We picked up Emma on Wednesday. July 28,2021. We are very pleased with our baby. Emma seemed to be socialized. Happy girl. Doing well with her potty training. Vet says she is healthy. Will keep updating this post as time goes on. She’s a joy. Felt very comfortable with the breeder. Would get another puppy from them.
I got a Bernadoodle . He is the the most happiest puppy ever. He is so beautiful. My other dogs love him too.
Just got a Micro Bernedoodle. LOVE her! Going potty outside second day home. Very healthy, happy puppy. Thanks a bunch Cuddle Doodles!
Beware, one star is too many, we were given an extremely sick puppy, a standard Bernedoodle came to us at 9 weeks at a shocking 2.8 lbs, the dog should have been at least 15 lbs. We were never told of his stunted growth and size. The dog was lethargic and emancipated . He also arrived to us with bloody diarrhea, which she now says he got sick in my hands, I received the dog at 12:30pm and had him at the vet by 9:30 am, there is no way that this poor dogs growth was stunted and became skin and bones in this time frame, my vet even called her on the phone and told her how sick the dog was and she still denied it. We were told the puppy might not make it through the night. She is super rude and defensive. No good breeder or any decent person would have let this dog go to a home. She keeps saying that her vet signed off on the health of this dog, my vet say that no one would have ever signed off on the health of this dog. We did get pics of the parents and weekly updated pics of the pup, earlier on we would get videos, the pictures towards the end were very deceiving the puppy was alone so it was hard to see the size with nothing to compare. This is nothing but GREED, no care for the care of the dog or the families they go to!! In response to her response, let’s be clear, if I can warn one person from getting a dog from here and their family being put through what ours was. How do you not mention the size of the dog, he is smaller then a two week old puppy. No runt would ever be that small and being a runt is no excuse for a dog to be skin and bones. A breeder of 22 years would have never sent this puppy to a home. I am sorry that you feel me honestly reviewing my experience as me being childish. Who would want another dog knowing the condition of the last dog!! Clearly from the other reviews I am not the first person this has happened to. So unethical of you as a breeder to not return our money after such a horrible experience, instead offer us to get another dog from you. Who would want another dog after seeing the condition of the one you sent us! If any breeder can say a 9 week old dog that weighs 2.8lbs when it’s parents are 80lbs and 65 lbs is normal says a lot right there!!
Got my mini Newfie from him and he is perfect!! Very professional. I plan to buy my next puppy from here as well!
The puppy we picked up was Very underweight. You could feel every rib, shoulder and hip bone. There was no way we would have returned him because you new in your heart he would have passed on. It took 2 days to get him to even eat. Almost made you wonder if they had Just weened him. They sure didnt do anything special to help him on his start of life. His siblings where at least 10 pds and this guy barely got past 3.5 pds.If you buy a dog from this business. Get identifying pictures frequently. And something that can give you an idea of the size to compare it to.Or if you can visit the dog - I WOULD.
I am also not going to go into a full lengthy description of this place because I know the lady that runs it just gets super defensive and she acts like she is always right and does nothing wrong. But please listen to me when I say BEWARE!(My fiance and I purchased a golden retriever puppy)Funny. I definitely would have had my puppy tested for any health conditions if I wasnt PROMISED that I was sold a healthy puppy. I unfortunately did not find out about my puppys condition of coccidia until 3 months later due to her negligence. Not to mention all the visits we had and spent money on before his diagnosis. This breeder was very kind in the beginning, probably because she knew she was making a quick buck. Dont claim you love your animals when you wont even fight for them after they leave your care. I provided all the paperwork I had from my vet, including my vets professional opinion which this breeder STILL refused to accept.OH and not to mention my puppy had a wound on his rectum and I have the paperwork from 2 days later from receiving him PROVING he had this. She claims he did not leave her facility with the wound. UNBELIEVABLE.
