They cool. if you dont build a rapport with them they wont say too much to you. You can see who they favor at times. But one thing should be an option is to hve the same person do your feet let the tech build clients like the nail techs do. Instead of saying all are good some are better then others. Especially if the owner only see certain people. ( This is only my opinion) base your own thoughts on experience their service for your own peace of mind. Always thts anywhere.

I love my nails . ♥️ when I first walked in there was maddddd people so I was a little hesitant because when places be packed like that they rush the work, but that wasn’t the case. The girl in the front was sweet. They soaked my nails off. They let you know what it is going to charge up frontttt. And the lady took her times doing my nails. After being in Houston for one month and try three different locations; I think I found my nail home!!! Now I need to figure who will constantly do my nails lol. The girl who did my eyebrows did a good job as well! Btw seen this place on an ad on Facebook

So My first visit it definitely was packed and busy. I was hesitant at first. But I walked right in, an Taylor that sits in the front right next to the counter check out. She is good at what she does. It didn’t take her long at all. Just say I Lordy highly satisfied. I forgot the lady who did my pedicure. But she did a awesome job on my feet as well. I can tell that this place uses great quality products. I pray that nothing changes and that this will be my go to nail shop moving forward. It’s a lady name Wendy that does good nails there as well. Also James does an amazing job as well.

Jenny is my favorite nail tech and Sarah is my favorite pedicure person. Nails are always just as I ask. And when I have no clue its like they know me and leave me satisfied with their work. Plus they have a rewards program & 7 day warranty on their work!!! Who does that?! NOBODY!

If you respect your time and where you spend your money don’t go here. Unless you are pressed and they are the only nail salon open. My first time wasn’t the best. But I went again and found a nail tech that was good. So I learned to set an apt and pick the nail tech that I wanted. My next time was perfect I set my apt and got what I wanted. The next time I set another apt I didn’t even get serviced. My apt was at 2pm. And they told me it would be a hour and a half wait. They were rude as if I was the inconvenience. Why would I set an apt to wait a hour and a half. The guy stated that he didn’t have his apt book so he doesn’t know who scheduled me. Instead of apologizing for the mix up. They were rude with me. I left and will never be back. I will never patronize with this establishment again.

I love that Taylor ( the owner) only hires talented people that know how to do any design/ pic you show them. I also love that you have 10 days to come back if you’re unsatisfied with your nails they will redo them for free. Now the pedicure department needs help, the only person that knows what they are doing is phoebe and she’s always booked. It would be nice if I could get all of my services in one shop. Quality wise on the nails is 5 stars!!

Taylor was informative on the aftercare/maintenance on the lashes. The new owners/management is really sweet and caring. I found my new lash stylist thank you Kristy and Taylor they both do an amazing job and that is why I pre-booked my next appointment! The lashes are lightweight I do not feel them they feel like my natural lashes! I even received a compliment on my lashes when I was walking to the check out counter! There is plenty of parking in the shopping center and the salon is very clean. ***They are going to change the business name soon so just a heads up!*** Their prices are reasonable on every service they provide. I wish nothing but the best for them as they took very care of me and called me by my name which made me feel like I was home and remembered. They do a good job at nails. As in they know what they are doing. But this lady, I believe she is the owner. She is sooo freaking unprofessional and loud. She creates such a hostile environment. People come to get their nails done and pedicure to relax and enjoy but the whole environment is sooo chaotic. The techs are good and undoubtedly like I said they are good at doing nails. But after giving them 2 chances I just couldn’t go back. And I solely blame the owner lady for this. She yells at everyone. As a bilingual person myself it is soo rude to constantly talk to your tech in your language clearly talking about you when you know they both speak perfect English. I just never wanted to go back cuz of her. I can totally imagine all these comments insinuating attitude problems. They need to better their environment.

