He came out today and showed us what was wrong with our sprinklers, then walked us through how to maintain it in the future. Hes very knowledgeable about the system. Chris came by for a service call when I was away (planned). He performed the needed service. When I returned, I was curious to know the cause of the damage, so I phoned the office. Chris called me a short time later, and answered all of my questions. Then he mentioned that he had noticed a small leak that he wanted to come by and fix. He came by that evening, fixed the leak, and we chatted a bit more about my system. I mentioned a concern about a drip at the master filter, so Chris quickly swapped out a new O-ring, which fixed the problem.He was wonderfully helpful, very nice, and made me comfortable asking questions.Thanks so much Chris. Epic is a great lawn care service! After moving here 2 years ago I have finally found a professional, complete lawn and pest service. They know exactly what to do and when to do it. The lawn crew is always here when they are supposed to be. They are polite and friendly and do a great job. Today when I arrived home they were here, along with another Epic vehicle. It was a gentlemen named Jose who was here to check my sprinkler system to make sure everything was working properly and the system was coming on at the most efficient time. Jose was very thorough and found a couple of sprinklers that were clogged or needed adjusting (which he fixed). He changed my watering time to a more effective and efficient time. He was very professional and friendly. What a service! I have never had that before. Epic is the best lawn care service in the Tri-Cities and their staff is GREAT!! My lawn looks AMAZING!

I would like to say this is a good company and 100% would recommend. The workers are very friendly and did their job well. José and Luis did a great job.

Our homeowners association used Epic for snow removal/anti-ice control. Their billing and record keeping are woefully inadequate. They were unable to verify the work that was done. They claimed that monthly invoices were e-mailed monthly, none were received. They have no backup plan that provides mailed invoices. The contract procedures are unprofessional and do not encourage good customer service. Their lack of understanding and responsiveness have resulted in a non-renewal of their contract.

Good Morning, Wednesday the 16th of September 2022 at about 11:00 am an Epic Lawn Care vehicle arrived at our home for the second application of Bermuda and Crabgrass treatment. I was concerned about the quality of care we would receive. I met the employee and visited for a few minutes. When the application was complete the employee met with me to explain what was done and what I needed to do to ensure the best results. Michael Connell was professional, knowledgeable and explained well how the application would get the best results. It is refreshing to get to know that Epic Lawn Care has an exceptional employee that can and will take time to set a client at ease. Thank you Michael.

Call and schedule. Guy doesnt come. Call back and am instructed that their estimates of time people will be there is 2 days vs between the hours of like noon and 4 like youd get with other companies. So guy finally comes, needs a part and therefore cannot fix the issue. No big. Office is supposed to call and schedule- they dont. I call back and they say they are putting me in the route the next day. 2 days pass and Im sitting right inside the door all day as to not miss them- no show. I call back the third day and am told they came by or called and someone told them the husband was doing it. They dont even have our number on the account at this point when we have only used one number to call its a totally different number. Lady says ok shell see and let me know. Couple hours later a guy just shows up at the door- no information on what he needed to do etc or parts needed anjThis was the worst experience I have had with a company. Please get it together.

Nick & Luis have done a fabulous job caring for yard this year. They know when to change the mow height on the mower according to the growing season needs. They are careful with the edging and always clear the hard surfaces of detritus before they leave. I also need to give a shout-out to the gentleman who trained them. He has a great attention to detail he passed on to these gentlemen. I appreciate their hard work and the job they do to keep our yard looking great.

Today Luis & Andres did our spring yard clean up and trimming. They did an excellent job. Of particular note is the care they took with the trimming of the box hedge and elderberry.

I was referred to Epic for a time sensitive UGS system evaluation. They far exceeded my expectations!!!! I had been advised that most landscape companies are hard to get ahold of and are non-responsive. Not the case with Epic!!! My call was returned promptly, an evaluation took place within a day, and I had a return call and bid in hand by 5 pm as promised. HUGE shout out to Neal and Kassedy for going the extra mile to help me out in a crunch. So happy to have found a reliable business that makes the needs of their clients a priority!

