This place is hands down one of the best places I have ever lived at! I lived in my apartment for 2 years with my son who was going to Glenn High School. The office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! Any issue you have is taken care of in a very prompt caring manor. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors were very friendly! You are very close to good schools and shopping centers in the area, not to mention quick access to major highways making commutes easy! Lindsay Manor is very kid and pet friendly! I would recommend these apartments for the friendliness, Staff support, safety, and value!

My wife and I made Lindsey Manor our home for two consecutive years. The complex has great management and awesome maintenance people (Marvin Rocks!). We decided to leave because we wanted a place closer to my wife’s job and with a bit more space. If you are looking for a decent place, with no issues, I definitely recommend this place.

A word of caution since renters insurance is required by this property. Check and see if polybutylene pipes are covered. Please research polybutylene pipes because this property has them and it would be a shame to have all your personal property ruined.

Staff is very caring and prompt. Anytime I call they respond quickly to questions about rent or maintenance. The location was convenient to my work. Would Recommend!

I have had a great experience so far and the staff is always super helpful! They have always been quick to respond and do whatever it takes to solve any problem you may have. I chose Lindsey Manor mainly because of how friendly and professional the staff was when I visited, and the rent price was very fair, too. I plan to make this my home for many years. I have lived here for going on 2 years. I couldnt ask for a better community to be apart of. My kids and I feel at home living here. The property Manager, office personnel, and the Maintenance guys are the best. Anytime I have needed something they have jumped right on it. They go above and beyond to put any stress you may have to ease. So if your looking for a community where you feel at home or a safe place for your kids to play and make friends. Then Lindsay Manor is the right place. So come join our family community and see what happy living can be like.

If you are a non smoker its best to find somewhere else to live. Because the wall are so thin that if you have someone that smokes in the apartment next to you every time they light up the smoke will come into your apartment. Also the apartments are more expensive than they should be for old apartments. A decent place to live other than that.

I will be moving in April to Lindsey Manor. I am very excited. The potential renters experience dealing with the management has been superb already. They helped me and kept in constant communication with me through the entire application process, answered any and all questions I had. And got us an apartment we wanted all while we are still here living in Florida waiting room move.

I have lived here for the past year and a half and really enjoy it. I am close enough to get to either Winston or Greensboro fast without the mess of all of the city traffic. I enjoy the quiet and my neighbors as well.

We have been residents here for a little over 6 months now and the people here are absolutely fantastic. We have had some very bad experience in our past leasing apartments but here the management are friendly, they fix issues immediately and the neighbor is quite welcoming. They have gatherings and events for the residents and are just sweet people. Thank you for taking care of our home!

I have lived here 2.5 years and love it!. Maintence and the office staff handle problems quickly. Everyone is friendly and the complex feels very safe. The apartments have great closet space and room sizes.

STAY AWAY! I have lived here for over 2 years and the last 9 months have been hell! 2 years and the neighbors on both sides of me have changed at least 3 times so I never knew who I would be living next door to. Seemed to be druggies the last two times though. Definitely not a safe place, especially when you got emails every 3-6 months reminding you to lock your cars/apartments up due to a rash of burglaries. No security in the area and never saw any grounds keepers cleaning the cigarette butt filled/cloudy pool or the broken glass by the dumpsters. I had a leaking toilet back in December. Took them over 3 weeks to fix it and when my water bill was astronomical I was basically told it was not their problem and they would not help me with the bill. Then 8 months ago I noticed some cockroaches in my kitchen. Cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. It didnt help so the complex sent out pest control at least 5 times but I still had a cockroach problem when I moved out. Twice I had to wait two weeks for pest control to come out because the complex didnt consider this an emergency, meanwhile the cockroaches were multiplying getting into my appliances, furniture and coming out of the outlets. It was so bad that Code Enforcement has opened a case against them. I had to throw everything out just to be sure they didnt come along with me to my new place. Spent a couple thousand dollars to replace EVERYTHING. Did the office care? Not one bit but they did assure that they wouldnt hold me accountable for the pest control bill. Talk about adding insult to injury. The office does not care about their tenants, just the money. Stay away at all costs!

