I have been using Crazy Frog for about a year. The technicians are always very friendly and helpful. This time Joshua noticed some more spider and wasp nests. He took extra time to clean it all up and apply traps and a good amount of repellent. Thanks for going the extra mile.

The door to door salesman got me to sign up, and I gave them a full year of payments as per our contract. I cancelled today though, service has been ineffective. Their “treatments” just drive the pests inside of our house prompting us to pay for more service. My wife isn’t satisfied and I never hear the end of it. We have ants all over our kitchen and bathroom, and earwigs and spiders throughout our house. Though to be fair, there are not as many bugs around the outside of our house. Thanks for the service I suppose, but I think we will try someone else in the future who doesn’t require a contract for a year of service that’s not working. Unfortunately we can’t recommend them.

Started using Crazy Frog here in Spokane about 2 years ago and havent been disappointed. We used to have a big issue with spiders, silverfish, earwigs, just so many bugs in out basement. I dont believe I have found a single living bug since we started using them. I recommended them to everyone!

Weve used crazy frog for a while and they are great! We had a bad spider problem on our big wrap around front porch. After trying everything ourselves, we hired them. I havent seen a spider since their first service last year. Joshua treated our house today and he was very nice and thorough. He even called me a few minutes before to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciate so I can make sure my dog is inside.

We started using crazy frog last year. Mainly for wasp control since we had a huge problem with them on the eaves of our house and in bushes. The technicians have always been friendly and thorough. We have had only a rare spider in our home since we started using them, and no wasp nests that we could see around our home. Today an access panel was cut into our wall during a new AC installation. After removing the drywall we found 2 huge wasp nests in the insulation. Which halted all work on the AC install. I called Crazy Frog and they had a technician at our house within an hour. They removed both nests and did all the clean up. And since we pay for a reoccurring service, there was no additional charge beyond our plan. I am so grateful they were able to work us in and handle it quickly, before our basement had a wasp swarm. Definitely recommend their services for pest control! And now I know to have any little hole sprayed since the nasty buggers will nest in walls too.

Salesmen led me to believe that the Initial charge would cover the full year of service. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. If this is how Crazy Frog Kennewick chooses to conduct business, then I must give their Sales department kudos. They got me to sign and agree to pay them four times the amount I thought I would pay. Enjoy the $450, its the last money you will ever get from me.

We contacted Crazy Frog two times over the last month asking them to return our call to set up services for mouse baits and spider spray. They never responded. If their customer service is this bad before we even signed up with them I cant even imagine how bad it would be once they have you signed up. I would definitely stay away from this company!! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive!!!

Salesman lied and misrepresented the terms of service with me, and the agent on the phone was unprofessional and threatened me with a fee if I left a bad review.Had a door to door salesman come to my one day last year, trying to get me to sign up for his pest control service. The man was nice enough, and I did need my house serviced at the time. So he tries to sign me up for a years worth of service, offering me discounts. I did not want a full year at the time and he told me you can cancel with no fee at any time, or choose to get the years worth of scheduling if you like our service. Sounded reasonable so I agreed to it and signed the service agreement.I did 3 services with them. However I recently moved to an apartment and dont need the service anymore so I called to cancel. I was told by the agent on the phone that there is no way to cancel without a fee unless I provide proof that I moved to an apartment. She told me that I signed the agreement so I must abide by it.And thats fine. I didnt read the contract and trusted the salesman too much. Hes a great con man, I have to say I believed what he said fully. I told the agent on the phone that I understand I signed the papers but told her I would be leaving a review for the salesman.At this point she became very rude with me and threatened to not waive the fee at all, regardless of if I had moved to an apartment or not. Shocking they would threaten customers who were happy with their service, I think Ive even left a good review here or on Facebook awhile back.So, anyone who wants to use their service just be completely aware, regardless of what the salesman says, you must pay for a full year of service or pay a fee to cancel.

Jacob P & Isaac did a very professional with my initial treatment today! They both listened to my pest concerns, worked well together to explain things & answer my questions, and appeared thorough in their application of products. Pricing, especially with the varied products they use, were much better than competitors that I researched. I would definitely recommend them as a new reliable company to use in the Spokane area.

I signed up for a year contract, figured why not give it a try. I signed up close to fall weather, so they came by and serviced my house. Then a few months passed and nothing. January came by and still no one showed up. February came by and a few feet of snow later, I figured at this point no way theyll bother showing up. Finally in April I called and asked if they were gonna ever show up again? They apologized and sent someone out in the next few days. Even when they came and sprayed for bugs I had a lot of ants on my lawn. Most of the time I wasnt home when they stopped by to do their service so I wasnt too sure if they noticed the ants or not. Finally I figured I could do a lot better to take care of my own lawn than someone who stops by for 30 minutes every few months. I called and canceled their service as my one year was up and quite frankly I wasnt impressed.

Just had our technician James T. come out and spray our property. He did a fantastic job and took his time in being sure he sprayed everything. I appreciate the questions asked before he started to be sure he was getting the right areas we needed.

I have only needed one respray and they came out and resprayed in less than a week for no charge. I have seen a very big difference in the amount of pest activity since they have been treating my home, both inside and outside. Almost no activity. They knock down yellow jacket nests, bait ants, granulate the yard as well as spray, dust the crawl space with treatment, spray inside the house. I dont think many companies do all of this treatment. I am happy with the price for the results. Very good customer service, always address all concerns on their visit.

