Aaron Garcia came to our home for routine pest control. He is the best we have dealt with. He is knowledgeable and professional. He explained about protection of plants, vegetables, and honey bees. He is great and we would recommend him to anyone!

He was very quick and did a great job. He noticed I had a lot of black widow webs and encouraged me to call when I see the webs.

Proterra Pest Control comes on a quarterly basis to complete pest control outside our home. They do a great job every single time and I have no complaints. They are professionals and ensure they are doing their job at all times. They clean all the webbing around the house and spray for incoming seasons (bees, ants, spiders, etc.).I don’t ever have to worry about upcoming appointments; they make sure to send out reminders and call before they are on their way. I’m a satisfied customer of theirs and have been for over a year

Such a great team!!! They go above and beyond! We’ve had 2 other companies to compare and these guys are truly something different! No laziness! They brushed off all the webs, sprayed the inside and outside, the landscape rocks, outside of the kids playhouse and swing set! We really appreciate their hard work- it’s not easy to find!

We have used a different pest service for the last 6 years but recently have noticed an increase in bugs. So we decided to give Proterra a try. All of the gentlemen we have dealt with to get started have been so wonderful. Very knowledgeable, caring and just really appreciated my business. I wasn’t just another customer to them. They just did our first service so we will see how it goes, but the natural oils they used smelled so much nicer then the other guys! I didn’t feel so bad about it when they sprayed around our pool while the kids were in it.

The workers were very thorough with cleaning prior to spraying. They even redid a few areas without me asking to ensure it was done well. Also, they were informative and had a great attitude. I highly recommend their service.

Its been almost a month after the first application. Ants are mostly dead and Ive seen a huge decrease in spiders in the house which is always a plus. James Brown was our tech, they were super nice, walked me through the process before and after.

The crew was polite and explained what services were rendered. They asked if there were any areas of concern or specific pest we noticed to specialize the treatment. I appreciate the time taken to do the job correctly.

Vex is great, and this review is more specifically to give recognition to our service technician. Gilbert was out to service our property several times throughout the last year, and I have to say that I really appreciate the work he did. Not only was he courteous, but was willing to explain the work that he did. Furthermore, he explained the why and helped us understand the products that were being applied, what to look for afterwards, and to reach out if there were any problems. We had an 8am appointment and they called at 730 to say they would be here at 8. They were quick in getting everything done including knocking down several large wasp nests from the second story rafters.

Was introduced to vex pest control in early June and technician Gilbert came out and did our initial service. We live by a canyon so we see lots of rodents but since Gilbert set bait boxes in the proper areas we have definitely noticed a huge difference. Very pleased with his professionalism

Gilbert shows his professionalism, and knowledge in helping us keep our home bug free. Weve used other services and I can say that Gilberts application seems to be better than the past service. He also sprays our back retaining wall to help with the spiders that love the rocks.

Regular scheduled service call! Vex Pest Control has proven to be very undependable. They set up an appointment and set the time between 1 & 4pm. I called them at 4:30pm and asked what is going on and I was advised that appointments were canceled due to wind. The driver was supposed to of called.I spent 4 hours at home waiting for them to show up. The receptionist was to contact the owner and advise them of the details on what happened. I never received a call back or an apology. I get an email for a new appointment and called to find out the details for an approximate time. I was told, I was fifth in-line and it would-be late morning to do the service call. Again, I waited all day with no call saying they will be late or not be showing up due to what ever reasons. Very unprofessional customer service on their part! Very frustrating when you are trying to plan your day! Extremely disappointing!

Gil(tech) was extremely thorough and explained where and what he was going to do. When he was finished he explained and showed me the areas where he had been. Later in the day it was apparent because there were dead spiders and ants on the concrete walks and patio. Great to see excellent work.

Great customer service. Our new house backs up to field and we were seeing tons of spiders and mice a few weeks before our next scheduled Vex service. I called and they were able to get someone out to take care of us the next business day. Our technician Taran was wonderful, he came and asked us some questions to understand where we were seeing the biggest issues and made sure to hit them all. He also was nice enough to wait while I wrangled the dogs up so he could get inside the house as well.

We are new customers of Vex Pest Control. In June Gilbert came out and rid the outside of our home of all spider webs - which was a lot! He treated the outside of our home and came back in July for our second treatment to disrupt the hatching cycle. No webs showed up between first and second treatments. It’s been so nice not having webs covering our exterior. We will now move to quarterly service. Shout out to Gilbert - he is thorough, friendly, professional, and follows Covid-19 health precautions by wearing a mask and social distancing. Thank you, Gilbert, for great service.

Sales man was pushy and bossy, and stated an untrue that the current service I had was bought and was out of business and my contract would soon end with them. Shame on him. The previous company that this was, Vex I think, had pushy sales folks, too. No thanks.

I could not be more pleased with my service. Gilbert is on top of it. His professionalism and knowledge shows. Each time he comes, he addresses concerns from the last time to make sure all is still good and makes sure to address any new concerns. I have used other companies before and would have to remind them every time of my problems. Not with Vex and Gilbert, they are on top of it.

Was sold service by door-door salesman. Specifically asked if we signed up, “would there be a cancellation fee if we chose not to continue?”Salesperson said no cancellation fee. Asked twice for clarification and was told “No cancellation fee”After 2 treatments, we still had an ant infestation on the sidewalk and pillbugs all over the perimeter and yard of the house. We decided to call to cancel. Sure enough, we were charged a $100 cancellation fee.Would not recommend. There are better and cheaper pest control companies out there.

They are the worst at getting hold of. Their billing system is terrible, they tack on a bunch of new charges that were not originally agreed upon.They were so bad I paid the extra $100 to cancel my contract.

Not a customer, but I was driving in the evening and Vex pest control truck #6 was driving very recklessly through pasco and into richland. They cut me off and weaved hazardously through traffic cutting others off as well, all while driving at excessive speeds. Very unprofessional and unsafe.

Technician Nolan was amazing! Really new his job. Great service and good eyes;spotted a centipede by our koi pond and did a real low to ground spray to protect koi. Put mouse bait station in narrow area between pond and house where we’ve seen them running.Then took the initiative to block it in with some scrap wood we had to keep our dog away from it. Spotted wasp nest up high near roof line. Introduced to Vex when we observed tech Gilbert servicing our neighbor, and was impressed with the detail of the visit. Called their office requesting a one time service and tech Gilbert. High winds delated the service call to another day, so reviews about spraying in high winds wasnt our experience, office and tech were aware and called us to reschedule. When needed again, Vex (and tech Gilbert) will be our first choice.

Zayne came out and sprayed my house for spiders, he even brushed all the cobwebs down for me when I went out I couldnt fine one he had got them all thanks VEX!

Charged 800 dollars for a 70 dollar service and hoped we wouldnt notice. Trash.

This company has been on the ball. Not only on their scheduled sprays but I have had an issue with wasps on more then one occasion and they always come out to take care of it. Wonderful customer service!!!!