Beware of an owner who might try to do too much on her own and not be able to give proper customer care. Rude and unwilling to provide proper information.Poor customer service and communication. I called #cuddledoodles to ask questions, but did not get a call back (more than 24 hours- possibly the owner uses personal cell for business and did not know?). They then text me (Since I left a voicemail) to let me know they had Goldendoodles coming soon and I should “put down a deposit since there was a waiting list”. Upon a text back, I started asking questions to know more about the liters for the Goldendoodles. The texts were short and not very detailed, but referred me to the website to fill out a form with a deposit. I wanted to know more before I did, so I text more questions, which I received ‘!’ with the responses. The person on the other end seemed like I was wasting their time (I can provide pictures of the texts if anyone wants to see- please reply to this with a number).I asked a lot of questions about the parent dogs to understand their color, breed and so forth. Again the person seemed short and said I could fill out the form with the deposit and they would have 3 liters. I asked about the waiting time for the liters and I the response was ‘it would be good’. Not sure what that meant, but was directed to fill out deposit in order to be on that wait list. So I didn’t want to miss my opportunity and decided to fill out the form. The form was very specific on what I wanted in the Goldendoodles- color, curly, male or female, etc. I assumed they must be a big breeder in order to ask what I wanted so I went ahead and put the deposit since the person said I was good to receive what I wanted within the 3 liters (which I was told were due anytime within a month- which was through an email after I filled the form out, I had more questions so I emailed).I didn’t get on the first liter, understandably since I was not first in line. The 2nd liter did not have what we wanted and apparently there wasn’t a 3rd liter, which I found out after I tried to get ahold of them and again I was texted after I called. Then I was told the dog “should” be in heat soon and that I could get a take home dog within 5 months. I was terribly disappointed thinking that out of the 3 liters I would surely have a dog that matched what we wanted (obviously understanding that I can’t get exactly, but within reason). I called the person and again did not get an answer, but did finally receive a call back (she did say she was on another call though). I asked for my deposit back since I wasn’t told the full truth and she repeatedly told me the deposit was not refundable for any circumstance. I asked if it could be refundable since I was told there were 3 litters to choose from within the month, But instead there were actually two (which she wouldn’t admit, even though I showed a screenshot of that text). She repeatedly told me again that it is called a non-refundable deposit for a reason. She also told me I needed to ask more questions before putting down a deposit, so that was not her fault. She blamed me for all the issues I had and did not take ownership of any of the problems.I was pretty angry, so I called #All-Star Family Pets and received excellent customer care and very responsive people and had a puppy within the week.I was able to ask #All-Star Family Pets all the questions I needed and also received pictures of the parent dogs and was able to actually talk to someone that made me feel like I was a customer. They provided all the correct paperwork and vaccinations with a microchip. Please do your self a favor and ask as many questions as you can to avoid my situation. The owner will not take responsibility for any of your lack of breeding knowledge, you will need to do the research and not depend on her for customer care.
I love my puppy I got from Cuddledoodle. She has a a sweet disposition and adapted very Fast to her new family. The owners where very nice and sent me weekly pictures of my Kenzie. They answered my questions and when I picked her up the place was very clean.I had seen a couple bad reviews and a few ladies seem to not be happy but I would not hesitate in getting another puppy from Cuddledoodle in the future. Also they gave me a bag of dog food and a bag of goodies to start my life with Kenzie and I never had that with any other puppy I’ve bought.
Hi everyone reading this. I am not going to go into a full lengthy description of this place because I know the lady that runs it just gets super defensive and she acts like she is always right and does nothing wrong. But please listen to me when I say BEWARE! We were sold a sick puppy and all they do is turn them like cattle. It’s all about profit with these people. We basically asked to be refunded the cost to treat the puppy because our vet said it was them who caused it’s issue and they refused. So that speaks for itself when that is the type of person you are buying from. Spend the extra money and find a legit breeder that cares about you and the family.
We were introduced by a couple at our campground. We ordered a puppy and were very happy with the process. We are now back home with our new cavapoo puppy Toby.
Had an amazing experience with Cuddle Doodles getting our sweet puppy. We received an updated picture weekly and our puppy came to us calm and socialized. Highly recommend
I had a very positive experience with Cuddle Doodles this summer. They answered any and all questions promptly, were professional and organized with all the paperwork on the day of pick up. We were given many weekly (and extremely cute) updated photos with varying angles that I looked forward to and appreciated. My f1b mini goldendoodle is everything Id hoped for and so much more. I love his coloring and curls. He is a healthy and happy little guy! Thanks again Cuddle Doodles!