Was previously with another company and didnt feel their product was working well or sloppy application left us with more way more pests then we should have had. Had a salesman for Crazy Frog stop by the house on Monday, talk about their services and offered a chance to do a quick clean up. James T. came out today and gave me a walk though of what they were doing with a very professional attitude, took the time to explain the products, and did notice the increased bug activity outside of our home. I appreciate the attentiveness of his services and a company that stands behind their work. Obviously, we cancelled with our old company and will be moving forward with our quarterly services with Crazy Frog Pest Control.

They did not come back after initial spray and lawn. Mentioned they would be back in 3 weeks to get the larvae and egg population and it is been 2 months since first treatment and we have a worse spider problem than before

I still get bugs & spiders. I thought I had fulfilled my agreement ...no, I have one more service at ninety some some dollars. But if I cancel this last service I will be charged $220 because I got my very first service at a discounted price of $20. And I thought Direct TV was bad. Nice.

Im definitely not happy with this service. They came to my house and told me I could try it out and they would give me a discount on the first service. I thought maybe it would be a good deal, even though I have yet to even see a spider in my house. But I tried it anyway, thinking it would be a good idea to try it, since they eluded to the fact that I can cancel at any time. They used words like wont be a problem and we just ask that you give it a year. Anyway, I tried cancelling after 6 months (2 treatments) because I was under the impression they were coming once a month for $37/treatment...totally my fault because they did explain it to me... I thought that was a great deal...turns out it was $37/month and they do a treatment every 3 months. Yeah, I can buy the same stuff theyre using at Home Depot for less than 1/2 that. Anyway, I tried to cancel and they told me to read the fine print and that I could cancel, but I would have to pay back the discounted price of the original treatment, which would have been more than keeping the service going. Then, they started sticking their signs in my lawn. I have finally paid the last month and am, miraculously, having a hard time getting a hold of a customer service representative. Just goes to show the rule still stands: dont trust a company that knocks on your door.

-Laid mouse traps and when I had them collect them they only collected half.-Serviced our neighbors house instead of ours. Our house is clearly marked and this wasn’t their first visit.-I asked to have the inside of our home treated for ants, they never did.-One tech only treated half of our property.-Placed a sign in our yard stating they did the landscaping, they did not.-Lastly, we saw no change. We have just as many bugs now as we did before we started using Crazy Frog.Save your money! Signing a contract with Crazy Frog was a huge mistake!

James T was our technician today. I did have an issue that he arrived well outside the 12-2pm window I was given for the appointment. Arrived close to 3pm. But at the same time Im very pleased that he took care of 1 wasps nest that was up in the 2nd story eaves and another that had taken residence in our hood vent. Read Google reviews AFTER I signed up for this service - they had me wondering what I just did, but I could always invoke the 3-day cancellation law. The sales folks did explain that I was signing a contract, they would come as scheduled and that I would be pleased with their service. Right on schedule they arrived and applied the first treatment. I am seeing some dead bugs, so I must say, that Crazy Frog Pest rocks! Not sure how things were done for those who only gave one star, but so far I am a happy customer.

Arrived in the designated time frame, toward the earlier side. Tech was very polite and respectful. He asked about any specific concerns. I let him know about one which he carefully addressed as best he could. Before leaving he reviewed his work and provided an opportunity the discuss any other concerns. It was easy to see where he addressed the concern I mentioned. Very pleased.

James T did a service at my house October 8th, we called in because we had a bunch of black spiders in the rocks and webs were showing up everywhere. I hate spiders. James T came in and applied the pest control with great care. After a few weeks of searching for the spiders and webs there is no sign of either. Great job James, I appreciate the hard work and my home is pest free now! He did a great job and professional as well.

Always very responsive, and fit us in quickly for any services needed! They include a variety of products so that everything is safe for our dog, and our gardens. Its a definite comfort knowing I have a company on call to take care of any issues that come up, but they also include quarterly service to be proactive instead of reactive. My wife told me I couldnt write a review till we saw bug corpses laying around our yard. The yard is now strewn with the corpses of our enemies. Corey did a great job carrying out the work of death which had to be done that day. Songs will be sung.

If I could rate a 0 star, I would! I had an awful time with this company! They’re customer service was absolutely terrible. After switching to this pest company I realized that it was not working for my property. They said they can not cancel my contract and I have to abide by it even tho I told them that the product they use was not working at my property. The manager I spoke with was very unfriendly and lied to me. The cancelation fee was over $300! After speaking with the manager, she agreed over the phone to reduce the cancelation fee down to $100. I told her thank you but I was very unpressed with the customer service and the service at my property. I told her that it was not fair that I am forced to pay out the full length of the contract even when the product did not work. I also said that I will be writing my review of crazy frog online, she then threatened to raise my cancelation fee to $300 if I wrote that review. After all that, I get a bill for $300. Not only was the customer service terrible, but they lied to me. So, here I am writing this review. Please use another service besides crazy frog. The service I go with now does not require a contract, has amazing customer service and works great. Shame on crazy frog!

My boyfriend didnt realize he was signing a contract for 5 visits, thought it was a one time thing. Now we have free range chickens, and have pleaded with Crazy Frog to please not put our family in danger of being poisoned, but they insist on continuing service. I fear I will have to get law enforcement involved!! It wasnt anything against Crazy Frog until now.

Very professional and detail oriented pest control. I never have to worry about wasps and ants causing havoc around the house. They even helped with slug control around my yard plants.
