I really appreciated that within about 30 mins of emailing them what I needed and my address, I had an appointment for the next day! He was here on time, quick and I’ve seen A LOT of dead spiders after just a few hours after spraying!

CPP always contacts us ahead of their visit, they always show up when they say they will. Anytime weve noticed areas of wasp or yellow jacket activity, they have expeditiously taken care of it. Highly recommended.

Seth was very courteous and professional from the first phone call and all the way through the completion of the job. The other thing that I liked was that he didnt show up in a company vehicle completely covered in the company logo with a big giant insect on the roof. Extremely professional.

Seth came to the house even earlier than I expected and took the time to explain what he was going to do control the ants that had invaded as well as what I needed to do over the next few weeks in case there were any additional issues. I did chose to sign up for the quarterly service (because the quarterly service with another company Id been receiving did not prevent the ant infestation) and look forward to positive results. Its been over two weeks since the treatment and we have not seen any more ants sneak in.

Easy to contact. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Very friendly and was able to knock down all my wasp nest off the house. Talked about follow up visits. Not pushy. All around great service.

I called on Friday and they were going to come out on Monday. Due to weather we had to reschedule for Wednesday. Seth kept me up to date on when he was going to be able to treat my house. Weve been using Complete Pest Prevention for the past 3 years now and I wont use anyone else. Great experience with this company. Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came out guickly and inspected my residence and came up with a plan specific for my needs. He even showed my young daughter how the mouse traps work so she would know to not touch them. Will be using them again for sure.

These guys take great care of us. When we moved in to our house it was loaded with bees, spiders, and ants. They took care of all of those infestations and have kept us bug free with regular visits ever since. If you have any issues in between the regular scheduled seasonal visits they will come out right away and take care of it. On top of all that they are trustworthy and friendly to boot. So thankful I found this company! They are honest, on time, knowledgeable and affordable. They worked at getting the best solution rather than trying to make money off me.

I love these guys. When we first moved in to our house the end of April 2016, I noticed a slight ant problem. Then the next winter of 2017, we had a mouse problem, so I had them come in to take care of that. One application took care of the mice problem, so I had them come in to do bi-monthly maintenance for ants, bees, and other crawly things during the spring and summer, and hardly saw any thing, if any, after that. I have brought them in this season again, and so far, no ants. They know their stuff!

Called to set up appointment for pest control. When calling the man who answered was far from friendly. Ask me why I was calling him if pointe pest control did well for me in the past. He said something about vendor loyalty. He even went as far as telling me that pointe pest control was 5 cents cheaper than him?? . He did everything he could to avoid taking my business. In the end he took my number and name to call me back and never did. Not that I would have given him my business if he did call me back. Horrible customer service. And yes I went back to pointe who has amazing customer service thanks for the advice. And actually Pointe is $5 more but worth it not to deal with this.I do not recommend dealing with this company.
