I had an appointment last Saturday for which I was a few minutes late. The person in charge (the stylist) called me to complain about the fact and well, if in a certain way I was not arriving on time? He must have been more tactful in asking if something older had happened to me so as not to tell me I was late. Too bad of you for not having some consideration. Although he did not lose much ‘monetarily’ speaking? Well, he lost two clients and maybe more. I bet you that if I were a person of American origin, your treatment would have been different. A total lack of respect. Putting a star on it is too much. I hope you become aware when facing these situations and be more tactful about the aforementioned. By the way, I am Venezuelan, like you.