My backyard was buried under leaves so I called Epic to do a Fall cleanup. They were out 2 days after I called and did a great job. Felipe and Robert were very friendly and got it all done working in 28 degree weather...cold! I will be using them again.

Had sprinklers blown out today. Chris K, was awesome. He took the time to explaining the sprinkler system to us as we have recently moved into our home with no information given by the previous owner. Three weeks prior, we had another company come out to blow out the system, but they were not able to find the connection point. Chris figured out our unique set up and was able to complete the blow out. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond!!

We have used epic about four times. Last time they were here we had quoted two hours of work, like we always have done with them. So the price should have been the same, or close. They withdrew triple the amount. Almost $350 dollars. When we called to see have them explain the office lady stated that all she could say was prices went up. Instead of looking into and giving us a more detailed answer. They charged us almost three hundred more dollars. Do not recommend this lawn business. They over charge and then can’t explain why they charged what they charge.

I emailed the office at about 7:45am and got a call back at 8:45am - (15min before the office was set to be open). It was Niel who called me back and got me scheduled for a blow down service. I was impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. Anyway - wanted to share that they have always treated us right and this was no exception. It’s a small thing but an impactful thing.

Luis, Nick, and Jim did a fabulous job trimming roses, cleaning up garden beds and weeding. My yard looks much better. Will use again.

We were being overrun by spiders (biblical proportions) Michael Connell came out from Epic and did a superb job at killing them and went above and beyond to take care of the problem even killing some wasp nests along the way. Their technician, Chris Kinzer was both knowledgeable and professional with his work. He found a few extra issues with my sprinkler system, but he did not hard sale me on what would have been an expensive fix. He stated all the options and then let me tell him what I wanted done. Trash Tri-Cities should be be this companys name!! They put up hundreds of sprinkler blowout signs everywhere in the Tri-Cities. I contacted them around Thanksgiving, they said that they were still getting calls, contacted them before Xmas they said that they were getting signs removed that week. Well 1/7/20 and sprinkler blowout signs are still out there, do not use this company if you like your community!!

I had Michael Connell come to spray around my home in Benton City and he did a fantastic job he is a very honest and great at what he does. When he came I wasn’t home but I called him to talk about what areas to spray around my home and he hit all the areas now it’s been 3 days since the spraying and I’ve seen all kinds of different bugs and spiders that are dead so no more spider webs which I am super glad, now I can’t wait for my next visit to spray inside to get the bugs that had made it inside before the spraying so if you guys need someone reliable and honest gives these guys a call they are excellent

Victor M and Chris K came to my house this morning and removed 7 ugly bushes. They finished in 2 hours and tested irrigation that was in close proximity to all 7 bushes. Only one leak!! They ran and got the fixit van and reapaired the leak in 20 minutes. Great Team. Like a well oiled machine! Thanks, Guys!!

I have used Epic for a couple of years. Last year they blew out my sprinklers. Yes... there was a little boo boo. I wasnt there and they missed a station and it froze over winter. As per their guarantee, when I found it, they came out, fixed it all, and made it better than before and all for free within their guarantee. It is my opinion that you can trust Epic. The station they missed was obscure. Anyone could have missed it. Not everyone would have made it right again. Epic has integrity. Also, I just got off the phone with them. Brie was delightful. I have never met her, but she was professional, nice, pleasant, and just downright delightful. If nothing else, try them out just to get the chance to speak with Brie.

Fantastic! Epic Lawn Care, Brandon and Fernando are miracle workers! They took a yard that was over overgrown and full of weeds, and in a few short hours turned it into a park like setting. Id recommend these guys to anybody, anytime. Thank you, Epic! Your people are the greatest!

This is our third season with Epic, and the residential service just keeps getting better. We receive 24 hours notice of any work to be done, even weekly mowing. The work is professional, thorough, and clean. Our techs, Robert & Felipe make a point of checking in when we are there to make sure we are satisfied with the work or to find out if we have any concerns. Definitely would recommend this service.

