Great studio for dance focused exercise. I feel that this studio overall has more pros than cons:Pros-*Several classes in the evening with most days having 2-3 classes so its easy to find a time that works with your schedule*Variety of classes so you never get bored and you can switch it up each day*Monthly membership is a great value if you go 5+ times per week*Protein shakes offered in many flavors*Small studio so you dont feel like just another number*People are friendly and instructors are very energetic in their classes*Dance studio has that party vibe with black lighting, string lights, and strobe lighting*Parking is convenient and plentyCons-*Majority of classes are more intermediate level with the exception of Reshape which is really easy to learn, can be hard for beginners*In general I found most classes had too much footwork, too many transitions, and you rarely get a move you repeat for 8 counts. This can make your workout less effective as it take longer for you to learn the moves and sequences and youre just jumbling around which isnt as effective as if there where more simplified routines. Also some of the teachers dont call out the moves prior to transitions so it can be confusing.*Zumba classes dont have enough Latin music in general but also the Latin music that is played tends to be forgettable, not recent or well known classics. Maybe they are Zumba licensed songs which can be generic & they cant play what is popular on radio but thats a major bummer for me.Overall a great studio and easy to join and get going, just dont give up even though the classes may be hard.
Never in my life have I enjoyed exercising until I started attending the classes here. Ive absolutely loved all of the different classes and the staff is incredible!
