The only chain whose wash satisfactorily catches the rear of my hatchback. Very friendly staff, with a special shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond when I had an issue.

If I go to GR I have to get my car washed here. My wife rolled her eyes when I said I wanted to get our car washed on our anniversary trip. Its the only thing I really had planned on the trip outside dining lol.

This car wash was great. I bought a membership through the app and it was easy and ready to use when I pulled up for my first wash. The staff was really friendly when I had a question about the car mat cleaner. Free vacuums with wash and like mentioned previously, car mat washer too. I saw some reviews that the vacuums weren’t strong.... I definitely didn’t have that problem. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely go again.

I get mad every time I go there wash my car in my truck the vacuums are clogged and I pay good money I want this issue fixed

The car wash is fine. The chamois spinners at the end do not touch the car. So, it just drips dry. The vacuum is almost worthless, not much suction, barely beats the cordless handheld at my house. I will not be getting a membership. Going back to Mister car wash.

Had a free coupon and got my moneys worth. Im going to have to go to a different car wash to get the rest of the car clean. The vacuum cleaners were terrible... tried two different ones and both of them were garbage. Absolutely no suction. Also be prepared to dry your vehicle because the dryers at the end of the wash are comparable to an old hair dryer. Please dont send me any free coupons because theyre useless.

The car wash itself is great. The service, a little different. The first time I was there, I inquired about signing up for the monthly plan. I initially wanted the $24.99 plan, that would not auto renew. I was told that I could only get the cheapest or most expensive plans without auto renew, and that if I signed up for auto renew, he could then offer me incentives. He was talking fast and mentioning things like gift cards, but I was thinking he meant I would then get the first month free, as was advertised on the sign out front. Long story short, I signed up for the $24.99 auto renew plan, I paid for it without any incentive that he mentioned he could then give me and Im still deciding if Ill keep the plan, or stop at the other car wash I pass on my way home and see what they offer for $5 more a month.

This place has potential, but some details are keeping it from being clearly better than mister. Love the belt drive system, even lowered sports cars can run this wash without worry. Love the floor mat washers. Those are positives the competition doesnt have.My disappointment comes from two areas, perhaps site specific. One, the tire shine applicator.....doesnt. Theres never any tire shine on my tires, despite being able to see the arms pivot outwards towards the tires, and the brushes spinning. I suspect its perpetually empty of product. Thats really the most visible part of the high dollar wash, so kind of a big let down as far as car washes go, and negates the value of paying the extra for it.Two, the cloth drying drums that spin....are so worn out they dont even reach the truck.....and I drive a full size SUV. They dont move and appear to be just for show. competitor does a better job drying.

Used one of their free coupon washes. Their #1wash that was worth 16.00.The car was clean but not very dry. Good thing I always bring a towel.

The best thing about the wash is that your tires ride on a platform not a track. No damage to tires or rims, no matter the size.

Today is the last day of the promotion. Half off the premium wash. 16.00 for an entire month, and unlimited washes. I purchased extra ones for stocking stuffers. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating. The wash offered does a great job, free vacuum with wash, and free car mat washing too.

Didnt get the back of my SUV completely clean. *Update.. this new state of the art car wash, I discover also ripped up the bottom of my front license plate and broke the cover.

Great service. Clean with free vacuums and a great package of interior products for $5. I did still have some bugs on my grill, but those are stuck on good.

Update: Gave them a chance to right things and spoke to the manager, instead they denied responsibility and offered two months of free car washes. Disappointed in the customer service to say the least, I will be warning others to avoid going here.Took a gamble on this place since they were running a promotion for the top tier car wash service. The car wash severely scratched one side of my car in a repeated pattern, pretty upsetting. I would avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience at this car wash! This location was running a really tIght ship, the staff was very friendly and had no issues going in and out of the wash. The vacuums and floor mat cleaners were operating as intended, all to say that it got my car clean quickly and effectively. Would recommend this to anyone!

