This is the best car wash Ive ever been 2. Very organized, even when very busy. Awesome!

Came on a whim ..They have the longest lines.. I was still soapy at the end. On a black SUV that shows up pretty clearly. So i paid more to clean then the wash was worth.

You need to check out the work that they do before you leave, they left my oil filter lose and then oil all over my driveway bad service

Great wash for an affordable price!! I was just told they recently changed ownership and it definitely shows. The employees are friendly & helpful which is a refreshing change- the tall guy thats always there is so polite and friendly. The grounds & wash are well maintained and vacuums are free. My new favorite wash!

Average automatic car wash. Not good enough to get the chunks of snow from behind my tires, but good enough to get the salt off. $7, $10, $14 so those are pretty average prices. Free vacuums too, I believe.

Standard automated car wash with free vacuums. This is where we always take our car, weve had no complaints. Can get a little busy.

BEWARE: Took my car that I just purchased a month ago here today. Left with major scratches on my passenger side. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Employee there said there was nothing they would do to rectify the situation.

Do not go to any Auto Spa location in Grand Rapids. They have locations on Plainfield, Fuller, 28th St, and 44th St. They scratched my brand new car all over. It took me an entire day to track down someone who could do anything about it. When I finally talked to the owner he was extremely rude. He blamed the scratches on me and said there was no way the car wash could have done it. I told him I inspected the vehicle when I purchased it and he essentially called me a liar. His solution was to put some Scratch X on himself. He told me he had no intention of getting it fixed the right way. Do not ever take your vehicle here if you value it at all!!UPDATE: Even after taking my car to a professional detailing company, there were scratches down to the paint that still remained. These scratches run the length of the drivers side front and rear doors. I have never been so upset with a service before. Auto Spa has ruined my brand new car forever.
