They will come pick you up from your hotel.. they have jeeps and 3 wheelers. Helpful friendly staff. We were thinking of getting a 3 wheeler as well, but they advised against it because of the scorching sun... good thing. They also comped us for our uber anx gave us a discount because they didnt have staff available for the pick up since we were last minute with our booking. We kept our jeep for 3 days with the doors off. The top came down easy too (they showed us how in advance) for our nighttime rides. They also didnt mind us returning it a few hours later without any additional charge) since we were going to the airport on the return day.

Great place to get a rental. Went on vacation to key west and we couldn’t find a vehicle big enough for the whole family. But lucky for us they had a mini van available. Nice friendly people rental process was quick. Vehicle was nice and spacious and very clean. Honest people too. I forgot my purse in the mini van and they went out of their way to ship it back to me. Incredibly convenient. We decided to take a last minute day trip and drive up the Keys from Key West. Key West Adventures was able to accommodate our last minute rental request, while several other companies we looked at either couldn’t help us or couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. They picked us up from our hotel and gave us a courtesy ride to their office to complete the paperwork (no extra fee). We were able to drop the Jeep back off in the middle of the night and catch an Uber to the airport from there. Both employees who helped us were extremely friendly and courteous, and the prices were reasonable.

Wow, what a rush!!! The slingshot is so much fun! A great way to ride around visiting the islands. The wind in your hair, sun on your face, open view of the gorgeous sky and water, yes please! All the recommendations for places to visit were a huge plus 🙂 I would like to add La Isla Tacos in Marathon as another great place to visit for some great food and drinks!

By far this is a five star operation! Hands-down! We had superb customer service from everyone from the owners to the staff. They picked us up and took us to the store and after we dropped our vehicle back off, they drove us back to our hotel. Everyone wanted to make sure we had a great experience and their vehicles are awesome. They had 2021 jeeps, fully decked out, we could pick our color. The jeep had all kinds of safety features including a backup camera, had GPS, Bluetooth, SiriusXM and a great sound system. Besides Jeeps they have other cool recreational vehicles that are fun to rent. Loved it! We even had a resident parking decal on our vehicle where we could park for free for up to four hours in the Key West garages. Plus we got a 10% discount for military and law-enforcement. Once we had the keys, they came out and showed us the vehicle and we were given maps, information on where to go and places to see. And the price was much more reasonable than some of the other businesses we called. We will be back. Highly recommend this business if you’re looking to rent a vehicle in the Keys.

Rented a jeep in Key West to drive up to Islamorada to have lunch for my birthday. Key West Adventures picked us up at our hotel and they were super friendly and helpful. The jeep was like new and SO MUCH FUN to drive with the doors and top off. I even got to pick the color of the jeep when I got there! I would highly recommend Key West Adventures. A birthday I will never forget!

We rented a 4 door jeep (doors off) for one day to drive from Key West to Key Largo and back. We spent the additional $50 to have the vehicle dropped off at our hotel and picked up at the end of the day. The entire process was SO EASY. We signed off on the paper work and were on our way in less than 5 minutes. At the end of the day, we texted the company and they promptly came to pick it back up. The car itself was extremely clean and in great shape. While we ended up paying a little more to use this service over a basic rental car serivce, it was 100% worth the extra money and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Excellent excellent Id give them 100 stars if I could. I came down on vacation and ran into car trouble that I needed a few days to fix. I went to the airport to rent the tiniest cheapest car they had it was gonna be about $100 a day and I got denied after waiting because I didnt have proof of a return flight home despite me explaining that I drove down and need the vehicle because of car trouble. The people at Key West jeep adventures stayed open after hours to go out of their way to help mew anger got me in a gorgeous 2020 Jeep Renegade for $75 a day street traces Ave fees and had no problem with me neither it fit 2 extra days. Add a mat of fact its cheaper then renting a golf cart which u cant even leave the island on. Now Im bringing it back 2 hrs late and after closing time they didnt charge me extra money and are letting me leave the key in a lockbox. Whetherbu want a daily commute for vacation or a fun beach buggy you should look no further.