Buyer Beware!! Double charged multiple times! On Multiple visits. Showed validity of account was charged twice. Felt uncomfortable showing my account to them to validate it! Should have kept my receipt. Crooks! I did not ask for a refund, just a wash no progress. Not only did I get scammed last month I took my truck there and the flap ripped my mirror loose. Good gosh! I was excited to have a closer car wash but hey, I guess it’s back to mister car wash on 28th st. Keep your extra $36 dollars you stole from me! Response from owner not needed. Cause I came back to try to resolve and I was treated like I was the guilty party.

I will never go to this car wash again. I bought the subscription and on numerous occasions I noticed that they gave me a lower-priced wash then what my subscription was for so I had to go through multiple times. Theres been numerous occasions where the wash didnt even clean my car properly and it never dries it properly. One occasion something in their equipment scuffed my car all over. Went back the next day to tell them about it and was treated like I was the crook trying to get something from them. Did the incident report they took pictures and said they would get back a hold of me in a few days. Of course I never heard anything back. The employees were rude every time I had to interact with them and their attitude shows that they really dont care. They obviously get their attitude from the owner who obviously doesnt care as long as he gets your money. Complete rip-off stay away.

I would probably avoid this car wash if I were you, unless you like paying full price for a service when you have a perfectly valid coupon, but the employees have been instructed by their upper management to lie about the validity of what is written on the coupon that they mailed out and then take it away. Dont worry theres a mister car wash just down the road. If only I could give a zero star review.

No track, just a belt conveyor. The complimentary vacuums are always in good condition, as are the floor mat washers. Sometimes the wash doesnt take bugs off, and has a tendency to favor the passenger or drivers side of the car.

Very convenient and great location. So glad this new location went up closer to home so I can stop going out of my way. The mat wash machines make your floor mats look brand new (if they are not destroyed physically that is).

Tail light ended up cracked while going thru the car wash. Damage occurred on 12/22 but still haven’t gotten a refund for the wash or heard anything about getting the tail light repaired.. employee initially offered me two free car wash coupons if we wanted to “make it easy”. I wanted the tail light to be repaired and was told the tail light would be ordered then an employee from the car wash would install it once they got the part. I asked if it would be someone certified and was told just someone from the car wash would install it. Have been calling with no response, left messages, and still calls have not gotten returned yet. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash.

These guys signed me up for a membership told me pay $16 and I can get free car washes for a month and it was up to me to choose a subscription after that. LIE. I check my account a month later & see Im charged 34.99! Explained this to the location seeing they are who you speak to, to go about a refund & rudely told I shouldve read the agreement. First of all when you check the app it reads $0.00 as your subscription price up until they charge you a whole new price. Be smart and dont even sign up for it. Even after I explained this misunderstanding there was no resolution or care to do anything further. Whats so funny is even in the agreement it says your eligible for a refund within 45 days but up to the location. I guess this location chooses to say no to get money out of people like they did me.

The guy at the counter was very nice, other than that i did not like my experience at all. My car was still dirty after the wash and it left a bunch of scratches on my car. Prices arent that great either . Will not be coming back at all

First time was great never had wash like that went early in the day. Second time I wanted to go the line was wrapped around the building it was later in the day. So I went to another place I have learned will go early in the day.

To start, I wish I could give this zero stars. I went today, February 8th, to use a coupon set to expire on February 8th. I was told by the employee as well as the manager on duty that upper management had told employees that this coupon was only valid until February 7th. They also took and kept the coupon. I have never heard of a worse business practice. Telling all of my peers to avoid this car wash. Any other car wash is recommended, my recommendation would be mister car wash as they have always done a fantastic job.

Vacuum doesnt work

This is a new car wash in town and they mailed out promotions for a free wash which expires 2/8/20. I went to get a car wash today (2/8) and was told management rescinded the promotions. I’ll gladly provide my business to competitors who don’t play games with customers.

The wash is amazing and the car comes out super clean the only thing that could be improved is the driers they dont dry really well u have to dry the car afterwards all over and also the vacuums dont suck very well could be a lot better with more suction. But other then that everything else is top notch way better then any other wash
