Vulcans forge is an amazing place, they craft their own jewelry and have many fine examples of crystals and minerals. Also they are a fantastic bookstore for metaphysical and books similar to that. I highly recommend at least visiting this place!

Alex is always kind but really the entire staff is full of love and light. You can ask questions without feeling silly and everyone there really does give off the best energy. They make the best candles ever. I highly recommend them.

Ive been shopping here for over 17 years--my absolute favorite place for jewelry! They do a fantastic job of custom work and Ive had at least 10 pieces made throughout the years, including my engagement ring and a mothers ring with my kids birthstones. The associates are always wonderful to work with and seem to really enjoy what they do. If you need a place to find unique pieces or stones, they have a fantastic selection you wont find at a traditional/corporate store. This will always be my go-to place for all of my jewelry needs.

Good items not the largest selection, however. Connected to an interesting shop that I think kind of kills their individual vibe. Very sweet woman helped me find a piece that I wore out of the store :) Thanks hun

The book selection is fantastic, plenty of herbs for purchase, great selection of items that could be deemed closer to novelty esc. Solid crystal collection and options.great jewelry selection(heads up for metaphysical shoppers, cleanse your purchases etc, its a good practice to have anyhow, but some items artifacts especially do have minds of thier own.)

The owner Russell is super nice and will do almost anything to help you! I found a piece that I loved but was outside of my current price point. Russell let me know about their layaway program and told me as long as I make a payment every month he will work with me! This will be my fourth piece from them! I love their place! Great small business!

Got my wifes wedding ring here and got my ring sized for free. Lots of neat stuff to look at and great jewelry, especially if you like more witchy or pagan inspired stuff. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I have been a return customer for a couple of years because of it. Fantastic place for gifts too. Got my brother a Mjolnir pendant here for about $25 that he wears nearly daily.

Ive been going to Vulcans Forge since I was a child, and I have always adored the staff. The jewelers are wonderful and do high-quality work. Prices are always reasonable, and the selection is wide and varies all the time. If they dont have something, they can either make it custom, or in some cases order it for you. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Got a sterling silver ring sized down almost 2 whole sizes for $74 which seemed kind of high to me but then again most jewelers wont resize sterling silver so drastically so for me it was totally worth it. And the ring was flawless. I havent seen any seams yet.

This review is for Vulcan forge jewelry repair. Im new to the area and was looking for a good jeweler to repair my jewelry and keep it nice. I brought in a 14k gold woven bracelet that needed a solder. I was charged $63 and paid at drop off. The first time it was picked up, I could see the solders were not good. I told them and they said I could come back in a couple days. The 2nd pick up my husband did. It did look a little better but it still wasnt to my standards in the same spot. Within wearing it for 2 hours it broke in the spot that was weak. My husband took it back in, to which they said they wouldnt fix and that it was a new break. When I dropped it off, I paid for the whole bracelet to be repaired not just one spot. I then took the bracelet to my former jeweler who said it was beyond repair, which Vulcans Forge also stated. When I called to ask for a refund or partial refund they said no. So my question is, why are they accepting repairs for something thats unrepairable? Out $63 bucks but wanted to warn everyone. Very sad to write this review as Ive bought many pieces from them but now theyve lost a good customer.

This is like my second home. I love comming here and seeing the new jewelry all the time. They have everything you could want is gems and designs. A variety of golds, silvers, titanium and more. The prices are great and they often have sales. I would say about 98% of my jewery comes from here and there customer service is amazing. They also do custom and unique peices.

They have many interesting items for sale here. Buddhists, Hindus, Wiccan, druids... All are welcome and will find cool things here. Incense, smudge sticks, gems, jewelry, apparel, decor, books... Check this place out!

This is a great place. They carry locally made Artisan Lotions and Cremes. This safe and very effective body care is made by a local chemist to mimic a cellular structure called phoshpatidyl choline. I love these products they are so soothing and moisturizing.

Best store ever to buy Sterling Silver Jewelry. Such a WIDE variety of selections at good prices. Lots of stones to choose from. I bought a Black & White Diamond there. Picked it up August 2014 & one of the diamonds (little) are missing. They said they would look at it and quote a price. I do hope its not too high =) If it is, then I would recommend getting diamonds at Helzbergs... But Im going in today to.pick up an opal dragonfly ring, so Ill find out the repair price. Will rate again after!

Bought a gold pendent and chain. The chain broke while putting it on for the first time. After paying about 150.00 more than the initial cost of the pendent and chain, we exchanged it for a silver ring with multiple champagne diamonds as well as a silver bracelet and chain. To size the ring would cost us about double of other reputable jewelers. We took it to another jeweler only to find out it was missing a diamond. We tried to return the ring only to be fronted by the owner firmly stating their NO REFUND POLICY.

Vulcan Forge promised to have my watch repair by the 25th and they promised to follow up before the date. I had to call twice, both times I was given an excuse. I called local shops and all promised 7 days to repair. I regret choosing them to repair his watch, he was not able to get his gift by his birthday. Will never do business with them again.