It was my first time at Westfield Nails and I had the best first time experience. I’ve gone to many nail salons in the past but I always switched around because I wasn’t satisfied with how they came out. Coming here for my first time, I was shocked with how professional and detailed the employees were. Taylor did such an amazing job with my nails and did them EXACTLY the way I wanted them. From the shape of my nail, to the length, and to the thickness of the nail, everything is PERFECT😍 It was also my first time being with a nail tech who is so detailed about their work. She kept checking my nails to make sure that everything was perfect! I’ve always felt like other nail techs would rush when they did my nails which led to them not being the best. But Taylor definitely made sure that there were no imperfections. I am so happy with how my nails turned out I just had to write my first ever review here on Google! They rush your nails. They can’t do short nails. I just got my eyebrows done and she rushed me and was mad because I asked her can she fix my eyebrows she gave me the tweezers and asked me to fix it myself. I will not be returning. These people make majority of their money off my people but yet they treat us the worst. No thank you will start supporting my own

I went yesterday for a full set of acrylics. Jay ended up doing my nails and i am honestly very satisfied. He did a very careful and detailed job and my nails turned out great!

Beyond upset and disappointed!Came in not having an idea of what I wanted but I sat down and found the perfect color I wanted. It was a peachy orange color in glitter and regular. When I was seated jessica said that the color I chose was mood change and I said I didnt want that but I wanted that exact color. She couldnt find anything similar so she started grabbing dark coral colors. I told her it didnt match my original pick so she got frustrated and told me it wasnt possible to get that color. She started mixing colors and got the one shown in the picture, out of my frustration I settled for it and since i settled it no longer matched the glitter peach I picked so she said I can just put some glitter on top to look like it(not even close to how it looked). Next I showed a picture of what I wanted on my ring finger and when she started making it I saw she put the pink in but on the picture it looked clear. She explained it was a beige color not clear, i asked her if it was possible to make it clear and she said no so again I settled for something else I didnt want originally. And to top it all off since my original idea was mostly white I asked my thumb nail be white but due to the changes it no longer matched. I could see she was frustrated and so was I so again I left it alone. At the beginning she cut the tips and asked if the length was ok I said no I want them short, she cut a little more and I said no, shorter. To which she said when I file they will get shorter I said ok (never got shorter). I asked her to make the ends more narrow to which she replied yes (never got narrower). Moral of the story I was forced to settle for a set which I never wanted in a color I never wanted and a length and shape I NEVER WANTED. Will not step foot in this place again. Waste of $63.

Taylor and her husband are really lovely people and their kind nature is reflected in both the staff and clientele. I have every confidence that what I request will be taken care of whenever I visit and Taylor is one of the few techs Ive had who is able to design and shape my nails exactly the way I want! For the quality of the service, their pricing is fair and Taylor has made it a policy for the techs to tell their customer the pricing upfront, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend this salon and if you feel like treating yourself, try out the Honey & Milk pedicure!

I was extremely upset after a visit here last week. I originally came in with a %10 off coupon to get regular nail polish on my toenails and the same exact color, but with gel on my fingernails. The entire time I was visiting this salon, the ladies were constantly attempting to up sale (which I expected). When I left, I noticed that I did not get the %10 off as promised, but I felt like it was fine since the nails were really nice and looked pretty.The next morning, I woke up and my fingernails were a COMPLETELY different color. They went from a pretty pink color to a yellow/nude color. Im a pretty understanding person, so I called to come in that afternoon to amend the issue. What I am so upset about is the fact that THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE GEL NAILS. The manager insisted that I had paid for the service regardless of the fact that the color was not what I wanted. While they did not charge me for the service of putting regular nail polish on my fingernails, I was extremely upset they did not give me the difference for nail polish I did not pay for. The topping on the cake was when the manager tried to give me a $10 off coupon for a facial! As if I would come back for such service! I left promising not to return.

