thursday and it was only 3 oclock in the afternoon . I said I have to work Thursday can you do it now it was only 3 p.m. he said take my keys and leave. That is not a way to do business.

Great family owned business. Will give you a honest opinion on your vehicle and provides a great service. Highly recommended.