Epic Landscaping did our fire pit and my girlfriend and I love it are only regret is that we did not do it sooner. We didnt really know how we wanted it built. Further update: I have received my bill. The total disclosed via phone was actually less than they are trying to bill me now for. I stead of leaving things in a positive light they have also chosen to threaten me with legal action. My crime? I just received the bill and they are already putting a lien on my home. Interesting since I have not even been given a chance to pay the bill. Avoid this company at all cost. I may have to consider legal action since they have provided no opportunity to pay the bill before placing a lien.Update : I have reached out to the owner of Epic looking to get some sort of reasonable closure for their shoddy work. What I got instead was more excuses than a teenager. He was incredibly unprofessional, refused to take responsibility for his employees. This company should be avoided at all costs. They overcharge you, waste time and cant complete the job. When I mentioned a competitor was fixing the issues the owner immediately started trashing the competition. Professionalism and etiquette are two things this company is severely lacking.If you value your time and money, hire a different company. It has been five days of having my lawn torn up and promises that things would be fixed. This has not occured. Each time they come out, they fix one thing and leave another. Their technician disappears without a word and then shuts their phone off and will no communicate. AVOID AT ALL COST.

So today 10/19/2018 we had Rick come out here for a sprinkler blowout. It was our first time as we r first time homeowners. Right off the bat. Rick was very friendly and super nice. He got the blowout done quickly! He is definitely a excellent irrigation service tech and we will most definitely be using him for the future!!

I hired Epic to fertilize my lawn but they went above and beyond! Mike C. left a detailed note explaining what the next steps for me to take were after getting a fert done on my lawn. Its been a couple of weeks and my lawn looks great.! He also blew off my back porch, side concrete slab, and front porch. I will definitely be using Epic again! Thanks Mike!

I have used Epic for several years for commercial and residential landscaping and sprinkler servicing. They do a great job and communicate well for a fair price. I recommend them to friends and family, even though there is a little more employee turnover than I would like.

Neal does a great job communciating what he can do, and finding the best fit of services and price. It seems like he treats everyones property the way he would treat his own. Good customer service is becoming harder to find, which is why I like to give my business to the locals who pick up the phone. I know that I am valued by Epic, so I will continue to give them my business.

I had Christmas lights installed and the techs (Mike C and Robert C) did an excellent job. I decided I wanted the wreath in a different location and they came out and moved it without any complaints or any extra charges.

Last Wednesday, REYNALDO and NICK spent 2 hours on fall pruning and removing several dead bushes. They were awesome, listening to my requests and completing all tasks. Both were very polite and cared that I was happy with the results.I have been a customer of Epic Lawn Care for 3 years. I always purchase the full lawn service that includes weekly mowing, lawn fertilization, pest control (JASON), spring pruning and cleanup, fall pruning and cleanup, and winter cleanup. Fertilization and pest control are always on schedule. Weekly mowing is performed to my standards. I did experience 3 or 4 changes in the mowing crew this year. However, IGNACIO is the constant that keeps the mowing crews working smoothly.Everyone I have interacted with at Epic has been very professional, pleasant, and caring. If something is not right, they fix it.

These people are huge scammers. They charged us 3 times the estimate for the work they did. Chris is either terrible at estimating or just trying to trick his customers. Miguel, the worker said he spent multiple days and many hours just to replace about 2 feet of plastic pipes with metal ones. He also had to make 3 trips to the store because he didn’t get the correct parts. I recommend choosing a more competent and trustworthy company.

This is our third season with Epic Lawn Care. This year, possibly due to the heavy snowfall, we had some issues with our lawn. We were fortunate enough to have Micheal C as our primary technician. He is extremely conscientious, knowledgable and hard working. He has gone out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. When asked, he was able to explain the materials he was using and why. (As a science guy at Hanford that is important to me.) If I owned this company, I would clone him!

Ed was very efficient and polite. He was nice enough to explain thing when i asked questions since Im new to having a system. The blowout was quick .Ill definitely be using them again next year .

I had Rick come out to winterize my sprinklers and was very thorough with making certain everything was cleared in the lines. He was very knowledgeable about the irrigation system and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He is someone Ill use in the future for my irrigation needs.