Wonderful puppies, great humans!
This post is about a Bernese Mountain Dog that I purchased from this establishment. My experience with this breeder was not a joyous nor a fulfilled experience. I found this person on a website & inquired about 2 male puppies that were posted, they kindly let me know there was 1 left & so I put down a deposit after speaking with a woman. Willing to answer my questions they let me know that hes AKC registered and that they will send me pictures weekly my response was please send many pictures!.Now for the actual experience of waiting to get Toby. At this time he was a week old.Pictures - they sent me averaging 4 pictures, 2 different ones and their auto corrected version never showing a comparison shot and always by his self. The week prior to pick up I didnt receive any. When I asked to see the mother and father they sent me one picture for the parents and never disclosed what one was the father and mother. I never received video (something they do for doodles) and never seen him with his brothers and sisters. After searching I found their website. What I found was even more discouraging. Not a single trace of either 1 of his parents being on the website nor was he or his brothers and sisters. All I found was mixed breeds of poodles, I messaged the Breeders and asked if there was a mistake. With a single response no, that page is for doodles. I received no alternative site for me to learn about his parents no additional information on his surroundings nothing to see that he was even real.I would text them questions about Toby and wouldnt receive a response (this would be continuous throughout the process).I asked two days in advance to confirm our pickup appointment because I would have to rent a car and drive 3 hours one way to pick him up - again never received a yes or no UNTIL the minute I said we were in town. When we arrived it was a beautiful house with a big yard and I was somewhat relieved. We were greeted warmly and with smiles. In addition we bought their litter mate blanket because we were told that it would be rubbed on his litter mates so he would have a familiar scent to come home with. The blanket was as clean as getting it from a store so personally that was a rip off.- Now the part that saddens me.The condition of Toby was horrible. You could tell they never wiped him down with a damp cloth to ever clean him off - he reeked of birth And was an astonishing 3 lb 7 oz (a Chihuahuas size) when the average weight of this breed goes between 12 - 25 lb at his age of 7 1/2 weeks. Grant it he is the runt (I was never told). He was lethargic for a full 3 days before we could get any energy from him. His hip bones, ribs, shoulders and vertebrae protruding profoundly. My vet who is not a fan of free feeding made it very clear thats something he needed and to give him all the food he wanted. My vet also didnt give him one of his secondary shots and asked considering his size that we come back for it when he gained more weight. I also bought goats milk to help him transition to solid food because it seemed as though he had not been weaned before coming home. The breeder has offered for me to return him but I cant send him back to what I perceive to be a neglect full situation. To top it off another individual left a negative review but because they came from the same town as me they proceeded to harass me and talk to me as if I was the person that left it. They could never respond to my txt but this was the 1st time I got messages back to back.Ps I have no idea who the breeder even is at this point because on Tobys papers its a mans name but I met two women for puppy pickup and dont know who I originally talk to.I also have a picture showing his condition the day of pick up but Im not seeing how to post it if I can post it to my name I will and you can take a look. Im not saying all their dogs are in this condition but this was my experience with this place. Toby is very hyper & has a problem with constantly eating objects (more then the average puppy) my pinion is from lack of food.
Absolute pleasure of a buying experience and they offer hand delivery of your new fur family member . I personally adopted a F1 Saint Berdoodle and he is an absolute prime specimen. Supremely intelligent and only wants to please. I would recommend Jessica and her pups to any family looking for a perfect healthy member of the family. Additionally, our pup along with all pups from this breeder come with a 1 year health guarantee!!
We are very happy with the puppy we received from cuddle doodles. She is a very healthy mini golden doodle. Lori was easy to communicate with and sent us plenty of photos to keep us on our toes. We’ve had our puppy for 3 weeks now and couldn’t be happier (besides her biting lol)
Terrible. Dog posted on their website completely different in the picture they sent via text. Misadvertising at its finest. When I asked for a full refund they said no. Stay away from this breeder! Also, I am a real person and J.Doe is used for security issues. Oh and yes, I do have an 8 yr old Daughter. If you purchase from this breeder, I would as for very recent photos. Check out these two diff pics. Make your own decision if you want to trust this breeder.
Got my puppy from there. Very nice people
