I would say my experiences at TIVOL were A+ and would highly recommend visiting them to anyone looking for that perfect gift for your wife, mother, or anyone really. Whether you are looking for a few $300 David Yurman ring or a $1mm necklace you will get spectacular service. I can’t say that about most jewelers I have shopped with. TIVOL treats its customers like family. I have had less than stellar service from other high end jewelry stores, but never found anything but A+++++ service from TIVOL. We recently purchased a Rolex for my mom and they went above and beyond to provide the best customer service there is. Now if I can just get my hand on one for myself! If you are in the market for an engagement ring, luxury watch or some just some “bling” you should go visit Dom. No reason to go anywhere else. If you are looking or have any questions on high end watches make sure you check in with Sham. He is the most knowledgeable person I have yet to come across anywhere as relating to watches.
