My husband had purchased me some earrings and long story short, I lost one. Christina assisted me, even though they were purchased through the outlet. She really did go above and beyond to ensure that I, the customer, was taken care of! And everyone there was very nice, professional, and willing to assist me. Thank you, especially to Christina!

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales team was very knowledgeable and friendly with every aspect of the time I was in the store. They did not try to pressure me into anything and even gave my sister a small gift for just coming along with me! Will definitely be returning!

My fiancé has bought all my jewelry from Helzberg since my promise ring.He gave me a beautiful necklace as an early Christmas present, and the chain broke Christmas Eve. I took it into the store and was so relieved that they hardly asked any questions, and gave me a replacement chain of the same quality white gold as the original.Outstanding customer service, not to mention the free cleaning when you go in, love to see my ring sparkle like the day he proposed.

Walked in and was greeted by a really nice young lady. When helping us find what we were looking for another lady came and was very helpful also. Both ladies did a great job and we were able to find what I loved at the price range we were looking for. Thank you for a great experience it made up for the terrible experience we had at Zales across the street from them!

I never write reviews but I feel like there is a need for this one. There are some pretty shady business tactics here, I went in and was looking for a ring, and the salesperson wanted to see if I was preapproved for a credit card and I was. 1 1/2 weeks later, I received a credit card in the mail, and had to cancelled the card because I did not sign up for it.The store has a pretty aggressive tactic in making you stay in the store, and could be pretty pressuring at times. In the end, there are much better values at other jewelry stores.

My husband and I went in here to look for a new ring for him as he had lost his. We ended up leaving with a new ring for him AND myself. Joe was our salesman and he was phenomenal! Great personality, super knowledgeable & did not pressure us too much for a salesman. Great experience!

Love this place. Super friendly staff. The only issue is that they do not have a jeweler on staff so they have to send everything out to get it fixed and it takes two weeks.

I didnt have the best experience. The guy that was helping me for the most part was pretty nice, but when I would ask if they had certain gemstones he would say I dont know or look over there, there might be something over there. But isnt that their job to know what they have or to look for it for you. Then at some point this women that also worked there comes over and I asked her if they had a particular type of ring. I accidentally asked her twice because I have a problem with my memory because of a disability and she says rudely you already asked me that and no we dont. I ended up buying something because I just really wanted it, but for spending a couples thousand dollars it would of been nice to get better service.

I like their jewelry. I always get my granddaughter a piece of jewelry and I am loved stuffed animal with a bag, back pack or something that will hold jewelry that you buy for a gift.

We have had nothing but the best customer service here. Leslie is fantastic. Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere! ESPECIALLY across the street 🙄

I recently got engaged while at home on leave from temporary duty stationed overseas with the Army. I needed to get my fiances ring re-sized, and I told the person we worked with at Helzbergs that I would like to have it done before I left five days later. He told me that it usually only takes a few days to re-size it and he would make sure the jeweler did it quickly. I pointed out that there were other places who said they could do it the same day and he stated that they have an in house jeweler that does very good work and he would make sure it was done quickly.I called three days later to find out that it still wasnt done and hadnt even been started. Initially the representative said it would be done the next day for sure, then he called back a few minutes later and said that it wouldnt be done for several more days because the jeweler was not working the next day.Here it is a full eight days later and my fiance calls the store as my leave is now over and she will be picking the ring up. At first they tell her that it hasnt been started and it will be a few more days. After she raises an argument about that they change their mind and say it will be done in an hour. If they could do it in an hour, why didnt they do that last week?So she arrives to pick it up, and not only is it improperly sized, (fitting very loosely on her finger) but it appears that the band has been damaged in the process.Unbelievable. This is supposed to be a Kansas City institution and very respected, but they lied saying that the ring would be done sooner than they probably knew it would be done, and then when it was done the sizing was wrong and the band was damaged.

Christy and Leslie were very friendly, helpful and have us some good options for an anniversary band.

Had several issues with stones falling out so they told me I shouldnt wear it daily or all day! Isnt that the whole point of a wedding ring? Also have has it sent in to get satured and they didnt make the bands flushed like I asked either time, I even called a couple of days after having it dropped off to make sure they knew what I wanted, the lady I talked to said she call the jeweler personally to make sure! I got it back today and its still not how I want it and I think they made it smaller, because it wont even fit my finger!

We purchased my wedding set from this store around 5 years ago. We took them in for a couple regular cleanings and maintenance. They require you to do this every 6 months in order for the warranty to fix any kind of repairs. I recently noticed that one of my smaller side stones was missing so we took it to get this fixed, knowing we would have to pay for the full repair. They called yesterday with an estimate of almost $600. We payed just under $1000 for the whole set. It is a rip off if you ask me, I dont understand how they want to charge that much for such a small diamond replacement. I will not be doing business with them again. Spend your money elsewhere (Shane Co) where they actually have a good warranty.