The environment is clean, comfortable, professional, fast, amazing talent, no pain from removing dip powder, gentle.‼️‼️KNOW WHAT NAIL DESIGNS YOU WANT BEFORE BOOKING‼️‼️‼️It would have been 5 stars, because everything was beautiful until towards the end of my service.When I called to make an appt, I told the receptionist that its my 1st time getting these type of nails, what were the prices for designs, and that I have dip powder to be removed. She told me everything was fine, that designs were different prices and could be discussed in person.Fast forward 2 days, I arrived at 9a, was the 2nd or 3rd person there. When I checked in at the desk, I told the receptionist that Ive never gotten these type nails, didnt even know what they were called, but I wanted what were posted outside the building and on their page.During the service, they didnt have NOT ONE DESIGN with price breakdown displayed. Just price breakdown with descriptions, no pictures. So I asked many questions about the designs that were on their page, the prices, what were 2 for $15, 4 for $20, sugar glitter, sugar crystals, cat nails, etc.The tech answered them patiently, but there were so many designs on their page that were priced separately, I didnt know what all to pick without ending up with a $200 bill. I mentioned to the tech that my budget was $130, to spruce me up for my birthday, no suggestions.The Process took 2 hrs, from removal, buffing, installation. I didnt mind the 2 hrs at all, but one of the techs did mind, became somewhat agitated, came to me, told me the designs I asked about wouldnt go well with my color. I was happy for the suggestion, and was beginning to ask what should I do, but then she continued to tell me that Ive been there for 2 hrs and I still didnt know what I wanted and that there were other ppl waiting for my tech. I reminded her that I mentioned at the door that I was new to all of this. Mind you, we havent gotten to the design process yet because she was still installing the color. So there wasnt a slow up at all.The agitated tech, asked for my budget and offered to design my nails since other clients were waiting but Im not sure what happened. I never got a chance to tell her my budget. She walked off and continued on to other clients after I gave my response.So basically I settled for a simple design just to get out of the way. Yes, 2 hrs was too long, but the decision process wouldve been quicker if they had displays with price breakdowns of the designs shown on their page, which there arent absolutely no pictures of anything inside the building.I did give the tech a $15 tip for her time, but she almost missed out on it because of the agitated tech.So know what you want before going. I will be going back, but Ill make sure I stay simple and get out of their way QUICKLY.

For years I’ve been looking for a nail salon with great value and quality service. Well I found it. They are able to do pretty much any design that you want. The acrylic nails actually last. No lifting and definitely no breakage. I’m going back for sure and would recommend it.

Since new ownership came on board, Westfield Nails is one of, if not the best nail salons Ive visited in my over 20 years of having my nails done nearly every two weeks. The techs are all incredible and the owners, Taylor and Brian, are totally hands on and will do whatever it takes to make the customers happy. I have been incredibly impressed with my results on every visit. They have the supplies and know how to do literally every nail art trend successfully and their pedicures are divine! I highly recommend!

I took my wife here to try another nail design and pedicure service. i had pedicure with Anna and my wife has her nail design by Cherry. Both staff are very friend and professional services. my wife feel very satisfied with Cherry nail Design. Anna also do a good job on her pedicure massage. My leg feel more relived after long hour of working. definitely come back to this place.

I’ve been coming to Westfield for over a year now when Taylor and her team took over. I love it here, I’ve never had a bad experience. All the techs are skilled and professional. Mia is a tech at the shop that specializes in both pedicures and manicures, she’s amazing. She always has cute idea for my nails and is very detail oriented, love her! Overall the shop is amazing, creative, professional and provided great quality work. 10/10 recommend.