I had bad experiences with two Previous landscaping contractors. Epic lawn care, completely turned my yard back to the yard I loved, they went over the yard, weeded, Poisoned, took care of bugs, groundhogs and snakes,wasps and all services that Previous landscapers said that they would do !! Do yourself a favor and avoid the scammers, these people are professionals...

The company’s lack of integrity led to a Bad experience. Highly recommend another company. In August of 2018, we signed a contract that stated “1 full years worth of services.” Halfway through that year Epic Lawn disregarded the contract we signed and entered us into a new contract without our permission or signature. We had no idea that the original contract was over and that we were entered into a different 6 month contract. We were then threatened by Epic Lawn to have our bill sent over to a collection agency for a bill/contract we had no idea about. When I called the company to discuss, the representative apologized and agreed that they made a mistake but the manager did not want to discuss the issue. I asked the manager to call me back 7 times in 4 weeks and received no contact what so ever. This is the first negative review I have ever posted. Find another company.

Rick came to blow out our sprinklers, was very friendly and did a great job. He was efficient and also seemed very knowledgeable. Epic makes it easy to schedule and pay for services as well.

Worst decision ever. They are aware they are bad enough that they disabled reviews on their Facebook account. I really wish I read their reviews here and yelp before hiring them. Communication was terrible. We were told we were on the calendar for this week for about a month. The work was not professional. They broke several things and only replaced a few. They broke my valve cover and didnt replace it for 3 months which is now filled with dirt because of it. They skipped an entire area of sod that was in the quote because they said there were too many rocks. I explained that is exactly the reason we hired a company to do it. Took another month to get them to fix it. They charged me for fixing irrigation when they broke more than they fixed. A certain employee treated me like garbage when they came back to fix things. He brought out an employee and asked me which one of us wasnt telling the truth. When I brought up the issues they basically said they didnt care and theyll just put a lien on my home. There is no pride in their work and customer service is a foreign concept to them.

Michael Connell performed an initial pest and weed contol on our property here in Benton City, and I tell you what.... never seen a more detailed, dedicated, and determined individual. He went beyond my expectations and truly made my decision to go with E.P.I.C..Now hopefully the lawn care E.P.I.C. perfesional is as good. I will write another review with my other account. As for Pest Control I definitely recommend them and ask for Mike C. To be your provider...

Ed from Epic Lawn Care came out on 11-11-18 to winterize my sprinkler system. He was efficient, on time, and answered any questions I had for him. Highly recommend using Epics services.

Do not use! We paid over $800 in monthly service fees and in that time they only came out one time for service. On two different occasions, after inquiring when they were going to come out, they gave us a date saying they would be there. They did not show up either time. Fed up, we canceled. After canceling, they showed up and let my dog out of the yard. We immediately called them and the girl who answered the phone stated I see you already canceled, I dont know why someone came out today. We confirmed we wanted to cancel for a second time and the next month they charged our credit card again. The owner said he would issue a full refund, lied about it being processed when it hadnt been, and then proceeded to finally only give us a partial refund only after we showed up in person to the office. Had they given us the full refund as promised, I would have considered the issue resolved and not have left bad reviews.

Michael Connell came and applied pesticide to our yard with amazing results. We immediately saw bugs dying and running away then dying. It was a very thorough, and friendly professional perfomance from mike. We will be continuing service because of him for the next year, maybe 2 or 3 years. Very satisfied with the work and outcome of the job.

Never. Use. EpicI hired Epic and prepaid nearly 500 dollars for weed preventative, aeration, over-seeding and fertilizer. This was only for my front yard. I decided to do the back yard maintenance on my own.My front yard is patchy and not nearly as green as my back yard. There are large spots where the seed that Epic used never even grew. I spent a total of 84 dollars on fertilizer and 51 dollars on seed for my back yard. I would have expected spending 1300% more would have yielded better results.

Id give them 5 stars but theyre experiencing growing pains as of late and are hustling to catch up. Despite this they are good and I recommend.