Great place! We were going to get a can am slingshot but it was too hot. Opted for a jeep and drove up to marathon. Had a great time... that was 2 years ago.Last year we went back and got a no- door jeep. We got swamped in a tropical storm on the way to Marathon and they swapped out our no-door jeep for a jeep with doors right there in Marathon with no questions asked. This year we went with a jeep with doors and a roof to avoid any possible weather calamity. Renting the Jeep gives you access to the entire Keys as well as Key West...take a trip up US 1 and take in the sites and the stops. And at the end of the day,, Key West Adventures has such great people working there!This is the only place to rent a jeep in Key West or Marathon!

What an amazing team of mechanical technicians! My wife and I were wrapping up a two week trip of a lifetime in the Keys with our boat. On our last day the old faithful Ford Expedition would not start! We were towed from our hotel to your facility vs the Ford dealership, highly recommended by the tow truck operator. We are SO glad we did. We had to stay an extra day being that it was Sunday when we were towed...Big deal, right?? Stuck another day in paradise.... Anyway, first thing Monday morning the shop manager/foreman Jose was right there listening to my descriptions of what was wrong with our old Expedition and quickly put an outstanding tech, Matthew on the job. Within a just a couple of hours I received a call from Jose stating my girl was ready to go! To my surprise I had an ANT infestation inside the relays under the hood!!! With the heavy rains that happened the week prior down there, I suspect they were seeking higher ground and chose my old Ford. Either way, they trouble shot the issue and went to work and found ANTS!! Ha. The relay panel was cleaned and relays replaced, and on our way north we went. We made it the 640 miles back to Savannah towing our boat without issues. THANK YOU for your quick work. And especially thanks for your professionalism and communications from everyone there. You made a bad situation good.

Rented a Slingshot for 2 days. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Slingshot was fun to drive. Drive up 1 to Marathon. Trip up in daylight was awesome, came back at night which was not as much fun. It’s a blast to drive but kind of wears you out.

Rented a jeep for my son’s 7th bday cuz that’s what he wanted! Yes, he’s possessed by an old white guy, but that’s besides the point!The point here is that Key West Adventures didn’t disappoint!! The keep was immaculate, and brand new. Honestly was expecting an older model but we got the top if the line 4 door with satellite radio and the whole nine! Doors off, soft top stripped....and within mini we were cruising down Duval like we owned the place!Special shout out to my dawg Nate, who was cool as a polar bear’s toe nail from the beginning! What an absolute AMAZING experience! My significant other and I were considering renting a golf cart to cruise around in. Top notch equipment, solid service

Had tire trouble in Key West and was able to find the best service I’ve ever had here they removed the piece of metal, and programmed a new pressure sensor all very quickly. The tire pressure sensor was my fault I had put fix a flat in the tire to get it to the service center.Darlene took excellent care of us and even suggested the bar next-door while we waited! Great waiting room by the way!We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everything went very smoothly and we were well taken care of!

This is the only place I will rent from. They are the best. I always get excellent service, and everyone is very nice from start to finish.

We showed up in Key West on a Wednesday night and randomly decided to rent a Jeep rather than Uber around. We ordered it for 10am the next morning. The Jeep was delivered to us at exactly 10am. No phone call needed or anything, all reservation was done through the website and took less than five minutes. Two minutes after the Jeep was dropped off, all paper work was done and it was ours. The Jeep was in pristine condition and saved us a ton of money. Excellent experience, highly recommended!

I went in for an oil change over a month ago. Just brought my car to a mechanic in town due to some other issues with my car, and they informed me I had twice the amount of oil in my car then I should. I called Key West Adventures for an explanation and instead was met over the phone with a manager who was very hot headed and protective over his team. Pretty horrible customer service and didnt even seem interested in helping me out other then offering me a future oil change for free. I asked for a refund because I didnt trust them. He told me Well I cant sit on everyone shoulders to make sure they are doing everything right. I do not suggest you take your car to this establishment as they apparently do not hire qualified mechanics.