I had arranged a time, didn’t just walk in & expect service at a busy time.After standing there surprised & nobody cared, I left & I will find somewhere else

If I could give them stars I would because they are very unprofessional and do not know how to talk to anyone or treat customers. They got upset because my child didn’t like any of the colors they had after sitting and waiting 3 hours because they didn’t have any of the colors she picked out. Do not recommend this place! They do not follow their appointment system. I had schedule an appointment with a certain nail tech and as she was working on my nails another client walked in stating she had an appointment with my same nail tech at the same. She even stated who ever answer the phone did not take her name just told her to come in and assume she was available. The guy who takes care of the front came to me and stated someone else was going to take care of me while I already had a couple of nails worked on. All just so they wouldn’t loose a client. This place is so money hungry! It has been my second incident with them regarding the same issue that time was with my lash appointment. To top it all off I didn’t get what I had asked for I had showed the previous tech what I wanted and apparently the new tech who took over didn’t know what she was doing . I was so fed up with this place I didn’t say anything just wanted to leave. Will definitely not be returning here.

Usually, my experience here is wonderful, but I didnt go to Taylor and Im highly disappointed. My lashes were glued to my lid and hurt badly. My nail fill was too thick and she left acrylic under two of them. I wanted to stay so they can fix them. If you want a great product, book an appointment with Taylor and try to go early in the morning when there are not many people.Update!Issue rectified! Started off bumpy and it was some tension but Taylor fixed my issues and we had a great moment. I will be returning.

Good quality, & Thomas exceeded my expectations he did exactly what I wanted on my nails! Both times I set an appointment over the phone & was taken care of on time with no inconveniences at all. Also, I looked them up on Instagram before I checked them out and they’re up to date on all the new nail trends!

Very bad service do not recommend. I went to get my nails done and I showed them a design I wanted, in my opinion if someone shows you a design you need to tell them how much it’s going to be. But they didn’t tell me the price until after they had already put the acrylic and the guy decided to go ask Taylor (the owner) for the price, it was $160. When I told them that it was too expensive and suggested another design they still wanted to charge me $80. It wasn’t even a complicated design it was literally a line on the edge of the nails and the Louis Vuitton logo on one of the nails. And yes I’ll admit they do nice nails and I’m not saying they shouldn’t charge me anything but in my opinion out of courtesy they should’ve at least done the simple design for free because I had to pay $53 dollars for my nails anyways. It’s like they don’t even care if they lose a customer well in my case they lost 3 customers. Another thing is that i had made appointments for me and my sisters nails with Taylor but when I got there they told me only one of us could do them with her so they sent me with another person even though I already had an appointment. They would rather do someone’s nails whose going to pay more than someone who’s going to pay less. Very unprofessional establishment. Wont be going back ever again.

Love how my nails came out, they do the best nails in the katy area honestly, one thing i wanted to point out is that the workers gossip a lottt and shout across the room, not very relaxing for a nail salon if you just want to relax, i even to put my headphones in to be in peace, regardless very attentive service and they do very good nails in the area

I have an on call work scheduled. Sometimes 3 days in a row non stop. I call a day ahead and ask to book an appointment at 6:45. They told me yes. Day of my appointment I drive 55 minutes and when I arrive they simply tell me they cant see me today and dont know who I talked to although I specifically talked to the owner who was there. She must have forgot. No willingness to help or to even listen to me.

I went to Westfield on 6/18/20 with my Mama and sister. I asked for Shellac and if they could cut my nails. The nail tech said no she could not cut my nails cause she would cut them too short I said okay and she did my nails. She made me bleed on three fingers and shaped my nails awkwardly. I did not see my nails as too bad but after a week! My nail have basically chipped off and I removed the rest. That is so abnormal for Shellac. I was very disappointed with my service.

Soo a couple of weeks ago was my first time. & I am huge on my nails so leaving my previous nail shop of 6 years was so depressing for me. . But I honestly feel like I’ve found my new nail home! & it feels so good, I am so thank for Westfield nails they are amazing ! I go to Jessica for my nails! I had an appointment on a Saturday @ 9am and I got there and literally didn’t even wait 5 mins & it was SUPER busy(To way they have just opened) so I just knew I would wait. Nope. Didn’t even wait & Jessica did absolutely amazing. She was patient with and would give me her opinions when I asked. Absolutely in love with them! The rude comments I don’t get what so ever because not one person was rude to me & they were thankful & just so sweet! I have an appointment set for Saturday for my refill with Jessica and I also will be getting a pedicure with shellac on my toes. & bf will be getting a pedicure and he is big on the right person doing his feet! So I will do an update! But so far so GREAT!! :)