I lived here almost 5 years and most of it was good. I had asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned out on two separate occasions because I had to do 2 80 mins cycles to dry my clothes. I got a note from maintenance that the vent was fine and they put my dryer on high heat, that should help. Well, now Ive moved and my dryer works fine and Ive asked for some kind of compensation since my power bill was higher than it shouldve been the whole time I was there and over worked my dryer. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I also had an issue with the water bill a few months before moving out and have been told that they emailed the water company but the water company still says theyve received nothing. To top it off, my final bill has a charge of $48 for blinds! Seriously! After 5 years, get charged to replace blinds! I had an issue with roaches in the beginning but after my neighbors moved out, they bombed both apartments and I can say that took care of the issue. The pool was nice but parking is slim to none, one assigned spot per apartment, not ideal for a 2 car family.

A safe neighborhood, responsive maintenance, and affordable prices! We had an excellent year at Lindsay Manor. We were kept up to date with monthly calendars of events going on at the complex. All maintenance requests were filled within 24 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to live in a place where children play and people arent afraid to walk their pets.

Weve been living here for almost 3 years. Staff have been amazing and thats what is keeping us here. Maintenance is awesome. We dont have to wait a long period of time to get anything fixed or looked at. We love Dana!!

I have only been a resident for almost a year and it has been THE MOST pleasant residential experience I have had in my life, the apartments are very well maintained and the staff and maintenance are TOP NOTCH. Looking forward to many years of calling Lindsay Manor, HOME!!!

The entire staff Dana & Ashley (Office) Marvin & Shane (Grounds) always go above & beyond to see that everything is taking care of for me. I cant imagine being as happy and satisfied anywhere else. Listen I was here from the end of June until the beginning of October and I can literally say this was the worst place me and my mother EVER lived, me and my mother complained about roaches/spiders from June until they let us out of our lease. We have never lived with roaches nor spiders, they treated us like we lived off government assistance. We had multiple treatments which was only a spray here and there and we always had to stay out of our apt for 4 hours just to come back and clean up the dead roaches/spiders ourselves but as they say “ the treatment will work” LIES the roaches/spiders were back within 3 days. My mother actually moved out because she couldn’t take it anymore, left me the apartment until I couldn’t take it anymore. RUDE next door neighbor which I had to disrespect multiple times due to his racist comments and that bad smelling dog. BUT this is the biggest catch with Lindsay Manor “ FAKE ADVERTISING “ before me and my mother moved in we were shown two apartments on Lindsay street and was told we would be staying on Lindsay street, when they handed us the keys we are looking for the apartment we was shown by Ashley. Called back like the keys doesn’t work for the apartment you said we would be living in, Ashley said “ oh no you guys are on Dewey street, which is the next street over”, remind you we are moving in the day we got our keys. So we go onto Dewey street where the parking spaces are HORRIBLE and it’s a building where you walking inside of it then go inside your apartment. Never was shown those apartments. AGAIN I will never send anyone to sign a lease with them. BAD EXPERIENCE for $735 RENT ! Only nice thing I can say is Dana reply’s back fast and is nice about things...but I was sick of hearing I understand your frustrations when they really don’t. Waste of money & TIME ! Lindsay Manor do better!

I have made Lindsey my home now for about three years, it’s a convenient location in Kernersville and close to work for me. Maintenance is close by and always kind when out on the golf cart they stop and speak to you especially Marvin I can always stop him to ask a question or address a maintenance concern. Being pet friendly was also something on my list when looking for a home which I found here! Office is great, Dana has been more than kind and accommodating and Ashley when paying rent or just coming to talk. I am very happy here.

Lived here for a year and I loved my one bedroom apartment. Good quiet place to live! If i didnt have to move due for work I would have stayed. If i ever need to I will def. move back in the future!