Decided the morning of that we wanted to rent a Jeep. Called and it was there within 45 mins as promised. Excellent service and the Jeep was in great condition. Would definitely recommend this company

BOTTOM LINE: Car Damage, Expensive, Poor Service, Long Wait Time, Cigarette Smoke in my car!!! To remove a nail and repair my tire was $40 which was more than I was expecting but isnt the reason for my rating. 1.5 hours later (When my tire was finally repaired!) I got in my car and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Gross! I went in calmly to give them the feedback about the smoke; I was met with the attitude that I wasnt important and that they didnt care about the smoke. After expressing my disappointment about the smoke and price, one of the guys cavalierly said, Okay... ... Afterwards, I also noticed that they chipped my door and tried to make it look not noticeable!! Completely unacceptable! The owner was rude, refunded my money but wouldnt even go out to take a look at the range or smell the interior. UPDATE: I just noticed the company (non)response...I am 33 years old and not a Millenial, not that that should matter anyhow. Poor service and car damage is NEVER okay regardless of your paying customers age. This is the exact unacceptable attitude that I received in person. Also, my tire still slowly leaks so they didnt even fix the tire! This place is a complete joke. Unprofessional.

Giving this place a well deserved 5 star rating. I went to multiple mechanics to try and get a good price on what I needed done on my jeep - new tires, calipers, brake pads, alignment, etc. I was hesitant after leaving multiple shops because they didnt seem to give me an honest answer. When I walked into Key West adventures, it was busy, but the owner, Tom, took me to the back right away and gave me suggestions on tires and an estimate for each option. I dropped off my jeep the next day and Darlene and Jose were GREAT! They provided excellent customer service and answered any questions or concerns I had. That day, I received messages from Darlene to keep me updated on what needed to be done and if they could go ahead and proceed. She also provided an estimate of all the costs. Darlene was able to work out a fair price and I was highly satisfied. Thank you again to Darlene, Jose, and Tom for your customer service. Will definitely be back!

I asked them if they could change my spark plugs (which I brought the spark plugs in myself) so they agreed that they would do so. Afterwards they said I didnt need too change them, but they charged me anyways. As well my car was still running horrible and they even test drove my car without informing me as well. They wanted to do a diagnostic on my car and charge me more money. They knew something was wrong and failed to inform me on what it was.They thought my engine needed work and they wanted to do a diagnostic.So I went else where to scan my computer and the engine was okay. Come to find out after replacing my spark plug wires that the connector was cracked and the wire was frayed. I would love to know how you changed my spark plugs and didnt notify me (the customer) that my spark plug wires needed to be replaced?!It would have been REAL nice and courteous to let me know that my spark plug wires needed to be replaced or we could do that for you here at a later day or time.Apparently there is horrible customer service there and no I did not get a refund. Apparently I had to go through hell to figure everything out by myself.Instead I talked with the owner and he didnt care.Oh we will give you credit to the store. I grabbed my stuff and walked out.The owner didnt care at all.I am not going to buy anything yet come back because of the horrible service.FYII didnt go to another auto shop before I went to you nor did anyone tell me to change my spark plugs. I thought it was my spark plugs thats why I asked your auto shop to change it because I knew something was wrong. I did ask them to look into what was wrong when I was there.Not notifying me that you knew there was a problem and hiding it from a customer to not let me know because you want more money than good customer and quality service.Is so unreal that my car smoked to the point where it could have started a fire.Telling me that a customer is not right while putting my life in danger failed to realize that the customer is always right even when I have pictures, not refunding me, and then talking down to me like I am stupid?

We have been wanting to rent a Jeep for a while, but where we live, there isnt much of it. When we found out we could do it in Key West, we decided to take this opportunity to do so! Steve was super helpful and his mom was extremely nice. They were very attentive and made sure they explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed for our 24hr rental. We reserved a day in advanced and we were even able to do an early pick up of 8am so that we could get more time with it! Seriously enjoyed our experience with the Jeep. So much that we cant wait to get one of our own!