Came back to get my nails fix due to the guy who did them the first time did them incorrectly, had bubbles in my powder. The new guy who redid them did an amazing job and suggested I change my color to make it pop more, then was told by the owner if she changes the color you charge her even though it was his suggestion. She had an attitude the whole time, recommend making sure they’re done right the first time or when you go back daggers will be pointed at you

I want to start off saying that this is my first bad experience in Katy, Texas. We love love love Katy, Texas. My husband and kids and I just moved here from California. I just got off a long day at work and my husband treated me to get my nails done. At first everything was great. The owner helped me pick a color his wife helped take my nails off so that I could get a new full set. I got my eye brows done. They gave me my glass of wine, I was good! Then it came time painting my nails. My nail technician asked me what color would I like And I told her I wanted the color I chose when I walked in here. They start looking for the pallet that had the color that I wanted on it. But to our dismay we couldn’t find it for nothing in the world. So I started to ask my technician did she like this color or that color for me. Mind you I was set on that other color so my eyes couldn’t focus on any other colors. She said, she didn’t like this or that so she got to the point saying you just choose a color and I’ll do for you. So the owners wife walked over with a color and started being rude to me. I do not like drama everybody that knows me knows that I do not like drama. So I just said OK I’m easy I’ll just take that color. The lady next to me said “I could see it on your face you’re not gonna be happy with that color.” “Just take your time and pick a color that you like.” At this point you can tell the owners wife was getting really upset. So she starts talking about me in a different language over and over again. I couldn’t take it anymore so I said I will just pay for my nails and my eyebrows at this point I don’t want them to finish I have to get out of here. So I didn’t say anything to the wife I start paying the husband and the wife walks up closer to me and starts yelling at me again over and over again in front of everybody. I told her to please stop and that you’re embarrassing me. I looked over to the sweet girl and I can tell she felt so bad for even speaking up for me. At this point I already had tears rolling down my face nobody saying sorry no one even cared. He did mention for his wife to stop but she wouldn’t stop. I didn’t yell at her back I just paid my $55 and with tears running down my face and walked out with my half done nails. I don’t recommend this place. Please find another nail shop that has owners that represents this beautiful city and state.

I was charged $80 for a short set. No designs, accessories, nothing. I sucked it up because I was partially responsible for not asking for the cost. Definitely didn’t assume that much!🙄 Paid and left. Less than 2 weeks later, my nails started lifting. They have a 10 day policy. Cool. I couldn’t get back in there till the 13th day. I get there and the lady in front insists on arguing with me. Telling me I should have come in within the 10days. That obviously wasn’t possible and everyone doesn’t live close by, or can’t just pop in. I told her I just need my nails fixed because at least 4 were completely lifted. At this point the ENTIRE population Of the salon was in the conversation because of how loud she was speaking to me. I was told that the nail life expectancy is two weeks and that’s normal. False. This was not my first time getting my nails done in my 32 years on this earth. Especially for what I was initially charged. I’ve paid $45 at other salons and my nails lasted damn near a month. I’m sure they do that to make sure you return and spend more money 💰. Some people might be okay with that. I work hard for my coins and don’t have an issue paying for a service as long as I get what Im paying for. I was quoted $35 for a REFILL. 😒 After 15 mins of me sitting and getting scolded, she finally walks away still having a side conversation about my issue. When the guy finally comes back to the chair, my mind was made up that I just wanted my nails removed. Got them removed, still tipped, and left. I decided to leave this review because my client brought up her unpleasant experience at my salon earlier this evening. Hers started lifting after only a week. I came here to do my nails for my birthday that’s coming up and I absolutely love them! I love how they do the coffin shape and everyone is so sweet here. They have a 10% discount for students which i really appreciate. Vicky did a wonderful job of making my nails look neat and cute. definitely coming here again.

