National chain needs to staff the store. Closed when google says open 24hrs

Just put 15$ in my tank the pump stopped at .10$ and when I went to see what happened the lady put up a sign that she would b back in 5 minutes I waited for 20 minutes before she came out the bathroom then she treated me like I inconvenienced her

I have to take away two stars. One for the bad location. Which makes it hard to get in and out of no matter how bad the traffic is on 28 street. Then minus one star for the small parking lot and narrow lanes that makes it hard to navigate especially, when they are busy, which is almost always.I do however like their rewards program and never had a problem with their gas. Also their gas prices are always competitive.

Not everyone has it in them to work directly with the public. So many these days are insolent, lack compassion, etc... The two young men working that evening were very pleasant and could take someone joking around without getting irritated or offended, and joked back. Id stop at that one again if needed when Im down in that area.

To the boss, lights are off every night, noone knows its open 24 hrs. Coffee is garbage, watered down. Cappuccino machines are dirty and not working properly. Customer service also sucks. Not well stocked. Low washer fluid and napkins. Very bad experience for shell.

Decent place to refuel, no complaints really.

Terrible customer service. The young man that works inside will ignore you and talk to other workers while you are waiting to pay. Then when you pay he will ignore the fact that you need a bag for your items. They also use strong language so it is not a friendly place to bring your kids. I hope who ever manages this location realizes that they need new employees. I will not be returning to this location after what I experienced today.

Car wash is a joke. Sloppy, not really cleaning and no drying at all.

Its a shell fuel Station. I got gas and the car is still running. So.... 5 Stars ! :-)

This gas station is not motorcycle friendly. I came in and the african american woman at the counter said something to me which i didnt hear and said excuse me. She then proceeded to start yelling at me in front of other customers that i wasnt taking my helmet off. I asked her to please stop yelling at me while taking my gloves off(i cannot remove my helmet with gloves on). The told me i have to take it off outside while still yelling and i said to her maam please calm down and then she asked me to leave. I have been coming here for two years and will no longer be a customer here with poor employees like this.

Cashier was really nice when my dad was having trouble refueling.

Pumps are fine, but dont try to turn left onto 28th.

Good gas station quick in and out and gas always good

Only stop here because they almost always have Karma waters on sale

Girl that works there is rude and ignores other customers while she carries on conversations with people who are not buying anything. Then when I tried to ask her a question, she treated me as if I was being rude. Never going here again

Only gas I will buy is ahell.