Moving from New Jersey for a new job I did not know anything about the Kernersville area. When I called to speak to the office staff they were very knowledgeable about the area and where my new workplace was. Once I got down here they had everything ready for me and walked me through the process of getting renters insurance which was not something I needed in NJ. So far I love my new apartment, Marvin & Shane have been attentive to maintenance requests & they have a cares team which came to check on me the first couple days I moved in to see how my move was. Great place to live!

From the time I inquired about their one bedrooms to filling out the application. Matthew has walked me through each process. He kept posted via text messages of specials offered. The staff was very attentive to my needs as a customer/tenant. I lived here for almost 3 years and the service towards their residents was good when I moved here, but even better now with newer management in place! I would recommend this apartment community to anyone I care about due to these factors amongst several others. Im moving because of getting a house, not my lack of appreciation. 5 star rating on here for sure!

I have lived here starting my 4th year. This was the only place that got back to me when I was moving here from Ohio. They worked with me and I was able to make my move smoothly. Anytime I have had a problem it has been handled very fast. Dana is easy to talk to when there is an issue and she looks into problems and doesnt push them off. Plus anytime I have emailed the office I have gotten a quick response. The only time I plan on leaving here is when I finally buy somewhere to live. Its a great place to live.

If I could give a one star I would. These people are some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever met. I lived there for 6 months, I complained about my neighbors leaving trash on the balcony. The trash was causing roaches. I asked the maintenance staff to spray the apartment and they did on two occasions, but the roaches had gotten so bad that they were coming out of the plug sockets. I am a very clean person and this was disgusting. After they could not stop the roaches I decided to move. I threw away all of my furniture and started new to prevent the roaches from getting into my new home. After I left which I wrote a letter to the front office I was charged with ruining a door and having a dog and I didnt even have a dog. But the people down stairs had the largest dog which barked all night and the front office did nothing about it. I left the apartment very clean and as far as I know they moved someone in the apartment quickly. I will not recommend this complex to anyone the office staff needs to be fired and new people who care need to be brought in. Its not about the money some people want to live in a nice clean apartment.

When you drive into Lindsay Manor, they have a sign that says”Welcome Home”. I have lived here for many years. When I moved to Kernersville, I looked at a lot of apartments. Lindsay Manor had the most to offer for a great price. The staff here, both office and maintenance, are great. If you have a problem of any kind, they are quick to handle it. If the office is closed for any reason,nights or Sunday, they have a 24 hours phone number for emergency. We have lots of friendly neighbors here. The pool and playground area are always neat and clean. If you are looking for a friendly place to live, come check out Lindsay Manor.

Lindsey manner is an excellent apartment complex, the administration takes good care of the tenants, maintenance is well done. I could not be happier for this apartment complex.Dana in particular has been very good to us.

I have found the staff to be quite helpful. Situations have happened and they have been on top of it. Maintenance is always pleasant and gets to work on the things I have called to be fixed. Wish there was more parking but that is really the only down fall.

Although the facilities and location is nice, I found the office staff and management to be very unprofessional and unorganized. I had scheduled a time to come in and finish last minute paperwork to lease one of their units and when I came in with money ready in hand, I was told that the unit had been leased to someone else. I was then shown a unit that was smaller in size than the one we originally agreed upon, without the utilities that were originally included, with one less bathroom, and asked to pay MORE money, for less...I feel as though they could have called and told me this ahead of time instead of expecting me to be OK with this at the last minute...very unprofessional.

Moved in a couple of months ago,LOVE my place,got new counterparts, the staff was amazing at making my separation go smoothly and making me feel like ive found a good home to come to, and even the maintenance guys are sweet, they say good morning everyday when im walking my dog.the surroundings are nice,a little older looking, but they take good care of it, theres never trash or loud people around, its nice and safe, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Convenient location being that it’s in the center of Kernersville, but I have had some bad experiences in the past with the people at the office. They’re improving on there efficiency towards fixing things.

I lived there for two years. Its a good place, but theres not much parking.

My cousin lives here my first time visiting this place but its beautiful. Gods will ill be here in 6mts. 2bedrm 2 baths carpeting dishwasher. They know how to treat their renters NYC need to step.up their game. #NORTHCAROLINA HERE I COME.