I’ve been getting my nails done with Taylor for a year now and she is absolutely the best nail tech in Houston/Katy! She creates beautiful and original designs or simple styles, all depends on what you like. My nails last me for weeks and she is the sweetest person ever!I have been looking for a good pedicurist for the longest time and there’s is no one better than Hana! She leaves my feet so smooth and clean and perfectly polished! Her massages are to die for! If you’re ever in need for pampering, please see Taylor & Hana and you won’t regret it.The salon is also very nice, modern, and SUPER CLEAN! The seats comfortable and they have a large selection of services, colors, and styles. Definitely recommend!

They are very nice and welcoming. Taylor does a great job at getting to know you and what you like and they work together to make sure your nails look great and last. The only issue I have is that the guy doesn’t paint the nail all the way to the sides of the finger which made my nail split on the side and catch on to my hair and clothing all week. Very frustrating. This is why I went to another salon before. So next time I’ll ask for someone else.

I love this place! Taylor and her staff are completely amazing and professional. They are very welcoming and detail oriented. All pricing is appropriate, especially for the quality of service and work you receive. Definitely 10/10 recommendation.

I had a full set and pedicure done the pedicure wasn’t great but the polish was good the full set was terrible I asked for coffin shaped got square nails they are thick flat and wide and I went to the salon with a picture from their Instagram page and it looks like my six year old did them and it was my bday so I wanted them to look nice so I went back to salon thinking they would fix them she immediately started yelling and cursing like I did something to her she talks to people crazy then said just sit in the chair I said no thanks I will gladly except the loss and never come again if this is how you treat your customers

It was my first time here and I had an awesome experience! Thomas did my nails and he took his time and as he did every step he asked me if everything looks okay! Definitely recommend this place and Thomas!! I will be back!

I was super excited to get my nails done by Taylor and she delivered. She is really nice and sweet!! What I really like is that she listens to what you like and what you want. I have known Taylor to always do a phenomenal job whether you are a new customer or a frequent customer. Thank you so much!!Note: this place is under new management so please go try it out!!

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I made an appointment a week prior my appointment day with Taylor. I got to the place at 10:50 A.M (my appointment was scheduled for 11 A.M), at 11:10 A.M Taylor comes out from her previous appointment and basically hands me to someone else to do my nails even though when I scheduled my appointment I asked for her. Instead she was taking another customer to do lashes. When I asked why is someone else doing my nails when I booked for Taylor, she immediately got an attitude and tried to tell me that I never booked with her and that her husband takes the appointments down and he would never make a mistake. Basically instead of taking care of the situation with the mistake coming from their end, she was trying to tell me why I was wrong and that I should calm down. I ended up leaving and not getting my nails. If you are looking for a place that respects their customers and respect their appointments this is definitely not the place! I do not recommend it at all, especially with the attitude Ms. Taylor had.

I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is by far the best prices are fair service is 11/10, the nail techs are very experienced their ombré is perfected and so is their marble and to top it all off if anything happens to you within 10 days of getting them done they’ll fix it without charge

Extremely happy with my service. I got a full set service and was out within an hour. That is rare for a busy Saturday morning and being a walk in. I followed one of the nail techs over from another salon however I was seen by Donna. Donna was equally qualified to handle my full set. Will make an appointment with Donna again. Friend got her nails done here and they looked nothing like the photo, cost 130+ and they wouldn’t even fix them when she asked. Horrible customer service- do not come here.

I usually go to Hollywood Nails they are the best with acrylics and natural nails!! I came here one time since Hollywood Nails are closed on Tuesday and I need them done on Wednesday. I saw that Westfield Nails reviews so I went by the reviews they do a very good job on acrylics but your natural nails they don’t. I asked the owner not to use the drill on my nails “ She stated oh I know what I am doing” now my nails are all short and brittle thank to her and thinking she knows what she is doing! I wouldn’t trust this place for your natural nails!!!!

