So I pulled into the car wash and asked for the $5 wash advertised on the signThe kid taking the money says our basic wash is $7. I tell him the sign says $5, so he gives me the $5 wash, the stink eye, and sends me through without brushing front or back and no spraying. Terrible service! Never go back.

This car wash is decently far away from me but its worth it. You pay a decent price but they have good service. Staff are friendly. Make sure to go when multiple workers are there. I got the winter package 3 times here and my car is always clean, and I also saw them clean their brushes after I got out. One of the few car washes that manually wash it then send it into automatic.

I stopped by this car wash this afternoon to get a wash for the first time this winter. I was afraid it wouldnt get everything off my car. When I came out, my car was spotless. The employees were working really hard and I could tell they really care about their customers. I love that they have a worker there to greet you and spray down your car before you enter the wash. I 100% recamend this business.

Paid for the best package $17. Still had soap and dirt on my truck. Went through twice and still dirty and soapy would not recommend this place. We have alot of better car washes in Grand Rapids than this place.

I feel that the level of clean is not consistent for the interior. Also I got a 7$ wash with underbody this winter and soap was left on my car after 2 washes. Not sure whats going on normally I have amazing experience here.

After paying $14 for a wash I came out the end with several scratches and small dents throughout my car. I spoke with the owner regarding damages and he denied that any of his brush’s could have done so. Don’t go unless you want to file an insurance claim.

Came in to get my salts stains removed and the workers did an amazing job removing it!!!