They do a good job at nails the shape color everything is great But they do have attitude and I almost thought about walking out last time and looking else where hopefully they get that fixed soon or me and my friends will be looking for a place more respectful and welcoming .

Had the worst experience here. They want to charge you for any little thing. Shape, length, designs. I had my acrylic nails removed and they never mentioned a removal fee until i asked about pricing on something else. They kept switching up their prices on a full set for some reason.I only gave it a try because someone else referred them and said they were great, but i actually regret giving them a chance. I tried using a student discount but they denied a PHOTO of my student ID on my phone. This is the most ive ever paid for a basic nail set. I paid extra for a coffin shape, and I cant even tell that its a coffin shape. One solid color and no designs.Will not be returning. I would give zero stars if I could. Half my nail has the top coat and the other half is gone.The edges of my nails are white when they are supposed to be all pink.I feel they over charged for the bad job they did!!Please avoid coming here you will regret it.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! I have been going to the new owner for about a year and now I followed her to her new location and shes great!! She knows how particular I am with my nails and she does them perfect every Time! I get non stop compliments when I get my nails done with her. Her space is nice and clean and the service is great with complimentary water and drinks as well as a warm neck wrap so you feel nice and Pampered! She is up to date with todays style and nail design! She also has other services like eyebrows and lashes! It is worth your time and money!

I do not recommend this nail shop, very unprofessional. I had sent my wife to this shop as a gift but unfortunately she came back in tears because the owners wife, the manager, proceeded to berate and yell at my wife over not picking a color fast enough! They seem to change their prices while she was there or not be clear what is included in the price of the deal. Also when my wife came home her nails were not done and i called and spoke to the owner but instead of trying to resolve the problem they made it worse by saying they would have to charge more to finish them!! Now my wife has unfinished nails and still need them done. I do not think anyone sold go to them very unprofessional!!!

I have been to the shop a few times, And have had great service with the exception of one time. When the manager Taylor became aware of my bad experience she reached out to me personally and invited me to come back to the salon so she could fix the mistake for me. 😊

I loved my nails & pedicure

Me and two of my friends came to get our nails done and we each got full sets. All of our designs came out amazing and all of our nail techs did a great job! I will hopefully be coming back here to get my nails done from now on!

Taylor does my nails and lashes and she is amazing. My nails last 4 weeks every time and my stones stay one... You got to try her out. I love her

Wonderful experience. They do a great job every single time I go in. I went one time and by my second visit they remembered me and what I liked. They do the most beautiful designs. This is now my new nail salon.

I went to Westfield nails even after reading the horrible reviews since my nail tech was on vacation. I told the nail tech I would like $45 length coffin with ombré powder. She stated “it would look better for you, if you do $48 length” I told her several times no because I would not be able to type while at work. She rudely stated she can not do my nails if I didn’t do the $48 length. I asked her can someone else do them with the length I am requesting. A lady(the owner) came to me and tried to convince me to do what I stated I didn’t want want. I asked them to take the tips off and I’ll go else where. The owner told me I need to listen to her(the nail tech) and get the $48 length. I told her if I’m paying her money she will do what I ask, not with what she feel is better for me. I will never go to WESTFIELD NAILS again they are RUDE and very unprofessional.I left the shop with the tips on because they refused to take them off since I didn’t want what they thought looked better for me. I’ll wait for Mr. Jimmy at Lilly Nails on West Little York in Katy Tx to do exactly what I asked for🙃Ann is very inexperienced if she can not do coffin nails with the length I felt comfortable with. FYI I never once was LOUD your manger was loud when she screamed at me yelled at me saying I need to listen and do what she say. However, you need to teach your staff to do what the customer ask for instead of what look better. Do you think I care what she thinks look better for me; absolutely NOT! But anyway Mr. Jimmy at Lilly Nails on West Little York did my nails today exactly how I wanted them😎
